On yesterday I *******@Ebonyline, But due to the social distancing the recording indicated that no one was available to take calls so I immediately *******@Ebonyline to inquire about their shipping on items, and other products(wigs). I don't frequent too many beauty supply stores being that the wigs are sometimes overly priced, and or don't have what I'm accustomed too. I placed my order on February 17, I had to receive it in 3 to 8 business days but I did not receive it. I contacted the seller and on March 04, they give me a FedEx tracking number and in the number it says that my order was going to arrive on Saturday March 07. Wednesday, March 11, I sent a message to the seller because I still haven't received my order and until today I don't have a response from the seller.
Okay I ordered over 5 wigs from the website. All of the products were in stock. I'm just confused. It said that the product would ship out in 24hrs
Hello it's a week later no wigs. So I ordered another wig from. A different site. Guess what the wig came in today. What is the hold up. Cant get a correct answer from the lady who answers the phone. But y'all were quick to take the money from my bank well over 90.00 dollars. I just want my wigs or my money.
The absolute WORST customer service imaginable. Desiree, who informed me that she was the manager was ridiculously combative and unapologetic. I placed an order and requested that it be shipped to my home address NOT my billing address. She literally called me a liar. I have emailed proof that this was requested several times and proof that I called several times before the order was shipped as well but was ignored. They were very quick to send emails in regards to payment though. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!
Maybe it's just me, but I got my income tax refund and it was burning a hole in my pocket. I was on YouTube watching some wig reviews; and the wig she was reviewing was so nice and natural looking. In the description link it said Ebonyline was where she purchased it. I just had to have this wig, and I few more I saw reviewed. So I called to make sure they were available. I think, I spoke to Desiree. She was so nice and helpful. The ordering process was effortless. My order came quick and I'm happy with my purchases. This company is the best kept secret around. But, not if I can help it! I will be telling everybody I know, about this hook up. That's how you feel, like you just got a good deal and you just can't keep it to yourself. I will be sharing with my Sisters, Cousins, and Good Girlfriends so we can all shine and look good together; and at an affordable price! Why not share the love? It would really be selfish not to!

I always shop with ebonyline.com. Their prices are unbeatable and they always have shipping deals. It has been my experience that other vendors charge way too much for shipping and the products they sale, bug not ebonyline.com. Also, customer service is exceptional. The customer service manager, Desiree, always responds to my emails if I have any questions and goes above and beyond to make me feel valued as a costumer.

I've always had great service from Ebonyline! Their customer service is amazing too. Desiree was an absolute joy and helped me locate my package in a few hours! She SAVED my baecation and I can't thank her enough for it! I got my stuff in literally the same week I ordered it and everything matched how it was online. 10/10 will be returning for my next order! It's 10 times more convenient than going to the bss store because they be charging triple the price for the exact same hair.

Today was no exception as awesome Customer agent Desiree answered my inquiry for me. Tracking may take a bit to receive but just be patient or call customer service to find out. I will order from them again!
I bought 24 inches OUTRE MYTRESSES GOLD LABEL 100% UNPROCESSED HUMAN HAIR LACE FRONT WIG - NATURAL WAVE. What did they send me 18-20 inches. Who does that? They refuse to take responsibility and change the hair. All they told me is that they are going to charge me 20% of under restocking fee $50. This website is a fraud and a joke! Stay away
I agree with many of the reviews on here. I placed an order with Ebonyline and my order was never shipped. I had a hard time getting through to customer service. They gave me a bogus order # and never shipped my items until I called them and complained. It took over 2 weeks to get my hair. I definitely won't be ordering from them again

I started ordering from this website about 6 months ago. Since then I have ordered 4 more times. They literally ship your item super fast, the products are exactly what you see online. Not to mention the AMAZING customer service, I spoke with Summer regarding the shipment of my wigs and she was super polite and very helpful. I just spoke with Patti regarding my order. Patti was friendly and helpful. She informed me of the status of my order and let me know that it was on back order and would hopefully ship out in a day or two. It is refreshing to be able to speak to an actual human in a world where everything is computer-based. I will add an additional review on the actual units when I receive my items.
