Shipping sucks. Pay extras still don't get it on time. I know it was USPS fault, except you did not send it to them to ship on time. I would buy from someone else except you are only place that has it.

The process was okay, but nothing spectacular or that stood out. The loose leaf is of a poorer quality than the hardback, and I'm not sure if I would recommend it. I usually go to Chegg, where I know the book is used, I know what I am buying, and the prices are more reasonable.
The order has not arrived 17 days later. I'm about to start of third week of classes without my textbooks. Every time I try to complain, I'm told not enough time has passed. This is not a serious organization.
