So, the wig initially I ordered was going to have to be ordered from the manufacturer first, adding an extra 7 days to the potential shipping time. (This is my own fault, time management is important, kids.) I emailed customer support for assistance this morning - Desiree was kind enough to let me know what was available to ship, and she went ahead and updated my order this afternoon. Got my shipping notice a few hours later. Great response time to my inquries, and super-polite. I can't wait for my new wig!

I ordered some hair on a Sunday. I paid for priority shipping. That obviously means that I need my package ASAP. They didn't put my package in the mail until that Friday. Very unprofessional customer service. They wanted me to refuse the package in order to get a refund and hope that it gets back to them. They advised that if there were any fees for refusing it I was going to be responsible for it. I don't know who running that company over there some kids.
Beware of thier shipping and return policy. They have a 20% restocking fee for anything under $50, I think... they say they ship within 24-48 hours but they don't. Also you may have selected priority shipping but that doesnt mean you will get your item when you should. Customer service is not that great either. I placed an order on Nov22 paid extra for priority shipping and still have not even gotten my shipping or tracking number. Today is Nov 29.

I called a few times to get more information about one of the units. Summer was extremely courteous and helpful and even assisted me with changing the shipping address! Also the unit arrived fast within 2 days. I would highlight recommend Ebonyline! -Dawn
How grateful am I for Ms. Patti! Not only did I feel heard when I voiced my complaint, but she also made sure to breakdown everything for me and to truly make me feel like a valued customer. I have never had such a positive customer servive experience. I also learned about the magic bands to help grip my wigs, and I felt just encouraged to keep buying from Ebonyline because before I made the call I was going to stop doing so for awhile.
I got an email stating they did not have the Outre Human hair finger roll wig I ordered in the color I picked. I called customer service and spoke with Patti. She had a great personality and helped me with my order and picking another color. I have this wig already and love it; I just needed another one.

I must admit I have ordered a few wigs from this company with no complaints or regrets however this time I do have some. I ordered 2 wigs. The first wasn't in their warehouse but the site allowed me to order it. I feel like an email should have been sent letting me know that the item wasn't there and give me the option of either waiting til it came in or choosing another in-house wig. After no tracking number was sent after a week I sent an email inquiring about my shipment and that's when they told me about the missing wig which was holding my shipment up. I chose a different wig and my package was shipped the next day. My main issue was with the second wig. The colors that I chose was burgundy for my first choice and cotton candy for the 2nd color blended in. I received a burgundy wig without the 2nd color which I had to pay extra for. This might be minor to some but if I specify a color combo THAT is what I should RECEIVE. Period.

Sadly, I read several reviews where customers are upset because they failed to receive email(s), concerning changes made to there orders... I too thought, after a few days, that i had not received a notification about my order, until Something told me to check my spam. From my experience, Ebonyline websit is clear about delays that can occur... my story: after checking my spam, ebonyline sent me an email, informing me that part of my order was backorderd so they gave a choice to change the color of my unit. I kindly asked them to just issue a refund for the unit and to please mail the other unit ASAP - for needed it in a few day. Ms. Desiree, from ebonyline, withing min sent me an email to inform me that my refund would be issued and that should would send my tracking number to the warehouse to mail other Unit. I checked my account and truly the issue was made within minutes and I received my tracking number. My unit was recieved in time before I travel... I have ordered from them 2 times now and and will continue to because of this one good apple, Ms. Desiree- who overall represents speaks well of the company she works for
I personally believe that they are a great company and their customer service is wonderful, especially Patti, she was so nice and sweet as she helped with my order. The only thing was wasn't great for me was the fact that I did not get an email with my tracking information for both of my packages, I had to call them to get that information. Other than that, I would highly recommend them!

I haven't gotten my wig yet but I ordered it for Halloween a bit last minute. Turns out it would have taken too long and not come in time but Desiree was wonderful in helping me alter my order so that it would come the fastest and was overall very helpful!
