Shereca Younger, order #*******. I placed my order on 6-16 and received it Saturday. I love this organique master mix hair. The prices are very affordable. In the local beauty supply store the hair was $40. Ebonyline.com had the same hair for half the price. Larrisa demonstrated perfect customer service. I reached out to make sure the hair was in stock, not only did she confirm it was but advised it was on the way! This is how to keep repeat customers!
I have ordered from them a few times, but this last order has been a MESS! First, the wrong zip was put on my shipping label causing an additional day delay (I was waiting on my hair) so I was unhappy about that. 2nd, I received my package to find that one item was wrong :/. I have been emailing CS about a return/exchange, but they are still requiring I pay all shipping costs (both ways for exchange) and I will have a restocking fee if refunded! Seriously... when it was the mistake of YOUR facility! How crazy and inconsiderate... not to mention the inconvenience of it all. Horrible CS... I won't spend another dollar with them! Take your chances if you want ppl. I'm good, luv!

I ordered 3 packs of hair in a specific color with regular 3-8 day shipping. After not getting tracking info after 1 week I emailed to see what happened. Turns out they didn't even have the color in stock and were "working to get it from supplier". I had to keep inquiring about the status and was told the same thing for another week. After 2 weeks I just cancelled my order and ordered somewhere else.
I was a faithful ebonyline customer until they made a mistake on my order. I emailed them regarding the mix up amd I never recieved a response back... So I called and Each and every representative that answered the phone was extremly rude to me due to them messing my order up...
My original order was sent... the sent an email stating 2 of the wigs I ordered they did not have in the color requested. So I ask them to send alternate colors of the 2 wigs I originally ordered... These dumb bastards sent the color I originally ordered that they said they did not have and another color but left one of the wigs I ordered completely off. When I call to bring it to their attention... everyone was rude to me. They would lie and say the manager is in a meeting... took my number didnt pass the message till finally I had to curse them out. I would never in life order from Ebonyline again!
Now girlfriend ordered 2 wigs, were not delivered on time, payment issues. She doesn't even feel like trying to send them back. Company responds with same generic response. I told her to talk to summer or denise the same customer service reps that customers have mentioned on this site. If everything was fine with order, no need to contact cs, something seems fishy with those write ups

Order #*******-EBO*******&EBO******* was placed on 09-26-19. Fedex stated it was delivered on 09-28-19 but I never received the order. Contact Ebonyline and Got Desiree, filed a police report and contacted Fedex. On 10 -07-19, received an email from Patti W. Stated that my reorder was shipped from the warehouse and I would be receiving confirmation of the delivery date. Today, I called Ebonyline and spoke with Desiree she was very unprofessional and rude. Desiree claimed that they don't have insurance on lost, missing or stolen packages. She was not honoring the case number that fedex gave me and she stated that the email on the 7th from them was just cut and paste and was falsely sent by Patti W. I have had to send a complaint to their State Attorney general office on them and my bank. Ebonyline gives false and misleading information to their customers and they do not want to refund or replace missing packages but they keep your money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Product was sent to the wrong address (an address I had not lived at for 2 years). When I got the confirmation email and saw that they sent it to my old address, I immediately emailed them. The contacted me the next day and told me that the product had already been mailed to my old address (that I had not lived at for two years). They sent it to my current address in April 2019. So clearly, they were at fault, but refused to admit it. I tried calling and left several messages. It has been three days, and no one has returned my call. The package was sent to an address where someone else (now deceased) was living. I don't know what to do at this point. Dealing with their customer service can be quite challenging.

Honestly, the company isn't bad. This is my second time ordering for them and twice the colors i've ordered for my wigs weren't available. No, I wasn't notified right away, but since i've encountered this problem with them before i've decided to call and check instead of waiting the 5-7 business days, and they've rectified the situation in a timely manner. I don't know who i spoke to over the phone, she's very short with her responses which COULD be considered as rude but wasn't an issue for me. I've also emailed them and Desiree was quick with her response.
Overall, MAKE SURE YOU READ THEIR POLICIES BEFORE ASSUMING.
First time ordering and because the item was needed on Sunday. It was ordered 2nd day air on a Thursday. If there was ANY indication that the item would not arrive until Monday, I would've chose another delivery method, but there was none.
I wasn't told that if you select 2nd Day air on Thursday, it will arrive the second BUSINESS day (Monday) until I requested a refund for the additional price of shipping. I am still waiting for the package which by their standards is not late.
I searched the website and it took me some time to find the shipping policy that did NOT tell me what they define as 2nd Day air. When I finally found the link that housed the information, I could see that it excludes weekend delivery.
It's misleading. Have a pop-up to explain "the method of shipping you selected does not include weekend delivery when you're at checkout. Most consumers, shop, review cart and shipping options then purchase.
Never again.
I'll try to make sure others don't have to search for this information and aren't disappointed/don't lose money in additional shipping cost if they choose this method on a Thursday.

I had recently placed an order that did not ship yet and I contacted the company via email in which they replied in less than five minutes and I was contacted by Desiree she let me know as to why it did not ship. One of the wigs I ordered they did not have in stock that I ordered she nicely let me switch to a different wig. She was very polite very professional I have been a loyal customer for a year I absolutely love this company
This is my first time using this website and surely this will be my last. I have never experience nothing like this before and honestly I wished I have read all these reviews before coming to a conclusion of buying stuff off of this website. I first ordered my products on July 30th and it took them a whole week just for them to sent me an email explaining that they didn't have the prestretched hair that I want. I sent them an email back but they didn't respond then I decided to call them and told them just to get me another type because they didn't have the one I wanted. If they didn't have that product then why didn't they update the website to say they were sold out. Then they sent me another email explaining that my tracking order will come in the next 24-48 hours. Like come on this is foolishness, I still haven't got an email back on my tracking number and I have places to be my products and hair are taking way to much time to get here. This website needs to be cancelled the shipping TRASH the customer service TRASH I had to call this company twice just for them to answer the phone. It's sad that they also have false advertising, people are actually doing reviews on this company saying it's good when actuality it's not, this company is literally stealing people's hard working money that they make. I'm surprised y'all been in business for over 15 years and have customer service like this and shipping that takes entirely way to long. At this point I might cancel my order I don't even care if I don't get my money back wasting my time like this. It's august 10th like where is my stuff.
