Ebuyer is a great company and has always been reliable for any of my Tech needs. If I've ever needed any help the CS team are brilliant and nothing is ever too much trouble! Would definitely recommend.
I bought a a gaming PC from Ebuyer the motherboard M. 2 slot broke away. I replaced this at cost to myself, due Ebuyer stating it was my fault. The slot was not installed correctly. Due the computer being a birthday gift for my son. I fixed it. I informed Ebuyer of this when the Gigabyte card failed. This was replaced the second one then failed and they now refuse to replace the second card. Stating the lack of graphics cards and couriers breaking cards. Ebuyer fail to honour their customer rights. Do not buy from Ebuyer.
I've been using Ebuyer as my go to for PC parts and electronics for the past few years now, and will continue to do so! Great prices, fast delivery, and amazingly helpful staff!
It's not clear from the ebuyer website, but they use Yodal for deliveries. If I had known, I would not have bought from them. It was on time, but true to form, a rubbish delivery. When a battered van parked by mounting the kerb at an angle, yet still managing to block the road - I thought, this must be Yodal!
As a vulnerable household, I asked the delivery driver to just place the package on the doorstep so I could pick it up, as per the Yodal covid procedure stated on their website. But he refused. He wanted to hand it to me directly. He then threatened to take the parcel away with him, before finally relenting and dropping it carelessly on the floor.
This is poor behaviour from the driver, but most likely a product of the companies procedures, treatment of staff and training, so I can't blame him too much. AVOID.
Always had great service from the cs team whenever needed. Items are good with great prices compared to other competitors! Would definitely recommend.
I ordered a LG 43 inch and it came with the screen dinted on the left side, I contacted customer service and told them about the issue, they quickly organised a collection and delivery for my new tv. These things happen, but it was dealt with very good and I am pleased with the customer service.
Ordered a TV and it arrived broken with a cracked screen.
I had to make several calls to EBUYER to get a replacement sorted as they failed to reply to any of my emails. The return/exchange process is slow and the lack of replies can leave you anxious and stressed especially if you don't own another TV. Being stuck at home during a national lockdown without a TV is terrible. BUT WAIT...
The replacement TV sent out to me was ALSO BROKEN!
I find it hard to believe that EBUYER would send out a TV without double boxing it first. If you're going to use one of the UK's worst shipping companies (YODEL) then at least apply some Fragile tape to the TV box not that they would handle it with any extra care...
I have opened a new request to have the TV replaced a second time only find it OUT OF STOCK on the website. Now it'll take another week to send it out to them (if they don't give me any excuses as to why its damaged) and then take extra time for my refund to come back to me.
How can you make the same mistake twice? Why not learn the first time round and save your customers and yourself the hassle?
I saw a great clearance deal on a motherboard/processor bundle under B grade stock and snapped it up. Delivery arrives, only the motherboard inside. I raise this with customer services straight off, get asked to take some pics of the packaging and send them in. From this point on I had days of chasing up customers services to only be fobbed off with "they're investigating". Packaging was not damaged, clearly never shipped. Customer services were elusive and kept fobbing me off, getting downright rude when I asked to escalate. "There's no point as the senior team will only agree with me". They have a contact the MD link on their webpage, I emailed my frustrations at the poor customer service, no reply.
Getting frustrated I raised a Paypal dispute, which prompted eBuyer to finally respond properly. They'd mis-listed the item apparently, and it was only for the motherboard. Strange then that a "B grade" motherboard would cost more than their listing for a new item.
Their resolution? A full refund... if I returned the goods at my cost. After demanding endlessly to speak to someone sensible in customer services, I finally spoke to someone who handled it in the way it should have been handled from the off. Admit the mistake, offer to pay for the motherboard to be couriered back and a refund. Though some goodwill gesture might have been nice...
The best part? Because I've raised it via Paypal, they've barred my account, and refuse to answer as to why. Apparently complaining as a customer isn't allowed.
Used to always rate eBuyer, but they're absolutely awful at customer service. Avoid!
Oh, oddly enough I had an order in for a Wren kitchen, finding out they're owned by the same people as eBuyer you can guess what's been cancelled.
Good Morning,

Bought a PC, when it arrived we discovered Windows had been installed on the hard drive instead of the solid state drive. We were offered no help trying to resolve this as the technicians thought we were capable enough to resolve this issue ourselves. Had 3 of my friends who work in IT trying to resolve it for us and they couldn't, the PC then didn't recognise the SSD. Returning the faulty item was not an issue, but trying to get my PC back to me after it was fixed is where more issues began. It's been 9 days (should have realistically taken a day to resolve, but I gave them the 3-5 days) since returning my PC to get fixed and haven't heard anything despite calling every day - no one can tell me if my PC has been fixed of not, a complete lack of communication. Imagine paying £855 for a PC so you're able to work from home, only for it to turn up faulty and then not being able to use it?! Was told I would have a senior call me so I could put in an official complaint but didn't hear from anyone in the senior team. I cannot work if I don't have a PC.
Complete lack of communication
Heard different promises every time I called ("It's getting processed today", "you'll have it by the weekend" etc)
I just want my PC back and compensation for being sold a faulty item and the other issues that have arose from this matter.
Definitely would not recommend buying from ebuyer, which is such a shame.

