It took 12 days since my order for it to be delivered. It was only slightly cheaper than competitors. I don't know if it took so long because they were hard books to find or what but I do not think I will use this service again since I needed those books sooner.

My conclusion: This is a scam website. I only received the book after my credit card company threatened to prosecute.
I Ordered a textbook on December 30,2024. Estimated delivery was 3-5 days. But when I completed the order I was required to choose a delivery method. 6-10 days was a minimal cost with a shorter delivery time being very expensive. I choose 6-10 days because that date was still within my timeframe of need. Book did not arrive by promised date. But my credit card was charged on December 30,2024. When I contacted customer service, I was told that bc I selected 6-10 days, it would arrive January 16 or later. When I asked "How is Jan 16 ten days from December 30?" I was told the book would arrive "at some point in the future." Because the book was required in class by January 13, I had to rent the book through a different on campus service for an expensive fee.
The book ordered from eCampus did not arrive by January 16, so I contacted my credit card company to investigate this fraud. Book did finally arrive January 25,2025. It was the correct book in the described condition.
I will never order from this site again. While the ordered book eventually arrived, it was too late to be useful and almost ONE MONTH after I order instead of the promised 6-10 days.
My conclusion: This is a scam website. I only received the book after my credit card company threatened to prosecute.
