Just before I purchased Samsung Galaxy S9 from them I
Contact their customer support and asked if that is official UK model
And they said absolutely, but when I purchased and called Samsung later
With the IMEI, Samsung Customer Support told me this is ITALIAN model
And after BREXIT warranty will no longer be useful in the UK. The phone
Is already given as a gift, a terrible situation.
All things I've ordered came in unsealed boxes, the 3 free games campaign offered on the site was not mentioned anymore by the retailer or any docs regarding it, the display had a faulty DisplayPort out of the box, the returns line took 30 minutes to answer, the site only allowed to start the return process at the 3rd try, if the courier doesn't get the return at first try they charge 10 pounds for next try, if they don't find the fault, they charge you... do I need to go on? SHOCKING.
Wish I read this before I bought anything from them ordered a laptop wen it was delivered it was the wrong thing tried to return it and told u only have 14 days to return even though it was a Xmas present. Had ordered 2 so cancelled the other one to be told it's already on van they still hasn't taken the money so was told to refuse delivery 2 days after it came o refused. He then came back the next day with it I said I've been told to refuse it. Delivery man said what am i supposed to do with it. My husband said return it to sender son 5 days after cancelled order and refusal twice they still took money out. Cheeky rude customer service STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY i vet they aren't as quick to refund as they are to take it
Paid extra for delivery to ensure TV would be delivered on Wednesday. Phoned When it didn't get delivered and Ebuyer informed me that delivery would be on Thursday. Again was a no show, phoned again and was told Friday and it still has not been delivered. I was given a tracking number which was not recognised by Yodel, so have no confidence that it will show up. Have had to take a third day off work. I would advise you avoid this company until they sort their relationship with Yodel out.
HI Nathan,
I'm sorry to hear this.
Please can you email me your order number so I can look into this further?

So as usual ebuyer don't know their $#*! from their elbow, 2 orders both cancelled, both part of their black friday and cyber monday deals, claim no stock, yet took payment, now a 3-5 day wait on a refund for a order that should have never been charged.
Would suggest anyone to order elsewhere even if the price is more, as the customer service and sheer shoddy operation of this business will leave you with nothing but issues.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Don't bother trying to order anything from these people on a business account - you have hardly any rights. However, as a consumer you get more! Had a terrible experience with trying to return something unused after 8 working days and was told that they didn't want it back as it had been opened (there were no seals on the packaging). Even if they had accepted it back it would have cost 20% re-stocking fees! The fact the item pictures did not match the description was apparently my fault for not reading section 1.7 of the Business T&C's (consumer T&C's are completely different). So basically my advice is to order as a consumer but make sure you read everything before you order or you'll be left with an item that you don't want/need.
Hi Sarah,
I am very sorry to hear you've had a problem returning an order.
Please feel free to email me your order/RMA number and I can take a look into your return for you.

Be careful what you buy from these awful people and check their warranty, it's only good for 6 months for a refund or replacement and even then I've read of others getting refused within 6 months. Just search ebuyer 6 months warranty and see the horror stories.
I wished I checked before buying from there. I got a pitiful partial refund after I sent an item in for a minor repair only which was clearly discussed with them, or replacement if need be. They had no intention of repairing or replacing and immediately spat out an awfully low partial refund without any consultation and refuse point blank to return me the item.
What I was sent:
"As per our terms and conditions and in line with the Sale of Goods Act 1979, as
This item is over 6 months old you will only qualify for a proportionate refund
Of the original purchase price. Therefore we are unable to issue a replacement
As initially requested. "
So be very careful what you buy from here, if you have to return through ebuyer they will take great pleasure shafting you in any way they can.
Hi John,
I'm sorry to hear this.

Absolutely disgusting service! Ordered a laptop last week as a 60th birthday gift for my father, chose the following Wednesday to have it delivered as I would be home! Still waiting for it three days later! Asked to speak with a manager! Girl at their call centre wouldn't let me! Said I have to wait another 24 h for any sort of answer! Also lied and said they had attempted to deliver it but because my house is hard to find they couldn't! I live in a semi detached house on a main road! All lies! Disgusting service all round!
I haven't seen a much deadlier combo than Ebuyer + Yodel. Bought a gaming PC + Keyboard worth £1500 & paid extra for one day delivery. 3 days gone by and all I get delivered every time is just the keyboard.
In the meanwhile, trying to collect my stuff from Yodel, they told me
1. That the PC tower has now shrunk to the size of keyboard and all I order is in this keyboard sized box.
2. They blamed me for ordering from Ebuyer.
3. Blamed me for booking for collection using the correct information provided to me by Ebuyer.
4. Blamed Ebuyer for not adhering to the rules set by Yodel.
After all this, I called Ebuyer for help. The customer service assured I will get the delivery today. And here comes again my PC tower shrunk to the size of the same keyboard which I left in Yodel collection office.
Hi Yash,

Bought laptop to apply for job.
Went to use it and it taken 45 mins to turn on so used my phone as it was slow slow.
Sent it back and apparently there is no fault and it was sent back. Ironically I was asked if I wanted refund before I sent it back but I said just send me new one first.
Instead they have sent old one back and said it's policy and I can't do anything about it. I said I would not accept it back in house and the manager said it will be sent back to them, stored for 90 days then destroyed and she then said, I would have no computer and no money refunded. Warning! Do not use ebuyer. First and last time, never experienced such rude and unprofessional treatment. Avoid people!
Hi Callum,
I am very sorry to hear the trouble you have experienced.
Please feel free to email me your order/RMA number and I can take a look into it.

