I got my book in time for class. The book itself was in decent shape. The prices were great. Customer service reached out to make sure I received my order. Very satisfied!
Only issue I had was in the download. Had to get two different apps to do so and found that to be a bit frustrating.
The books arrived almost 2 weeks after I placed the order, and I was left hanging the entire time. No tracking information anywhere, and when I did contact customer service all I was told was that it had shipped.
The book came in time for my daughters class. It was in great condition and the price was wonderful.

Paid extra for 2-day express shipping but delivered more than a week later
The book came in very protective packaging which I was happy about and it came fairly quickly.
The experience with this website was good. It was easy to navigate, and find the book I needed.
I placed an order on the 25th of January, and paid for expedited shipping. On the 28th I contacted the seller, through their website to check status of the order. On the 30th my order was cancelled due to being out of stock. Now I'm spending extra money for overnight shipping from a different company.
I contacted customer service in regards of my package because It said a certain date and it was past that date. He told me to wait for a couple days more if i did not get it he could issues a refund. I did end up receiving the order even though the tracking was not right.
School already started, I was so worried I wasn't going to get it on time. But came in time for my second homework.
