Ok so this company does not let u know when something is out of stock! U must call 1st to find out to not have to go through the hassles I've been through over & over w this company. Especially if it's for special occasion, 1st CALL & ASK! I would only give 2 stars due to this issue. But as far as the agents, they are so kind & polite over phone. They speak very clearly & it only takes a minute or 2 for a *******@Desiree the agent I would definitely give 5 stars to! Thank you Desiree for clearing my issue up! Order four wigs on July 20. July 25 I get an email saying a label was printed. What is this mess? You print a label five days after order and wigs still aren't ready to be shipped. Called customer service... when I say she was absolutely no help. To me to read the website which I did several times. All I wanted to know is when will my wigs ship. She said we don't have them, there not here! I asked what is taking so long? She replied one was on back order and even the website may say they have it in stock they don't. Wig was on back order. I asked if they notify customers if this happens, she said no. WOW! She said they will ship sometime... 2022, 2028... when?! Don't do it people. Pay a little more and buy from some place else. It was my first and last purchase from Ebonyline!
I ordered from Samsbeauty.com, my item was shipped next day, and I got it in 3 days. I ordered from ebonyline, it's been 4 days now and my item has not been shipped. I used them over a year ago and same thing. I got my package after 3 weeks. I only tried them again because Samsbeauty didn't have the color I wanted. Plus it's been a while and I thought ebonyline has changed. Calling to cancel. Never again.
I made an order 7 days ago and haven't heard anything since. SMH! I really wanted the hair that I purchased. This site was the only website that had it and that's why I took the chance. Never again

I was a loyal customer. When I made my final purchase it never arrived. Ebonyline informed me that after 10 days of the postal review I would either be reimbursed or resent the hair. After 10 days I never heard from them so I emailed them. They said that they denied the case and was not giving me a refund or sending my hair. The customer service is horrible. I would never recommend to buy from this place. If your hair does not arrive they will not do anything about it and they did not tell the truth. Horrible!
I had a small issue with my order but was quickly notified by customer service. My rep, Winnah helped me through the process and I am grateful that their communication is really good.
I'm a regular customer of Ebonyline. They're my go to place for wigs. I was about to place a big order; so I called to double check colors and availability. Upon calling Winnah answered the phone. Whom I've spoken to several times before. She took the time to check all of the 12 wigs, I wanted to order. She told me the colors and assured me they were all in stock. But, what she did next was a step above and beyond. She emailed me back the next day, and told me my order had been shipped. She also provided me the tracking number. So essentially she followed my order from start to finish. Today to my surprise, I received my order. I received super fast shipping. The whole process took just two days. Now, I have my new units just in time for the 4th of July. Keep up the good job Winnah. I feel like a VIP, like I have my very own personal shopper. I love the prices, the selection, the super friendly customer service, and don't forget the fast shipping. If you haven't already given Ebonyline a try, try them you won't be disappointed.

I placed an order on 6/19, when it still hadn't shipped on 6/25, I called to cancel. The representative said I couldn't cancel because the order shipped and would send the tracking number. A few hours later, I called back because I never got the tracking number. Again, I was told it shipped and tracking would be sent right then. I did receive the tracking number a few minutes later but it indicated that the label was created while I was on the second call and the package still hasn't been received by the shipper. Ebony line could have easily cancelled my order when they saw it didn't ship yet but chose to lie and say it shipped.
I've used Ebonyline many times over the years and have had nothing but great experiences. Most recently, I've had to talk to customer service about an issue with my order. Winnah was absolutely amazing and got it sorted in less than 24 hours.
I ordered a wig it came then a week later the same wig came again and u did not order it. And i was charged for the second one. They told me to send it back I cut the card board around the wig so it would fit in package. They then said they would not except the wig or refund my money. And said I had to pay them to send it back... I have one and did not want another one. Called to get this straight lady yelled and was very rude as they all have been frm the time I called to try to figure out why they send me 2 wigs. They are nice as long as you are ordering let them make a mistake them not you all HELL will break out. Very good wigs but they do not put the customer first trust me let something go wrong... I'm done found a better site with kind operators who put the customer first. And they have all the same wigs and ponytails great quality also and cheaper. EBONYLINE CAN KICK ROCKS. ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAM HAVE SWITCHED TO A BETTER COMPANY... AND ITS NOT OVER THEY WILL BE HEARING FRM MY LAWYER... YESSSS... ITS THE PRINCIPAL NOT THE MONEY..
Winnah was a great help to me because they were out of the color i wanted and even though i still wasn't able to get the color i wanted Winnah kept me updated on if the wig was coming in and she took my info down because she's going to watch out to see if the item comes in before my birthday! Employees like Winnah are hard to find and are a MUST to keep! Thank you Winnah!
I don't write reviews often but Ebonyline is worth me taking the time to do so. They have excellent customer service. I have emailed questions on more than one occasion and have always received a courteous, informative and rapid reply. Recently, the representative that assisted me was Winnah. She kept me abreast of everything that was going on with my shipment in a timely and unexpected manner. I really appreciated her efforts. I look forward to our continued business relationship.