Apparently i placed an order a week ago and i was supposed to get it by today.
I called customer support and i was told that i am going to get it by today 6pm and that i need to wait a bit longer to make sure that i am going to get it. Something that never happened.
Apart from that there were no tracking details because my order was dispatched by a third party company.
On top of that the delivery company was not supplying me with any details about the reason why i didnt get my order and that it will be delivered to me another day.
All of the above without notifying me (I had to make more than 3 calls to you and 2 to dpd) and having ebuyer saying that it is going to be delivered.
This is totally unacceptable especially for a 940 pounds order
Hello,
I'm really sorry to hear this.
Please can you email me with your order number?

Scott
How I wish we had read the reviews before attempting to buy. This company have to have the worst customer service we have ever encountered. How are this company still in business. Yesterday my husband attempted to buy a laptop. His credit card was refused as it had a foreign billing address, so he switched to a second card, (with English address) which was accepted without problems. Later that afternoon we had a phone call from Barclaycard Fraud department who told us that the company had charged them for 25 laptops - all on the card which had been refused. The resulting bill was over £7000! They advised that they were treating it as fraud and so ensure that the card would not be used again, they would cancel it and issue another. On phoning Ebuyer.com, to ask what was going on, and speaking to Jade - who was rude, unhelpful and sarcastic, we received an email to say that the order which had been correctly placed, had been cancelled, and if we still wanted the item to re-order it. Another phone call to the company, still no explanation or apology, and not only was the order not re-instated, but our account with the company was also terminated.
Later, I ordered the same item (the previous order had been in my husband's name), and I now discover that I too have been blocked! And why? All because we wanted to know why they had charged my husband's credit card for 25 laptops, not one!
At no time has this company apologised, shown any concern about the situation, and have even refused to discuss it.
DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGEPOLE. IF THINGS GO WRONG YOU WILL HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO SATISFACTION, APOLOGY OR ASSISTANCE FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
Hello Celia,
I'm really sorry to hear about this recent experience for you and your husband.
Please can you email me with your order number so I can take a closer look into this for you? My email address is [email protected]

Terrible returns policy, Items delivered fault, however only became apparent after the few days required before returns can be accepted £1000's out of pocket, absolutely ripped off.
Hi Justin,
Please can you email me direct with your order number? My email address is [email protected]
I'm really sorry for any trouble caused but hopefully I can resolve.
Regards,
Scott
Eventually I got the 'we aren't going to do anything about it' line. So they kept the entire savings, wasted my time and energy, and showed they were not prepared to stand behind their products. I was actually told that even though they had the exact same monitor in stock, because they changed their internal reference number for it the monitor was considered a different item. Shockingly poor customer service, the kind that would put a company out of business in most countries.
I bought a new monitor from a different company. My school's tech order is going to a different company. I gave a friend of mine £7, the difference between eBuyer's price and another company, to go with the other company. I am not finished.
Hi Jeff,
I'm really sorry for the trouble that this caused you and I'm sorry that we were unable to come to a resolution that suited your needs on this occasion.
Regards,
Scott
I bought a computer and monitor bundle last November. I paid more than I originally intended, but it was a high spec monitor (an MSi G27C2) for what looked like a good bundle price.
I imagine the monitor was in the bundle because the product wasn't very good. After 6 months it went completely faulty. Online searches turned up others had the same problem with it. No problem, it's under warranty, right?
Eventually eBuyer confirmed it was indeed faulty. I was told they couldn't repair it and they didn't have any in stock, so they were giving me a refund. This despite the fact they had the EXACT SAME Msi G27C2 monitor for sale and in stock on their site.
But they didn't refund the full monitor price so I could replace it. And they didn't offer me like-for-like. What they did do is offer me half the price for it, in other words knocking off the full savings of getting the bundle. They even were going to charge me £12 for expected wear and tear on the defective monitor they sold me.
Don't buy from eBuyer. Just don't. If your product works you've saved what, a fiver? If it doesn't, be prepared to make a dozen calls, be on hold for hours, and get screwed in the deal.
Bought Tplink network switch with next day delivery from ebuyer. Today is 3rd day no sign so far. Ebuyer returning delivery cost. Is that worth our business credibility? Better to pay more for quality customer services rather damage business on buy from ebuyer..
Hi,
I'm really sorry to hear this.
Please can you email me directly with your order number so I can get this sorted for you?

