Great company to buy from. Brilliant prices on the website and the service from the CS team has always been great if I've ever had any queries. Would definitely recommend!
I ordered a blueray player, network switch and CAT5 cables but they messed up and changed my order sending me an SSD hard disk. I called them and they said they'll get back to me but they didn't. This is a repeated poor service from ebuyer, I now no longer shop with them at all, they are on my black list, just so much hassle. Oh and they are also getting my reviews removed from other sites, make of that as you will.
I purchased a PC and within one month it had stopped working. Tried to arrange a return and customer service kept emailing saying that I have to contact the manufacturer to arrange for a repair! I want a refund and I am angry that I have to be stuck with a product that is not fit for purpose. Absolutely shocking
