The order has not arrived 17 days later. I'm about to start of third week of classes without my textbooks. Every time I try to complain, I'm told not enough time has passed. This is not a serious organization.

Perfectly Fine. I needed a textbook for a class and I wanted one that was in print. It was luckily available on eCampus and the purchasing process was fairly straightforward.
ECampus said my credit wasn't going through. Turned out it did go through and I got charged twice. I called the next morning and they said it was too late and I would get charged twice and have to return the book with a $17 restocking fee

I ordered three books. They didn't give a total amount with the UPS Express shipping so had to separately calculate it myself. After some time of waiting, I checked to find out what was going on with the books only to find they had all been cancelled. There was no notification or explanation for this. As a result I missed out on obtaining these books from other sources. I contacted the customer service team on multiple occasions but still no response to this day.

It has been almost 20 days since i ordered my textbook and still hasnt arrived tracking still shows it in the place it was shipped from i needed it for school this semester not next year
I purchased books on January 6. They were shipped on January 7 still have not received them. Chatted with Customer Service numerous occasions only telling me that I had to wait until January 2 to declare the package lost. Chatting with them again on January 2 they declared package lost then told me they would have to speak with the supervisor before they get expedite the books to be shipped out again. It would take one to two days for the supervisor to review the email and give approval to expedite the order. I am now three weeks into school have no books at all and still waiting for these to be shipped out. Ask Customer Service if they could expedite this in a quicker and was clearly told I just need to wait. Cannot write any of the above books because I've not even received them yet.
I was a little discouraged with the return process. I tried to cancel my order less than 24 hours from submitting it and was told I was unable to. I received the book after paying $82 and I'm being refunded for $45 for a book that was never even used. Will not rent from this company again.

Answer: Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
