We placed an order for a couple of headset stands on our business account.
They did not arrive, when we chased it they said we were too late as we had not called within 48 hours. Terrible service.
Below is cut and paste from their terms.
"We shall not be liable for any non-delivery of Products (even if caused by our negligence) unless you give written notice to us of the non-delivery within 2 working days of the date when the Products would in the ordinary course of events have been received."
Do not use this company there are many better safer options out there
Like the title says. Worst online retailer ever. The returns policy and customer service is complete sh*t. Sent backa faulty pc on the 9th. They recieved it on the 13th, lied and said they recieved it on the 14th. All it needed was a graphics card replacement and its now the 17th with no further information. Emailed and called them multiple times only being told to wait longer. Faster to get a full refund then buy a complete new one. $#*!ing jokers. Sort your website and customer service out. Only good thing is the price hence why i used ebuyer. Worst jokemen on the internet.
Very Satisfied with customer services this morning dealt with promptly and professionally having a delivery Saturday will let you know how it went.
I've sent my PC for a warranty check.
When I received return back they told some kind of seal was slightly damaged and because of it warranty was rejected.
Told that they made some pictures of it, yeah right, make a picture after u damaged the PC, sound like an evidence to me.
CPU cooling system was dismantled.
Blue cable from Power supply can't be connected to motherboard socket ( clearly damaged)
When I sended PC by DPD for a warranty everything was on the its place.
I've put pc case in the box and foam plastic securely with care.
Today I have received PC not in the same condition as I had before.
The computer was handled carelessly.
On the right top of the motherboard there's no bolt.
Didn't touched anything when sended for a warranty, I have sended the PC in the exact way as when I purchased.
Unpleasant situation.
Reached Ebuyer on 17th of May to ask them why I have received my PC back like a bin with waste inside, Jamie from ebuyer picked up the phone and told that it will be dealt within 24-48 hours.
Nobody has reached to me, today is 20th of May Friday my warranty expires on 22nd of May Sunday, you can't call them as they are off. I guess people just DRAGGED the time to avoid accepting pc for a warranty.
PC THEY'VE SENT TO ME BACK IS IN THE CORNER OF MY ROOM DISMANTLED like a piece of trash, and don't know how to put everything back.
Least what they could have done is to put and send the PC the way it was sended to you.

I ordered the item on weekend (I paid extra charge for the next working day delivery)
I didn't got on Monday because of Ebuyer.
I didn't got on Tuesday because the courier (Yodel because the Ebuyer wanted save money on me).
I didn't got on Wednesday because Ebuyer office.
They offered me (after I had to call them!) again a next day delivery.
Ridiculous company!
Recently bought a 'New' WD 1TB Hard Drive, which died after 10 days. Raised a complaint, fobbed off to return it to WD myself under warranty. Therefore not their problem and my expense, terrible customer service, judging by the overall rating that's typical. Whatever her name from eBuyer who comment's on the low ratings, don't bother with this one, not interested.

I placed on order on a Thursday, which promised next day delivery - a premium service that I paid for expecting the delivery to arrive on the promised Friday, which was confirmed in an email. On the Friday I received an email claiming the package was shipped, but the tracking did not match this. On inquiring with the currier, I found that they had not shipped the item as they had told me, they had created a label for it. Further, no delivery date was available. I contacted ebuyer, who said that they hadn't processed the payment in time and decided to hold my order for their mistake. They promised to refund the payment for delivery - they did not - and that it would be upgraded to a saturday delivery so that I would receive it the next day - they did not. They did however hand over the item with the label to deliver on Monday - four days later than the delivery I had paid for - three hours after they closed all means of raising the issue with them, leaving it impossible to solve. (see attached image).
Their repeated lies have cost me four days without the hardware I urgently wanted - and paid for rapid delivery on - as well as taking my money happily without resolving anything.
This is a god awful service, and they are entirely unwilling to keep their own promises or even deliver the services paid for.

I purchased a fairly basic laptop thinking it should be powerful enough to run a software I require. After receiving the laptop and installing the software it basically ran out of ram. I contact ebuyer about 4 days after and explained the situation and they said fine please return it. I purchased a higher spec laptop in the meantime from them and then returned it. Approx 3 weeks later they inform me the laptop is damaged and they won't accept the return, it was not damaged when it left me and packaged in original packaging for the return. Communication was also useless. I would advice to purchase a computer or other hardware from somewhere else as if you need to return it you more than likely won't have a good experience.
Im a 19 year old autistic boy that had just managed to save up £1250 for a computer that on there website they state as a gaming computer after 9 days of receiving the computer I started a refund to send it back as it wasn't letting me play fortnite as one of the computer components was restricting me from playing after waiting from the 19th of February all the way to March 8 they then refused the refund.
I am now stuck with a 1250 pound computer I have no use for I wish I read more of the reviews and realised how much of a SCAM this company is once they have your money they don't care and will do anything to avoid giving you a refund.
Would give them 0stars for customer service ordered a gpu paid for next day delivery and wasn't dispatched was told I would get the delivery refunded but that never happened. Do not care once they have your money no phone call to say it's been delayed that's all it would take to keep your customers happy especially when charging over rrp for a gpu

Had an issue with m. 2 drive. WD customer service was appalling, lost my drive, had no more drives in stock and sent my drive back after almost two weeks. Ebuyer representative Chelsea got this sorted in a couple of days, just awesome. Customer service at its best. Thank you.
My computer arrived first thing the next morning, well under 24 hours, emails were answered quickly and in a friendly manner, I'll happily use them again.
Very impressed, customer service was impeccable and super fast delivery! Will be using again!

