My experience was great and hassle free. I called to get the status of my order and I spoke with Desiree', she was great! I bought three wigs on 8/7/2018 and I was able to get a shipping tracking number by 8/9/2018. I am so excited and I can't wait to receive my order. I give 5 stars for customer service and fast shipping.

It was my first time ordering from this company, so i ordered from them on a Saturday and by Tuesday there was still no update on my order, mind you i paid $49 Canadian dollar for shipping. Usually i would order from Sams Beauty but they were sold out in two of the items i wanted to get, but the Ebonyline site had them... or so i thought. I had to call them after looking at all these negatives review and ask what was going on with my order and they told me that 1 of the wigs i ordered wasn't in stock and that they would have to order it from their manufacturer and that usually takes a month and that i should switch that wig out for another or they could just ship out the one wig that was in stock. I cancelled my order right away, am definitely not ordering from them again.

I Love This Company

I love this company because they have great wigs, products and excellent customer service. I've been buying from Ebonyline for years.

Every time I contact Ebonyline they are extremely helpful and pleasant to talk with. Today I received wig, but it was lighter than I expected. I spoke to Desiree' and was so helpful and friendly. She was very understanding of my issue and assured me that Ebonyline would gladly exchange the wig.

Ebonyline please keep up the outstanding work.

I'm extremely happy!

I'm not sure if I lucked up twice but I've ordered twice from Ebonyline.com. Both orders were for different types of crochet hair. I placed my first order the morning of May 31. I received my shipping confirmation the same day and my order within 3 days. The most recent order was placed before 3 PM on July 27. This was an order of two types of crochet hair, 4 each for a total of 8 packs. I received my shipping confirmation on July 31 and recieved my order today, August 2. I'd ordered hair from another merchant in case my order didn't arrive before my hair appointment on August 10. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to the mailbox and both orders from different merchants arrived at the same time. I received 8 packs of hair with shipping for $44. Thank you for a positive experience.

Could be better

I told myself I would never order from them again after some issues in the past. Well... it went pretty smoothly when I ordered a couple months ago, so I thought maybe they had changed. This time around, it's been 4 business days, & I still haven't even received a shipping confirmation. If they don't have the products on hand, I wish they would say that on the site, or at least let me know thru email. Now, I prob won't get the items in time & may not find them in a store near me...& yes, I'm panicking! I've used sites like elevate styles, wigtypes, Sam's beauty, etc. & I always get my order in 2-3 days. Maybe ebonyline is like some sites that will actually get rude on the phone & say "we have 3-8 business days"... meaning they will actually put it in the mail during that window of time (closer to 8 days than 3, lol). I won't be ordering anything online for a while. I'm just tired of the hassel.

Very happy customer. Spoke with Desiree she awesome, upbeat way cool. Immediately solve the problem... I normally order once a month. They always deliver in a timely manner and always have my items in stock. What I really like about the company they are very loyal and very nice to speak with over the phone. So far there over all service has been great.

My order had been backordered because it was not available and had taken a while. Today I called in and De'sree jumped right in and made sure my order was shipped. She went above and beyond and gave me options of how to work it out and was patient and kind the whole time and was very very helpful. I had been getting frustrated but her service makes me smile and she resolved all issues from the items order to the shipping of the hair. If you have issues talk to her she has top notch service and is quick to come up with ideas and options.

Be Careful With Me

So disappointed. They will accept your order then order your item from the manufacturer. They do not tell you the item is not in their stock. I did not receive any notice that my item was on back order or given any ETA. When I phoned 8 days after placing my order, I was told it would be another 7-14 days before my product was received. It's not cool to make customers think they have the item when they don't. It's very difficult to get through to customer service - probably due to all of the unhappy customers. They've lost my business for good. Good luck!

I dont care what anyone says the customer service is horrible. They have 3 numbers on their site ALL of which send you to a voicemail and NO representative. When you email them they DO NOT respond. I am reporting this company to the BBB. Please do not purchase from them

I was working with the young lady named Desiree who I had answered when I called ebonyline in regards to a standard order, which usually ships within 3 to 5 business days. The days had lapsed so I called customer service AGAIN, Desiree assisted me Again and indicated the product I was purchasing was not in stock I had a timeline, an engagement to participate in my daughters wedding. She (Desiree) heard me freaking out, time was not on my side. I had been searching for weeks for the perfect hair. She helped me to find something very close to what I was looking for which looked even better! :) we talked for 2 days and was able to fix my order and get it sent out in time for my daughters wedding! Desiree is not only personable but very professional she's the type of person that you want to be able to consult with when you're placing an order or have a conflict with an order she knows how to resolve issues when people are in a panic. As I was,
I thank her and now have a new friend thank you Miss Desiree for all your hard work and understanding and most importantly for being Pleasant beyond the Call of Duty! Customer service at it's best. Because of Desiree inow will only do my shopping at ebony online for my hair products! This online store is absolutely unbelievable horrific, I ordered a number of different items, totaling to almost $200 I then contacted them 3 days later when I noticed it was not shipped out, I received an email a day later apologizing the items are not in stock... they said in a few more days. I waited almost another week and emailed again and another apology with the manufacturer dont have the items, and to cancel their screwup by canceling your order is a serious headache, they were SO QUICK to debit my money out of my account but I waited 2 weeks to still be told not in stock. Most sites if its not in stock you cannot order the item. But these scammers allow you to order it anyway knowing its not in stock then say its coming to another 3-4 days later that its a manufacture problem, if my money isnt credited into my account in 2 days Im contacting my bank and the BBB. Buyer Please Beware!

I order from several different wig companies. Today I chose Ebonyline but ran into some issues with a product not being available any longer, I was disappointed & the site did not inform me of this info. When I was unable to move any further I called & Desiree informed me of it being discontinued but was very pleasant in doing so. I decided from there to order a similar wig but got a little confused with the amounts that I was being charged. Desiree walked me through the whole process & was patient, she made some simple adjustments & made me want to come back to the company again because of her knowledge with all my questions and her great personality.
