Slow at shipping but other then that i like this site this is my 2nd time ordering from them the customer service is good i like the fact that i can call them and they are every nice over the phone for years i was shopping at wigtypes and they just change on me so now i like this site better <3 They have everything i just wish they could work on the site by updating the stock inventory! Other then that i Like this site

I ordered my wig but when I called about shipment I was told it was out of stock and it would take 5 to 7 days to get to the warehouse. I opted tp select another wig. Customer Service responded to my emails in a timely matter. I placed my new order with Olivia and I received my wig in 4 days. She was very pleasant and the wig I originally ordered was more than my new order. She immediately credited my account with the difference. I as totally pleased with the wig and the sevice I received from Olivia. I too read the negative comments and was afraid I would not be pleased with your product or service. I can honestly say I did not experience anything negative. The remark that disturbed me the most is the starement about your company is racist. I would hope that there is no truth in that. Thanks again Olivia..

I called on 6-29-18 about an order I placed on 6-26-18 since I paid for priority mail. Desiree explained to me that several of my items where out of stock and that it would have to come from the manufacturer and then to their facility before being mailed to me. She apologize for the inconvenience this may caused me and she offered a refund difference since I indicate that I could have just paid the standard shopping rate of $4.99. She was very polite and she even acknowledge how I been a long standing customer of the company... so she thanked me for that.

I ordered my items on Wednesday night, Thursday morning I received an email informing me one item was not in stock. I called CS, we found an alternate and completed the order. Three days later I received my package. Lastly, best prices Ive seen! Will be ordering again.

I purchased Vivica Fox's Gemini Swiss Lace Front wig in the wrong color, the representative (Elvia) immediately put my worries to rest and assured me I would get the color I wanted. That action right there is exactly why I continuously buy from Ebonyline... way to go.

Shanice was kind and said " no worry it will be shipped out today ". She was pleasant and understanding.

I had the pleasure of working with a rep by the name of Desiree who helped me get the hair needed just in time for the 4th of July weekend... She was amazing... I was worried that I wasn't going to get my order in time for my family reunion. I recieved an email saying that one of my items was out of stock and could they help me with another choice... I didn't want anything else I wanted what I order. So I email the company and Elvia respond very quickly and she was able to help me with my order and now I'm getting both of my items. Those positjve reviews on here are all fake. I ordered hair on 6/8. After a few days without getting an email about my ord3r shipping. I tried calling amd was unable to get through to talk to a customer service agent. Several times. Their wait time is ridiculous. I finally get through on 6/15 and I spoke with Olivia who advised my order would ship 6/18. But it didnt ship. I called 6/19 and sat on hold for 20 minutes. The lady advised that yhey do not partial ship orders and if I canceled the item that was still out of stock they would charge me more for shipping. Then the $#*! hung up on me.

I ordered on Monday the 4th and till today this hasn't been shipped and everytime I called it was the same story they told me it will ship today or tomorrow but It never did and a lot of them are very rude but I got Desiree and she was such a wonderful person she solved my problem, she was very professional and friendly and she's getting my order shipped as we speak she's very pleasant. They should give her a raise because she is such a great asset to your company, the only person who did what they were suppose to do in a professional manner. She reassured me everything was going to be fixed. Please ebonyline don't lose her
