THEY ARE LIARS & SCAMMERS. I ORDERED FROM THEM 2 WIGS & HAIR SHAMPOO. THEY NEVER SENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL OF THE ORDER. I HAD TO EMAIL THEM ABOUT 4 TIMES ABOUT TRACKING NUMBER & EACH TIME WAS A RUN A ROUND RESPONSE.
I TRIED CALLING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I COULDN'T SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON. ONLY COULD LEAVE A FREAKING MESSAGE! WHAT THE HELL! I CONTACTED PAYPAL ABOUT EBONYLINE & I ENTERED A DISPUTE CLAIM, THEM SCAMMERS REFUNDED MY MONEY SAME DAY I ENTERED THE DISPUTE & CANCELLED THE ORDER!

On October 5,2016 I ordered a wig by "It's A Wig" called "Yuliya".
It shipped 10-06-16 and I received it 10-12-16 via USPS. I was so excited about the $4.99 flat rate shipping promotion, Yaaaaay! I am very pleased with my purchase and plan to become one of Ebonyline's frequent customers. I just love stress free shopping!
I contacted customer service about the status of my order. I was told the item was on backorder after I purchased it and the wig will be shipped out in a few days. The day of shipment, I get get an email that it was out of stock. So disappointing.
