The book I ordered arrived right on time, exactly as expected. It was used but in good condition—no major damage, just slight wear on the cover. The pages were clean and intact, making it a great find. Overall, a smooth purchase, and I'm happy with the quality!
My package shipped on the 17th and then it sat 150 miles from my house from the 21st until it was finally delivered today, 12 days after I ordered it. I tried UPS, I tried USPS, and I tried ecampus.com. All I was told is the third party shipper (UPS) did not deliver it to the carrier (USPS) and then ecampus.com told me they can't do anything until it's been 10 business days, which spotless have been Friday.
I have an eCampus account and a school eCampus account, and the two are not linkable. Sometimes, the school does not always offer digital books, but the eCampus site does. I may have to switch between accounts with QR codes, and that is not fun.
