My go-to when I need some new tech. Easy to navigate site and great after care (if you need it).

They sent the wrong power supply with a couple of monitors but their team dispatched new ones straight away.

Cheapest in the UK for the parts I wanted. Ordered late on a Wednesday, arrived Friday morning.
Only issue is they use Yodel (who based on experience aren't great) and you personally have to sign for the package, so you can't have it left with a neighbour if you're not in. Had to collect from the service centre - not ideal, but not a dealbreaker

Ebuyer are totally unprofessional and their customer service diabolical.

I purchased a HDD (which I needed urgently) and received a text to tell me that it had been delivered to a click and collect location. The following morning, I spent an hour with the shop proprietor trying to locate my parcel however it was concluded that the item was not there and neither did he have any receipt for the same on his scanned delivery ticket. Ebuyer very soon established that the parcel had been misplaced by the carrier however maintained that they would not offer a refund until they had received the item back within 14 days. I didnt see this as my problem as I hadnt received the item and it was a wholly an internal matter between them and their chosen carrier as well as something that I had absolutely no control over. During several follow up calls, Ebuyer then started to backtrack, change stories and deny any responsibility as well as refuse to refund my money. It was left that Ebuyer would treat the matter as urgent, locate the item, get it returned and refund me my money ASAP.

In the interim, I purchased a replacement from Amazon, expedited delivery, perfect!

Two days later, I received a text from Ebuyers courier reminding me that the item still hadnt been collected, an email from Ebuyer asking me what I think of the item (hence this review) and when I called the company (just) they still have no idea as to the whereabouts of the item and are still holding my £150!

This is not the first time I have had issues with Ebuyer but it will most certainly be the last as I will not be buying from them again.

Needless to say, my advice is to buy from anyone but this cowboy company Amazon and Scan are fantastic in comparison.

From what I can see Ebuyer probably make most of their money by employing less than reputable couriers and charging an excess (as there are lots of excellent professional couriers out there who operate at similar rates) and by the interest they make on holding back customer refunds.

E (Exceptional, Excellent) Buyer

We all love a bargain don't we? Go on you do? Admit it; yes? I'm glad we all agree. You also want, good service, a good and easy to use website and reasonable or free (but fast) delivery. Yes, yes, then stop reading this drivel and go to the Ebuyer website. Still here, then I will carry on...

I was looking for a new printer and decided on a brother 84-in-one (not really just a 4-in-one) multi functional (plays the violin) printer. As I looked for the best price I came upon Ebuyer and soon discovered that their price was by far the best. Their website was easy to use and delivery (it's all part of the cost of the goods) was free. The printer was duly ordered, paid for, a confirmation received and very quickly delivered. So there you go. Why are you still reading this twaddle? I told you before, go to the Ebuyer website and see for yourself...

I have been a customer since they started in 2000. They were not so good in those days but each time I had an issue it was sorted. I don't mind the odd problem provided a solution is offered and they helped me each time. There delivery cut-off time is amazing. I was working on a family laptop and needed a part ASAP so I checked the prices on-line. Ebuyer had the best price and what's more I ordered at 22:10 and could still have NEXT DAY delivery! I use them a lot and it is so long ago since I had one I cannot remember a problem!

I recently bought a computer part from ebuyer & when it arrived it was the wrong model, so I contacted them to return the item & after 2 phone calls I received a returns(RMA) number & was instructed to arrange with their chosen courier a day to collect the item, quite difficult as I work almost all weekdays & there is no-one at home to be in for the collection. I could not find time to be in before I was off out of the country for 3 weeks & when I returned ebuyer had cancelled my RMA. So I contacted them(at first pointlessly by email as their returns email is unattended) then by phone. After being kept on the phone for over 15 minutes I was eventually told it was too late & the item was discontinued now anyway so they didn't want it back. So be very careful if you are thinking about buying anything from ebuyer. A very poor experience that I shall not risk repeating

I have been an ebuyer customer for a few years now without too much to complain about until now. I tried to purchase goods from ebuyer on the 19.02.2013 for delivery on the 26.02.2013 their website stated that the product was in stock and they took payment from my bank account. I contacted them on the 22.02.2013 to confirm that the order would be fulfilled and they stated that there was no problem after checking with their warehouse. On Monday the 25.02.2013 they changed the status of my order from pick in progress to order placed on their website all this being done without my knowledge or consent. So I naturally contacted them to try and find out what was going on. They then stated that the item was out of stock despite deceiving me on the Friday prior to that point I then pointed out that they had already taken the payment for Goods and service that they were not able or willing to provide this is Fraud as they knew they were unable to complete the order and they had not even bothered to contact me but just took my money from my account I informed them that I would begin action against them as they had breached the terms of the contract and the Law as well they had breached the Sale of Goods act the Distance of selling regulations and the Goods and services act. They then requested that I spend more money with them to upgrade the order for a different item to which I refused to do so as a decent company would have offered to upgrade the order at their own expense as Ebuyer have committed fraud clear and simple this call took 21 minutes at 10p a minute I might add. I then received a call back from another adviser who was again uncooperative and again I informed then that I would begin legal proceeding's against Ebuyer for the cost of the original order as well as replacement goods as they had fraudulently and blatantly breached the contract with myself those proceeding's are now under way using the above laws. This company are highly unprofessional and just plain dishonest as can be seen by the facts above in short I would not recommend this company but just state buyer beware and take from this information what you will.

The site layout is professional looking and I found it easy to navigate.
I can find no cheaper place to buy new computer equipment than Ebuyer.com. For pure value, it outclasses everywhere that I have had dealings with in the past.
Bad Experience: With one order I placed some time ago, there was a 40Gb 7200rpm hard drive ordered. What I got was somewhat different a 50Gb 5400rpm model that had been opened and was damaged! To the phone I went to get it returned. The customer support on the other side of the phone was downright ignorant. He sad I don't believe your story...! I think they have an excellent selection and prices are the best I've seen (for many of their items anyway). Even though customer service is pretty useless sometimes, I think it's still worth shopping there if you don't mind risking the poor customer service to make a saving.