Ebuyer have always been spot on when it comes to all of my tech purchases. Great customer service always provided, delivery always on time. Would always recommend.
Unlawfully apply 20% surcharge on all returns. Ignorant had to report to trading standards, ignorant and unacceptable practice

Here is what I've gone through with this online shop:
1, Bought a HP color laser printer with scanner.
2, unable to switch on after a few use.
3, return to replace a new one.
4, the same one was out of stock. Ok, as CS for a similar one.
5, so, they suggested a brother, which was very good.
6, I accepted and tell them to deliver immediately.
7, To avoid out of stock again, I did tell them to hold immediately and confirm me absolutely available. They did. Good.
8, been waited for 4 days, so i asked for update.
9, OUT OF STOCK!? Ha? Are you kidding me?
(NO email, no notification, and kept me waited for 4 days)
10, slow responding speed CS did find me some alternatives but just not meeting the previous two. I asked if other solutions instead of refund. THEY CLOSED MY LIVE CHAT CONVERSATION.

Having spent much of my hard earned money here several times, my experience over the years has degraded at a huge fast pace. Their customer service has become shocking and you are patronised, everyone is an "expert" apparently.
There is absolutely no going the extra mile to help a client out which is really disappointing, previously I wouldn't have chosen to spend my money on tech anywhere else and now I despise having to even contact or be subjected to any interaction with this company.
Last year I would've given you 5 starts but I'm glad I saved my review for now, I will never buy anything at ebuyer again and will do my very best to ensure I influence as many people as I know to do the same.
Disgusting really!

Ordered and paid for an Acer all in one desktop PC and external DVD drive. (paid via Paypal)
Both items were delivered next day as per order.
The pc was found to be faulty on opening - wireless keyboard and mouse did not function, unable to run setup.
EBuyer tech support contacted, who agreed the PC was faulty and arranged the collection and return.
Both items were collected the next day by eBuyer selected courier on Wednesday 20th January 2021.
Still waiting for my refund - 3rd February 2021.
No reply to my emails.
Never again.
My emails to eBuyer & Paypal available.

Worst possible experience from any company in my life.
Brought a 65 inch for Christmas from ebuyer to open it Christmas Day to found it completely broken. After contacting them they responded 9 days after due to Christmas holidays to tell me I should have contacted them sooner and leaving the blame on me and accusing me of breaking the tv and not helping me one bit after multiple emails back and fourth, after expressing my stress and anger towards them they finally responded saying they would get someone to collect it which took a whole another month of me CONTACTING THEM for it to happen. After two months of this stressful and damaging time they told me the tv I wanted was out of stock. I am still wanting till this day for the refund I ordered this product in November
Hi,
Sorry to hear this.

Ordered a PC in November intending it to be a Christmas gift for my son, and I was given several assurances by email through the process that it would be delivered to me in time.
Ultimately the PC didn't arrive, and when queried, Ebuyer told me the system was delayed because one of the peripherals (the keyboard) went out of stock and they chose to hold off until the part was available. When I asked if they could simply replace the unavailable keyboard, they then let slip that they would have to upgrade the unit, because they didn't have stock in any longer of the the graphics card within the PC.
I thought, "fine, I'll be getting more for my money", however they said that they would have to charge me £50 more, but that they were going to discount the system by £30 to compensate, effectively leaving me with an extra £20 to pay. When I pushed to find out exactly what the specifications were for this new and improved system, it turned out that there wasn't any upgrade, just the inclusion of an operating system that I didn't originally want.
To sum up, their way of making up for the delay, the fact that my son has missed out on his Christmas present is to charge me extra for the privilege?!
I have been back and forth with their support and am not a happy with how they have chosen to resolve this matter.

I preordered a pc as part of Black Friday. It was due to be sent within a couple of days.
Then I was told they were building them as quickly as they could. Then I was told my money might be returned to me (why?) after 7 days. I rung up to confirm and was told it hadn't happened and I asked for it not to happen, but was told it was automatic after 7 days. But it had been more like 14 days.
Then later that day I found out it had been returned so I contacted them again. The sales person consistently refused to forward my email to management saying I had to do it myself. Then she stopped replying to me.
I finally left a poor review on trust pilot and was contacted by their customer support. I was offered a £20 credit (for their benefit really) and apologies. I replied saying it was a totally underwhelming response and to tell me what had actually happened and when the money for my 14 day delayed pc had been returned. Later that day after no reply I decided I'd had enough and asked them to cancel the order.
2 days later and I've received no reply. My money is due to be returned apparently within a few days. It better had be.
Believe the terrible reviews. This is a dreadful company.
AVOID - Ebuyer listed the item as NEW but the item sent was RECONDITIONED. Ebuyer blamed Amazon for the error even though it was listed and fulfilled by Ebuyer. They didn't even respond to my offer an exchange when requested and just refunded me without notice. Their after sales customer service is truly awful - Do not make the same mistake I did and purchase your item elsewhere.
