I bid on and won an LV Alma. I knew it was not new and mt expectations were in line with that. What is disturbing is that the description left out the musty smell. Alarm the folded the $500 bag and stuck in an envelope to mail. Buyer beware.

I think this is the most awesome website for bidding on anything whether it is jewelry, furniture, anything that is being auctioned. They have antique things which I like, the jewelry that I've seen on this website that they are bidding on is just so beautiful so unique, so breathtaking! I've never seen jewelry like the kind of jewelry that they have on this website on any other auction website! They have all kinds of gemstones, different karats In gold, odifferent unique pieces of jewelry, furniture, antique stuff that is never found any more anywhere else that I've looked for. I love that they are so professional here on EBTH and I think they're just simply awesome I am impressed with everything that they have for us to bid on. I will buy from nowhere else but from EBTH! I am very hard to impress but this website impresses me with everything they have I love it love it love it! EBTH is awesome!

Until today we have been pleased with the EBTH game. We have gotten tons of really awesome things. My displeasure comes from our most recent experience. We recently bid on an item and it was sold to someone else for way less than our max bid. I called as soon as the offices were open to inquire. I was told three days later after several calls that, "it was a coding error but the item was processed and sold to the other bidder and there's nothing they can do". They did offer a $50 credit to the site. I'm not sure we'll shop with them again. Too bad it was fun while they were on the up and up.
Delighted with both the ease of purchase and of shipping. I will continue to peruse EBTH for items for myself as well as for gifts!

We have been buying from EBTH since it was the original partners through the hell of the investment group and now back to the founders which has bright EBTH back into being a wonderful auction site one if not my all time favorite! Just wish they had a better shipping process or offered overnight if you want to pay for it! My only complaint is they have gifts that get stuck in shipping A LOT! And not knowing when your really going to get a present is never good also the bidding system if you have to people that bid the same amount they should do a private blind bid so who ever really wants to pay gets the item I have many where I ended up bidding the same dollar amount as someone else and they just give it to the other party which sucks. Other then that customer service is back on top and very helpful!
Do not trust as EBTH will Steal You Blind! They stole and converted over $50,000 from me! They left me in financial shambles! DO NOT TRUST THEM! Their main thief, Bryan Guarnieri, is the primary perpetrator! Be Very Afraid of their Deception and Theft!
Previously I had purchased a wrist watch noted as "running at time of evaluation without detailed testing, future state not guaranteed" and thats OK, I can accept that. Upon arrival however, it was not running, it had been wound tight which indicated to me someone knew it wasn't running prior to shipping it. I emails and they replied with their butt covering note mentioned above. I stated clearly I was not satisfied and requested an RMA to return the item. They fell silent. I repeated to make my request with no response. I contacted my credit card company and denied the charges. Only then did they have something to say. Long and short, my card company understands customer service, EBTH, they have no clue what customer service is.
My latest purchase had an "expedite" fee I have never seen!?!?! When I inquired about this fee I was informed "The Everything Expedited 3% Charge is a newer service where orders paid by credit card will have expedited processing, either available for earlier pickup or into the shipping process faster (please be aware this does not speed up transit time just the time it takes EBTH to process the item for shipping)." I replied that I did not ask for nor wanted "expedited" service since it did not benefit me in anyway (they are classical slow shippers) and furthermore, this appears to be a fee for using a credit card, since the only way to not get charged this fee is for them to charge your bank account directly! Yeah, right, I'm gonna give you direct access to my bank account?
End of the day... caveat emptor folks... go to ebay, at least they take care of their buyers!

I have purchased a few item from this website so far and have been completely happy with my purchases. I will most definitely be buying again and have recommended it to a few people as well. The only real draw back is the added time at the end of the auction.

Answer: I am just got through selling items through EBTH, and it has been the worst experience I have ever had. They grouped many expensive items together because they thought it was in the best interest of the company not the seller. I am also currently seeking legal council to potentially file suit against the company for fraudulent business practices. They didn't even give me a copy of their so called "contract", that I had to sign and send in with my items, until there was only 1 hour left in my sale. They left out the most expensive pieces I sent in and didn't sell them at all, didn't find out why until sale was over. As if all this weren't enough, they took real diamonds from the items I sent in to sell and replaced them with "white sapphires". So needless to say, they're probably about to get hit with a heavy lawsuit!
Answer: I have filed with the BBB and IC3 for internet fraud, and I am writing the Attorney General of Ohio. These guys make the used car salesman of the 60's look like saints. The products are marginal, and the service i mean customer service is non-existent. I also filed a fraud case with my bank, because for 3 week I got the run-around about them shipping the item, I never got it, and they said they couldn't return my money. Not true! In the United States, keeping the money and keeping the merchandise is illegal. Don't let the technology and glam of the website fool you, they are deceptive, dishonest, and you get the 'EVERYTHING BUT WHAT YOU PAID FOR.

Answer: I've not sold with them and never would. I've read the responses from people who sold items with these people and if you would like to be ripped off, then by all means go ahead. You'd fair much better by locating an auction house in your area. My experience with this particular bunch of thieves is on the buying end. Photos do not show the big picture, if there is a flaw in any item it will not be in the description and most certainly will not be photographed. The exorbitant shipping charges are insane. I'm not sure if as a seller you would see any profit from shipping, my guess is it goes right into their pockets. This is a very dishonest bunch from top to bottom. Please find a reputable dealer to sell you cherished items, I cannot stress this enough.
Answer: I bid on a pair of Swarovski Crystal Penguins. I was unaware that the larger Penguin was supposed to have a "tail" at the back. It's difficult to see with the cutting of the crystal so I only noticed it when I saw another like item and it had the tail. I closely inspected and can see what I thought was a cut in the crystal is really not smooth and is where the tail should be. The item was delivered on May 12. I put in a claim on July 2 and the company is standing on their 30 day return policy even though they listed as good condition and it was not broken in the box, I've spent thousands of dollars at their site and probably would have continued. The customer service individual refused to let me speak to a manager and just kept repeating the same thing. Now for 134 dollars, I am done with ever buying another thing. Not a good way to run a business. If they are going out... it's no wonder.
