The price of the item is high and shipping is not included making this more expensive than my university bookstore, I have no other option because my university ran out of this textbook.

The market place seller never responded to any of my emails. They also took double the time allotted to send the book and purchased and sent from another seller. All Market place sellers should list page numbers, real pictures of the book and the ISBNs of the book they are selling including the edition of the book. Very frustrating to not know this information as a student waiting for a book.

I ordered this book rental because the site specifically stated you would get 7 days of online access while you waited for the book to arrive in the mail. Shipping was estimated at around 7-8 days. I immediately tried to access the book online and received an error message. After waiting in the online chat, someone helped me and said that you need to wait 24 hours before you can access the digital version. We tried again multiple times over the next few days and still did not receive access. I sat through another extended chat with tech support, who could only tell me there seemed to be an issue with the third party book company offering the free online access, and that they could do nothing about it and I should just keep checking. Finally found different instructions on my own saying you need to download a separate app, did that and logged in with a new account on that platform, only to have the same lack of access to the book. Never received a day of online access, shipping of the actual book was delayed another 3 days over the estimate, and had to find a local copy of the book that wasn't allowed to be removed from the library and photocopy multiple chapters to avoid late work in the class.
Easy so far! Ordering was easy, book came quickly- book was in great condition- all working out the way I was hoping!
The textbook came in the time span it said it would and is in great condition. Looks brand new and has very little wear on the cover.
