I placed an order online at Ebonyline.com. Well, due to COVID-19 shipping was a little delayed. I emailed the company to inform them that I had changed my mind and wanted to return the item although I had not received it yet. The company instructed me to return the item unopened once it was received and they would issue a refund. Well, I did as instructed and never heard back from the company that my money had been refunded. I emailed them to inform them that I had not heard if they had received the item and was waiting on a refund. The response was that the item was received and my refund was issued already. Well, after I researched my order, I discovered that I paid with a Visa gift card. Well, after use, I disgarded it. The refund was put back on that card. I used the chat on the site and Bree Hood went over and beyond to resolve my issue! I was so worried that I had lost that money because many online (only) vendors will not try their best to resolve your issue. Most are all about the money instead of the customer service! Thanks to Bree Hood for the making sure she went above and beyond!
Another satisfied customer! I will continue to order from them and will recommend them to a friend any day!

Unprofessional

This company is the worst after getting in contact with their affiliate company Nadula someone from ebonyline finally hit me back i guess the 9 emails i sent wasnt a good enough excuse to write me a email back when ebonyline finally did write back they had to the nerve to tell me to get my points from all my purchases i must be logged in I AM ALWAYS LOGGED IN WHEN I MAKE A PURCHASE! So this is a scam company promising you get points and rewards and you dont recieve any i been writing to ebonyline anout this matter since the end of 2018! So it took almost 2 years to get a response they ignored me because they know they dont have a rewards system thats just a gimmick to get people to buy their products its not right how they treat their customers like our money dont matter it should because it does i just want my points and the rewards i earned so now after i get my purchase i wont be shopping here again and i will go on every rip off or scam site to report this lack of responses please whoever u are dont buy from here they are frauds they dont pick up phone dont email you back u gets nothing from them but they behind to kiss u been warned!

Frauds

I wish I didn't have to give one review but anyways DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE CROOKS they tell you they will send you shipping and tracking info within 24 hours LIES I tried to place two orders two different times and both times when I asked days later about the item they email that they have cancelled the order now I have a 25 dollar gift card I purchased from them that is basically useless bc I tried again to order from last week here it is a week later no shipping or tracking AND ONCE AGAIN I CONTACT them today to ask about tracking and guess what I get an email where they have cancelled the order again STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Liars and Thives!

Placed my order 3/28/2020 I noticed two weeks went by without a tracking number. So I emailed they said my account would be updated and I'd receive a tracking number. I gave them 3 more business days which they said it would take two days for my account to update. So I emailed again. Desiree lying $#*! said my package had shipped already. How? When I never received a notification from any shipment companies stating It did. So I reached out again to cancel my order a month later. No refund. No products. Please do not order from these women they are burning folks out there hard earned money!

Not happy

Still waiting for my order to be shipped it's been 6 days already I did email the company and their rep said that one of the items I ordered was out of stock even though on the website it said it was it's really annoying I will never order from them again. I'm going to wait until Tuesday if my order is not shipped I want my money back!

I attempted to place an order with Ebonyline on 2 separate occasions. The first order was placed but apparently the items I purchased were not in stock. I didn't find this out for several days. I had to cancel that order. About 3 weeks later I placed a different order. I emailed them a few days after placing my order to make sure my items were in stock. They informed me that some items weren't so I changed the items to ones that were. I waited days to receive a tracking number but they never sent it. I again emailed them asking when the products were going to be shipped. I was sent an email reassuring me that the items were being package at that time. They said to expect a tracking number in the next few hours. I figured at this point I didnt have to babysit them anymore so I went on and waited for my package to arrive. Six days went by and no package so I looked for the tracking number in my email. They never sent it. I again emailed Ebonyline to ask about the tracking. They proceeded to tell me that they already sent the tracking info (lie). They then created a label at 9:00pm that night and sent me that tracking number. I then felt like ok maybe they will actually be able to handle sending the package at this point. No! I checked the tracking number 2 days after to see when the package would arrive. It still hadn't shipped. They never took it to the postal service. I'm Never ordering from this company again. I will warn everyone about this company

I had an issue during checkout, where my order was place twice, so I emailed customer service. Desiree responded, first thing in the morning, explaining and reassuring me that I wouldn't be charged twice. She also provided very helpful information in regards to my order staus and possible delays. Her responses were prompt and her customer service was AMAZING!

LACK OF COMMUNICATION

I ORDERED MY ITEM ON THE 13TH OF APRIL VIA EXPRESS AND IT IS NOW 7 DAYS LATER AND I CANNOT TRACK MY PACKAGE ON YOUR WEBSITE NOR CAN I GET THRU TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE. I ALSO EMAILED *******@EBONYLINE.COM AS HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A REPLY EMAIL... I UNDERSTAND THAT WITH EVERYTHING GOING ON WITH COVID 19 THERE MIGHT BE A DELAY BUT THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION YOU GUYS HAVE WITH PAYING CUSTOMERS IS TERRIBLE. JUST AS EASY AS IT WAS FOR ME TO PLACE MY ORDER AND YOU GUYS TAKE THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT IT SHOULDN'T BE THAT HARD FOR ME TO TRACK MY PACKAGE NOR RECEIVE MY PACKAGE IN A TIMELY MANNER. The customer service reps are rude. I had to contact them after they hadn't sent my paid in full order that had been placed days before. The representative sent a rudely blunt email basically saying to stop contacting them because they send out orders when they get ready. I still haven't received my order

I had placed and order a few days ago. Curious, I emailed to see when the items would be shipped. Desiree was quick to respond, letting me know that one of my items was not in stock. Desiree asked if there was something else I was interested in. After a quick look, I sent back the number for the item. Responding quickly, Desiree informed me that the item was out of stock. That is totally cool. We are in the midst of a pandemic I am surprised that none of my other items were sold out. Desiree quickly made the adjustment to my invoice. I love Ebonyline. I have purchased various items from them over the last 4 years and will continue to do so. Desiree, thank you for being quick and professional with your responses. You Rock!

I've been dealing with Ebonyline for a little over a year. For the prices the hair is great so much better than your local beauty supply. Anytime which have been only twice that I've had a question or concern Mrs. Desiree is very on point and NEVER had to wait hours for a response and is verrryyy helpful. I've got to be honest I live in California and I have never got my shipment past 6 days it's always come quick. Only 1 time I had to wait a little over that and that was because my item wasn't instock but they gave me all the info I could possibly need and when I cancelled a item my money was refunded and I truly appreciate that.