Scott told me to $#*! off when I asked for help with a faulty product. Wish I just used Amazon instead. Don't use ebuyer, they won't help you.
Hi Holly,
I'm really sorry for the trouble caused
We have extensively explained our returns policy to you over Enote.
Kind Regards,
Scott
The first issue is they use Yodel as there delivery company, a company that can not delivery! Second is Ebuyer's customer service, even though there delivery company advise them the item is being returned. They will not refund you your money until they have there goods back in there warehouse and inspected, even if the item has never reached the delivery address. Ebuyer and Yodel Customer Service is a disgrace!
Hi Philip,
I'm really sorry for your recent negative experience. I have been speaking to you already and I know this has been refunded now.
Please let me know if I can help further.
Regards,
Scott
My experience with Ebuyer.com has been HELL. I purchased an £80 hard drive which was DOA (the fault was connection related, drive was not recognised on windows start up and device management), returned it to them sufficiently packaged, and went through their RMA returns process. They then refused to exchange it due to "external damage" and that it's not claimable against warranty. I tried to ask for proof of this "damage", after going back and forth many times, but it was clearly damaged in transit. However what surprised me was, that in the photo they sent me, the sata connectors was completely bent! If this damage had been present when I was attempting to format the drive then I would not have been able to plug it in at all! It's strange how this can be damaged in transit when the sata connector is inbedded inside the drive, it's obvious that someone in their "technical" team tried to find out what was wrong, buggered it up by bending the pins, and now they are trying to cover it up!
I am really shocked at how this whole process has been handled by Ebuyer. I've been a customer since 2013, and previously always had a good experience, but after this handling of my return for a product which never even worked, and that now I cannot even return, I honestly can't see why I should remain a customer. I've dealt with the returns process at Amazon and Overclockers in the past, and that has always been a smooth and pleasant experience, in contrast to this experience which has been nothing short of a twisted nightmare of wasted phone calls and emails dragging on for nearly 3 months.
I am extremely disappointed in Ebuyer and it's customer service. I feel that they have been dishonest about my return and have not answered my queries and instead ignored them.
I am never using or recommending Ebuyer's services ever again.
Hello Jessica,
I am sorry that you are are unhappy with the conclusion on this.
I have replied to your complaint email yesterday.
Feel free to follow the thread if you need anything else.

Scott
I would avoid purchasing anything from this company.
If their product mentions a warranty, take this up with the manufacturer, not the retailer (Ebuyer).
I purchased a power supply from Ebuyer just over a year ago. This had a 10 year warranty with EVGA, so I contacted both Ebuyer and EVGA in the same email, mentioned this and asked who would process this? Ebuyer responded that they would take care of it and look into either a refund or a replacement, when I talked to them on the phone. No mention of a proportionate refund at this point. I package the item and send it off.
I get contacted by Ebuyer a few days later to state that as the product is over 6 months old I will be refunded a proportionate amount depending on how old I had it. Without telling me how much the refund would be by email or if I was happy with this, the RMA was closed.
I emailed the resolution centre informing I wasnt happy with this and if I could have the item sent back so I can deal with EVGA directly and they can keep their refund. I get responses from their resolution centre, emails with a few words as possible or explanations that said that this wouldnt be possible as the refund has been processed and they wouldnt be able to advise me further.
After a few days of silence I decide to give them a call. They confirmed to me over the phone that I wasnt asked via email if I was happy to confirm their refund and nothing further could be done as the refund had been processed.
I then asked to which account? It turns out the refund wasnt processed. I then ask due to this, can I have my item back that I paid for? They flat out refused. My item had already been shipped back to EVGA and they were unwilling to deal with this further.
I had no choice at this point to accept the refund.
Ebuyer never sent an email to ask if I was happy to confirm a proportionate refund. Their customer support was awful via email and left much to be desired.
Please send any returns to the manufacturer! Ebuyer will mess you around and will give you as little information as possible every step of the way.
Not sure Ill be going with ebuyer again.

Hello Connor,
I've replied to your Facebook wall post.
I'm really sorry for any trouble caused.

Terrible company to deal with, do not buy anything from them as they will not support their end users for warranty claim unless your name is on the receipt.
I received a graphics card as a gift and unfortunately, after 10 months the graphics card failed.
I contacted Ebuyer with the receipt and explained the situation and confirmed I have the receipt and received the item as a gift.
Ebuyer refused to help with warranty as my name was not on the receipt and as I did not order the graphics card Ebuyer did not have to honor the warranty or help with contacting the supplier for warranty.
Terrible customer service! If you are buying a gift, do not use Ebuyer as they will be unwilling to help the person you have gifted the item to if it has any problems in future.
Hi Max,
I'm sorry to hear this.
Please can you email me your order number so I can look into this further?