I bought a laptop for my daughter for Christmas on the 10th Dec.
Yodel say they'd delivered on the 24th but didn't (Ring doorbell evidence).
Contacted Ebuyer on the 29th Dec & told they'd get back as soon as Yodel replied to them.
Had to ring on the 04th for an update to be told Yodel responded on the 29th.
I was then told by * customer support would contact me in 24 - 48 hours.
Rang them again after 75 hours for an update.
* was supposed to ask me on the 04th why it had taken me 2 weeks to report it missing.
24th - 29th = 2 weeks? That's some great maths.
Put on hold to then be told my claim was invalid because I'd left it so long to report it missing.
Explanation was I purchased it on the 10th but didn't report it missing until the 04th Jan even though I had an email from them on the 29th Dec.
I explained (in a heated way) how could I report something missing if it hasn't been delivered yet & I reported it as soon as I could.
Told yet again that they were sorry but that was their policy.
Basically I got my money back after a further heated discussion & mentioning trading standards.
Low & behold old * emails me on the 10th to say:
"I have spoken with the relevant department, and they have asked for me to query the reason for the time cap between your delivery date and the date you queried this."
Well * why has it taken you 6 days to ask me such a simple question & do none of you know what you are doing there as the matter has already been resolved?
Don't get me wrong, I've used Ebuyer many times & not had a problem but this experience has totally put me off using them again now.

DO NOT USE EBUYER. After having paid for next day delivery the product was delayed. Upon calling they confirmed there was an internal issue and pushed the order through. The product never came even though it was marked down as delivered. There was never any proof of delivery provided and they are unwilling to provide a refund. £114.38 including next day delivery FOR NOTHING. DO NOT USE EBUYER.
Ordered a new gaming PC - next day delivery - was supposed to come thursday, No Contact, No tracking information - just a helpful "special arranagements have been made - contact us for more information".
Contacted Ebuyer customer support (Jessica) - who told me because it was so expensive, it would be shipped on a pallet and would come friday. Come friday lunchtime - still no Email or Tracking info on website, so contact them again - i'm now told because its the "holiday weekend" it wont come until TUESDAY.
Does it HURT to keep your customers informed or something?
Be very cautious when dealing with these, especially if you have to return anything. They have a 3-5 day return policy, which isnt worth the paper it is written on. Do not use. Not recommended!
Having thought id purchased a expensive gift for my son for xmas in the black friday deals and veryfying security to my banks satisfaction ebuyer held my money for days demanding utility bills passport all because i wanted it delivered to my sisters same surname i might add now sales are done they have returned my money after sending them all the details they asked i am now without a gift or a black friday deal raging is not the word! Ruined my super gift wasted hours of my time and now he has no computer that id saved up for months to buy.
Worst company ever. Purchased TPLINK home plugs for a friend. Used an old business account as it was already set up. Friend was away for a few days so couldn't do. Set them up and they were awful. Older units worked better. Not fit for purpose. Phoned ebuyer told I couldn't return as my 10 days was up and no refund because I used business account. I explained it was an accident (using business) and friend was away till recently but they said tough, if I had called a day over then they would have refunded as a gesture of goodwill. I said I'd cancel all my outstanding orders and they did so seemingly enjoying it to prove they didn't give a. I was a customer since 2007 and have spent THOUSANDS on that account. Eventually after I found that the items were not fit for purpose and cut and pasted thier return terms to them, they accepted. Well they took 20% of my money from the refund although these things were not fit for the purpose they were bought for which is about £40! Never again and I'd avoid the best you can. Worst business I've ever had the displeasure to deal with.
Really disappointed with what the company's after-sale process and customer service. This is a shopfront and while the buying process is quite good after you paid for the order the troubles begin.
1. I made/paid for an order with available stock for the next day delivery (Friday) as I really needed it for business purposes.
2.1st I received some postcode checker issues (I had other orders delivered at the same address).
3. I immediately called and was told everything is fine and the order will be on time for tomorrow.
4. called the 2nd day as the order wasn't `fixed`.
5. was told again that now the order is fixed and that the colleague from yesterday didn't actually do anything...
6. I finally received the order Saturday and they sent THE WRONG item!
7. had to wait until Monday morning to call and they gave another disappointing answer.
8. I had to send the wrong sent item back, wait until they receive it and process it.
9. Wish they would at least send me the right one back but was just told that as they don't have the NAS configuration in stock anymore they will refund.
Basically, I lost around £400 up2date (I just sent the item back today) and they are continuing to fix their mistakes on my account and money.
