I recently purchased two wigs from EbonyOnline. They were both beautiful wigs (Freetress Milly and Freetress Equal 101) but unfortunately the color I chose didnt look good on me. I contacted customer support to see if I could exchange the units and the response was fast. They approved my exchanges within days and Im now just waiting for my new wigs to arrive. I have bought a wig from them in the past and the transaction was super smooth as well. This is my go to online store for wigs. Highly recommend

The customer support person I spoke with (Desiree) was very nice and polite, but they were out of the colors I ordered for 2 of the 3 units I ordered but it didn't specify that online when I ordered them. I was a bit bummed but I had to get a refund for "Ginger" and I just settled for a #2 for" Maxx", I hope I like this #2.

This company deserves to be shut down! Placed a order only to be inform that they were out stocked. Didn't say that when I was charged anyways for it.
I order over $100 worth of hair, and this company take a month to process my order, so I receive my package in 4 days and it was not what I had order I call many time for a refund and didn't receive it. This is unacceptable please don't waste your money.
Has anyone had any bad experiences ordering hair bundles? I would really like to order some bundles but all I'm reading are reviews regarding ordering wigs.
Both lace fronts I ordered looked like low quality garbage, nothing like expected, the turban I received has a bunch of HAIRS stuck in it, it was repackaged and sent to me. I also ordered a foundation stick in fair, they sent me "medium" but placed a cheap sticker label that says "fair" on top of the word "medium" (which is still visible)They have no respect for clients. I spent over $200 and paid ridiculous shipping fees to Canada, no refund. These people love want our money yet have zero regard for us.
Save yourself some trouble and don't order from Ebonyline. Try another vendor. Their customer service is terrible. I ordered a wig two weeks ago and have yet to receive it. I've emailed them three times and was told twice that it would be shipped "soon". The third email I received no response. At this point I am done doing business with this company. I requested a refund if they are unable to send the item to me and got no response which leads me to my next step, which is to contact The Better Business Bureau. I say all this to try to spare you this headache. Having worked in customer services for years, I feel the paying customer should be aware of the business practices of the businesses they seek. There are other websites that are much more deserving of your business. If not, proceed with caution. You've been warned.

My very first time ordering from this company. A week after placing the order, I hadn't heard from them so I emailed to inquire. They said estimated time they would receive the items from their vendor was 12 days (after I placed the order) and then they would schedule shipment. Which means I wouldn't get my order until almost a month after placing it. I emailed and asked to cancel my order, refund the money, and (nicely) asked if they could let me know when the units would be in so I can re-order. They responded that I can call or email them to find out. Amazing they're in business.
They have nice low prices is the only good thing I can say about this company. However, they NEVER know an accurate count of what they have in stock. Seems like a lack of communication between the company and the "manufacturer" as customer service always says. They are always waiting for the manufacturer to ship them what is needed. 3 days, three days, after placing an order thinking everything has gone through and awaiting shipping as customer service has claimed would ship out on Friday, 8/11/2017, I was told the day prior to supposedly shipping day that the item is backordered in the color I wanted. Would have been nice to know this way prior than 3 days after placing order. I emailed them back saying I would take an alternative color instead, then later I realized I may as well cancel my order completely because I am so tired of their poor communication and quality service. Do not advertise something that is NOT in stock! Figure out another way to better communication with the manufacturer. You will never see a good company with an important reputation to withhold advertising an item online that is not in stock. I am pretty sure it is too late to cancel my order. I did contact them in an email saying I would like cancel my order, shortly after emailing them to say I would take the alternative color. I will probably end up receiving the order in the maily anyway. Regardless, for sure, I will not be ordering with Ebonyline.com anymore. 2/3 orders were a nightmare.
I ordered 6 packs of Outre Bahamas curl 14" crochet braiding hair June 23rd, and it was a message on the website saying that the company would have delays in shipping due to moving stock. I understood this, and it took 3 weeks to get my package after being told it would ship out various days. July 4th was approaching so this only made the shipping date later than I was told would ship. The only true complaint I have is that when I called to check on my order July 10th, two different reps did not know how many packages of the hair were in stock. One told me that they had 9 packs of the hair in stock and 7 were reserved. It made me wonder how is hair reserved when I spent my money to order their hair! This really frustrated me because they did not know whether or not the hair was backordered when I had been waiting 3 weeks or so for 2 more packages of the hair to complete my 6 package order. I just didn't understand how a company does not know that their stock is low and not post it online for consumers information. However, my 6 packs of hair was shipped out on July 10th and I received it on July 13th, 2-3 days as promised. I would rather not purchase from this company again because I do not like that the reps are not sure of whether or not my purchase is in stock weeks after placing the order. Unfortunately, this website is the only one that seems to have the lowest prices of the crochet hair I have in interest. Overall customer service was very nice, just not very informational. This would be the second time I purchased from this company and I did not have this issue the first time. I have always been fully aware of the negative reviews regarding customer service.
So, I've recently tried Ebonyline for the first time. I have to say so far I love them. Compared to similar online beauty supply stores, they definitely are one of the best. Like many smaller businesses, their return policy could be much better. But, overall I highly recommend them.
The only problem I have with this company is, the $4.99 flat shipping rate never applies to you order total of $30 or morel. They do take a lilltle bit longer to ship. You do have to check your order to see if item is out of stock.

NEVER BUY FROM 3BONYLINE!
1. They will have much longer processing times than described on their websites.
2. They will charge your credit card immediately even if they are out of the product
3. They will not let you know they are out of the product and will lie to you saying they just received ot and are sending it the same day,, yet days after you call they still haven't sent it
4. They send a totally different order with some body else's name 23 days later.
5. You email them about their mistake: THEY DON'T REPLY!
6. You call them and ask them when, you will get your order: THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL NOT SEND YOUR ORDER THAT YOU PAID FOR A MONTH AGO UNTIL YOU HAVEN'T SENT BACK THEIR ORDER!? I DON'T HAVE A PRINTER THEY WANT ME TO DRIVE 12 MILES AT MY EXPENSE TO PAY FOR A PRINT OUT LABEL AT MY EXPENSE TO RETURN THEIR WRING MERCHANDISE, THEY DON'T EVEN WANT TO PRINT THE LABEL THEMSELVES AND MAIL IT TO MY HOUSE.
I AM UNEMPLOYED AND SPENT $132 ON THEIR WEBSITE TO BUY WIGS BECAUSE I LOST MY HAIR: NOW I HAVE NO HAIR, NO WIGS AND THEY HAVE MY $132!
