Wasted my time, they don't answer the phone the "D" girl clearly can't read & Jessie is a lazy manager. They need better practices and workers who want to keep a sale. Ebonyonline is pathetic this is why companies don't grow.
Every single time I order with them its a problem that's why I HATE when a unit I really want is only available on here sometimes I'll even wait it out until other sites restock. This has been my third time ordering from them and probably the last, if you don't have to get a wig from them then don't. First time I ordered with them they sent me my shipment notification then three weeks later ( I paid for 3-8 day shipping) I get this email saying I have to verify my identity to complete the order. Why did you not tell me this beforehand also why did you tell me my order was already on the way when in fact it was never shipped in the first place. The second time they shipped weeks after purchasing again even though I paid for express shipping. Their customer service reply time is laughable. Now this final time I'll probably ever order really was the last straw. I order a unit weeks ago, received an email that they will send me a separate update when my package would be shipped within the next 3-8 business days. Cool. Then by business day 12 (I got busy and new to just give them extra time after dealing with past issues) I email them asking if it has been shipped. They tell me it was delivered... okay so where was my update email? No where. Then, they tell me it was delivered yet it is definitely not at my residence as I check my mail every morning now its been a whole 2 weeks after calling and emailing and they want me to wait an extra 15 BUSINESS DAYS to open a case because the package never delivered. Literally what the hell is going on? SO sick of ordering from them.
Three reasons why I rated this company with one star:
(1) The site is not updated to reflect in stock items only. It allows customers to place items in the shopping cart that are not available. And no, this is not due to several orders being placed at one time.
(2) The company fails to automatically credit your account for reward points, which causes customers to go through the hassle of begging for assistance. This happens even when you are logged into your account before you place items in your shopping cart and when you check out.
(3) Customer service never addresses an issue with one email because they fail to read before cutting and pasting a response. This causes the customer to have to follow up multiple times until a good customer service rep comes along and successfully fixes the issue at hand.
Hair reviews: The actual items that I have received are all 5 stars. No issues with the actual items. However due to the 3 reasons listed above, they deserve 1 star.
Hello Ebonyline.com, Why did you send me a mail requesting me to send by identification card for verification and processing of my order *******? This quite unusual for online purchases. Why are your phone lines never answered by a person, and cuts off immediately after the machine recites its prerecorded message?
I have spoken to my Credit card company and they said all verifications should be done through them, because it is not safe sending such identification for online purchases.
When will my items be shipped? I paid for priority international shipping.
I received my order and was very disappointed with one of the wig. I was poorly made and didn't fit nor looked good. I lived chatted with Joyce and Amy and got no help. They said to go to return policy and that was a bust, after all the back and forth it said I had no completed order. I tried calling customer service at no prevail. So I'm chalking this up as a lost and I will NEVER order from this company again!
Order my 2 wigs on 07/10/2020 and still haven't received my wigs I had no help threw customer service due to them currently not answering their phone so had to email and they replied saying wigs aren't in stock so have to wait until 5-7 business days and it's already the 18 of July still no wigs. They want inform you if they're out of stock so I wouldn't deal with them if your wanting your hair right away

Chatting with * was a horrific experience. This person refused to answer my questions regarding why your company is saying items are in stock, but they aren't. You all have my money tied up in two orders that were AVAILABLE when I placed them, but are not available now. I paid express shipping on the second order. * was very sure to advise that she had other chats to tend to instead of answering my specific questions about my orders. I learned that one of my orders was cancelled today, but I had not been notified of such activity until I asked about it today (order *******). Refusing to answer my questions, as she had other chats to tend to, she only would give me the option to cancel my current order (*******) or see other options, opting not to discuss my concerns. Then she disconnected me from chat and sent me to the rating of the chat. This person has the worse SERVICE ever and to me, it's reflects the company. Actually, the company's behavior is encompassed in the service representative. They has taken my money on two orders that the website clearly said was available when I placed the orders, but now are not available. Mind you, the site STILL says these items are available. This company is a rip-off. The first order, i received an email saying that it was on back order and was provided with options. I chatted with a representative about the options provided in the email and placed an order based on that availability on July 2,2020 to only find out that today, 7/8/20, it is not available. I have been awaiting orders from this company since June 25,2020. I have been provided a phone number, but the recording only says to chat with someone instead because they can't answer calls.
I opted to purchase from this company based on YouTube reviews. I totally understand the pandemic crisis that we are in, but this type of service is a disgrace. I needed this hair this month, which is why I purchased my first order last month and paid express shipping on the second order.

I order clip ins for me and my daughter for a wedding we were going to. I never received my order and they will not refund my money back. I was told that it is confirmed that it was delivered by USPS at my front door. They said to talk to my friend, neighbors and family members about my order and that they are sorry for my inconvenience but they will not be giving me my money back. I will be talking to my friend and family and neighbors and telling them not to shop here again. They were the ones who told me about them. I normally shop at Amazon and have never had a shipping error that they did not take care of. I will not be shopping here again and I will continue to post a negative review on them. I am not in the habit of giving my money away like that. It is not worth it. I had to get hair from a local beauty supply for the wedding we went to. So I paid for more hair and just gave the other money away. No I don't think so!

If the package is lost, there is nothing we can do unless you file a claim with the mail carrier.
We shipped it to you properly but it was lost while it was in USPS's hand and delivered.
This company takes way too long to ship items. I ordered on July 2nd and they still havent shipped my item out. And this company doesnt have alot of items im stock either. Ill never order

I decided to do a dreadlock project during the pandemic (took me 5 months!) I ordered all my supplies from Ebonyline. 5 star service.
I wish they could answer technical questions about products but for legal reasons, they can't. I don't think I would down rate anyone for that though.
They have a wide selection of everything and their prices are great.
I'm very pleased with the products that EbonyOnline has to offer. I love their line of wigs, and their customer service is the best. They're very helpful. Thank you!

Item was shipped to wrong address even though I updated my shipping address called ebonyline they stated nothing can do I placed my order on June 19th today is July 1st and paid for 1st class shipping I had to call USPS they had no info item lost they would not refund me my money or replace my item now I'm out of $50.00 bucks needless to say I will not be ordering from this company again terrible customer service they did nothing to try to rectify the situation
