Worst expirence of my life. For my 16th birthday my family bought Real Madrid vs barcelona tickets 6 months in advance of the game. After humorous calls and checkups they remaind un reachable and in professional. We called them in Spain multiple times and nothing happened. They kept assuring us that they were on there way. 2 hours before kick off they called and sent an email that they couldn't supply the tickets. It later became apparent that they used us to raise the price and resold our tickets for more money. Extremely unprofessional extremely in happy. I urge you to avoid this site at all costs. They are a scam and have no appreciation for customer satisfaction just a money grab. You use this site I guarantee you will regret it. Unfortunately I do not have enough bad things to say about this site.
We got our tickets for Chelsea v PSG only on Saturday, but when we called, they explained this was the case with everyone this time. As we ordered quite a few times before, we know this to be true.
Caution: You don´t get what you pay for!
I purchased category one tickets for the Real Madrid vs Barcelona game on March 23rd 2014. I was delivered category 2 tickets for the game.
However much I tried to obtain a response easysports never showed up.
My parents will be so chuffed with their seats! My mom called earlier and said she got the tickets by the morning round. My dad is a huge Tottenham fan, and he is going to be so happy!
I will definitely order again, as the whole process was quick and because they followed up rapidly and efficiently.
They are very persistent, I'll say that for them!
I kept getting this call all day, so I finally answered, which I never do on a Sunday. Turns out they wanted to verify my details and get my consent before charging my card for a booking I had made the day before. Good!
I got a call from them regarding my inquiry about 4 tickets for Bayern Munich vs Manchester United in Munich.
In addition to working on Sunday, which is a big plus, they also managed to arrange that all 4 seats will be together.
According to customer care, the tickets will wait for us at the hotel in Munich.
All this is really professional and efficient - for my money, at least.
Just made our booking for AT. Madrid - FC Barcelona this Wednesday. Being our first time on this site, we asked a lot of questions, and got good, informative answers. The tickets will wait for us at our hotel in Madrid when we check in. I will book again if all goes well.
Got my tickets for Chelsea v Paris St Germain by mail yesterday. Had to sign for them. As the whole process was new to me, I must say the whole thing was fun and quite easy.

I cannot recommend this company. We ordered tickets for the first day of Wimbledon 2013 for an elderly friend who was making a once-in-a-lifetime trip to the UK from New Zealand.
We waited in for several days before the event, my husband and I took it in turns to attend/miss our grandsons' christening on the Sunday before the first day of the tournament on Monday. I received a phone call late on Sunday afternoon telling me that the tickets had been cancelled and we would not be getting anything.
We spent months phoning and emailing, calls were never returned and emails never answered. I got an email in August telling me that the refund would be made in the next few days but it never arrived. More months of phone calls and emails ensued.
Finally in desperation my husband placed a bad review on this site, his comments were immediately denied by the company but strangely enough he started getting "apologies for the inconvenience" and the repayment finally reached our account.
Following this I have had two phone calls asking if we will remove the bad review.
We lost over £250 because of these non-existent tickets due to changes in the exchange rate over nine months and a fee for parking at Wimbledon which we were unable to cancel at such short (18 hours) notice.
"Please accept our apologies" and a very late refund are not good enough - do not trust this company with your money.
Well Adam at easysports ( see review earlier) we have not got our refund yet. Still short of 1188€.
You say you will contact us, havent heard from you. We never recieved any tickets from you.
This is a big scam! We bought 2 category 1 tickets and paid 1188 euro for El classico on the 23 of march 2014 but they never delivered the tickets. They called us to let us know that we will get a refund but we never got any money! DO NOT buy tickets from these people, its a big scam!

My boss has me order through them exclusively, since we have booked many times them, and never without any glitch. From my experience, they also call back when you leave them a message or email them. I recently booked him four tickets for the match between Bayern Munich and Hoffenheim. He called me and said he got the tickets at the hotel.
We recently booked tickets for Man City v Sunderland, at the advice of friends. They had booked their tickets from this website, so we followed their lead. Well, it was such a great experience, we had been planning to use them again, for sure. Why? Because they proved themselves! So we saw the match between Man City and Fulham last Sunday, so 2 successes out of 2 orders so far.
We have used them before without any problems whatsoever for UK games, so I also booked the all-important match between Madrid and Barcelona as a surprise for my husband.
The tickets waited for us at the hotel when we checked in on Thursday.
Had to rush back home, but thinking of booking tickets for the cup final on the 16th. It would mean going back to Spain, though. We will have to see.
We had used them to book three tickets for the match between Madrid and Barcelona last Saturday. Had we stayed in Spain for longer, I certainly would order tickets for Spanish Cup Final as well. Very highly recommended!
STILL NO REPLY - Explanation 3 months later!

I booked and paid for 2 VIP tickets for the Madrid/Barcelona game several months in advance. We booked flights/hotels and then on the afternoon of the game they simply cancelled the order and said they would refund us! We where left several thousands out of pocket and with no tickets only a few hours before the game.
I would STRONGLY advise people NOT to trust them.

I ordered from them tickets for last night's match between Madrid and Barcelona.
I saw they still have tickets for the Spanish Cup Final - so If I can manage flying out to Spain the week before April 16, I will certainly book with them again. I only got the tickets 3 days before the game, but I have to admit I only did arrive at my hotel on Friday - so this is fine.
All in all: great game, good seats and the price wasn't too bad.
Worst ticket site out there, was promised numerous times tickets for Madrid vs barca where we paid 800 euros, arrived on the Friday then on the Sunday of the games 4 hours before, they ring us up and say tickets are not available. So we wasted all money on flights hotels etc... stay away from this company there a joke!

I must say i am very surprised by this!
On the 24th of March, One week agi, I spoke with Ms. K. F. About her order
1) Spoke with the customer and offered our deepest Apology - which she accepted
2) I mentioned she has an email notiyoing her about the REFUND
3) Also: I Offered her a furture discount - she accepted
I reiterate: the Full REFUND has been processed one week ago.
I have also sent an email is to confirm refund of €851,00 processed today into the same credit card used to purchase this order.
Usually funds should be reflected on your credit card statements from today up to 7 business days depending on your bank/credit card procedures.

We ordered category 1 tickets in December 2013 for el clasico in Madrid on March 23,2014. The tickets were very expensive but is a "once in a lifetime experience". We arranged travel and hotel for the game and are now in Madrid but no tickets are delivered as promised. We tried to contact Easysportstickets but there is no answer on email, chat or telephone (the voicemail is full and not able to receive any messages). Do not use this company! Huge scam.
Update! The company called us on Sunday morning to ensure us that the tickets will be delivered to our hotel before 6pm, the game was at 9pm Sunday. At 3pm (6 hours before the game) they called again to say that they are very sorry but the tickets will not be delivered! We traveled to Madrid from Sweden for the game and had to see the game on TV! Trip is totally ruined! The company told us that the money will be refunded. Now, 9 days later, we have not seen any money. Will need to take legal actions. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

La próxima vez te recomiendo Viagogo, me fue mejor y pude hacer tracking de los envíos.
