We booked tickets for Milan vs Parma (16.03.2014). We changed our hotel because they did not react as we have written them an email that they will receive our tickets. We informed easysportstickets about that well enough in advance. Our new hotel was in the same building as the old one. We asked in both hotels and nobody had our tickets. So we had to buy new tickets in front of the stadium. Easysporttickets said it was delivered and signed. Now we got our money back and all is ok. Thanks for that easysporttickets.

I ordered from them tickets for Southampton v. Norwich yesterday. I got the tickets on Thursday, but this is the only thing I wish could be improved. Other than that, this service is fair and the price was fine too. I was always treated politely and pleasantly over the phone. They really did go out of their way to calm me and reassure me, and were informative and thorough about fielding the tracking number. Will book again - probably soon.

The reps are nice and fair: I spoke with this guy about two weeks ago, and told him the price for the seats I wanted for the match between West Brom and Man United were too expensive – if there was something he could do. As I expected, he said that was the price, and welcomed me to try again soon as there might be other match tickets added later – or to go for another game. Eventually, I did booked the tickets with them, because no other site I found had a better price, or better reviews. I got fab seats, so I will definitely book with them again, because it all went smooth and fast.

I ordered 2 tickets for my husband for Christmas, for the england game yesterday. I had to email them a few times as I had not received the tickets. I did not hear back from them till the day before to tell me the tickets had been sent and I had to be home to sign for them. What a joke! To top it all I understand that they want to make a money but how can they charge me nearly £200 for £25 tickets and it was me that had to do all the enquiring about where my tickets were I would never recomend this site to anyone. I have also emailed them again about this issue and nobody had bothered to get back to me

So glad I was able to confirm my booking for West Brom against Man Utd this Saturday. Was worried a bit, given the short notice, but not only did the nice lady there I spoke with assured me the order went through fine, I found the tickets in my letter box this morning! Last time I had to sign for them when the postman brought the mail, so he remembered. I like this website for being reliable and efficient. Also, the seats i chose matched the stadium chart they show. I will definitely order again.

I ordered Category 1 tickets for France v England in 6 Nations 2014. I was assured they would not be too high or behind the goal. The company delivered the tickets to our hotel in Paris as promised in time for the game.
I expect them to make a profit but the tickets I received had a face value of 62 Euros for which I was charged 227 Euros each. A 350% mark up, not a 350% profit, just approximately 3.5 times the face value.
The seats were only a few rows from the very top of the stadium in what the stadium would describe as Cat 3. Easy Sports Tickets redefine the categories themselves as anything along the pitch side as being Cat 1. This is apparently in their T & C but I did not notice it when buying the tickets.
ALL ATTEMPTS TO GET A RESPONSE FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT WENT UNANSWERED UNTIL I POSTED MY ORIGINAL REVIEW ON SITE JABBER.
Once I had posted on Site Jabber I received numerous 'phone calls from friendly staff at EasySports Tickets/Online Ticket Express who told me I had got various parts of my story wrong. Without admitting any responsibility on their part they offered me a goodwill refund from themselves and the original ticket owner which equates to approximately 16.5% of the price I paid for the tickets. They offered the money if I would take my review off SiteJabber, I said I would post an amended review. They asked me to take the review off before they made the refund. I said that once I had received the refund I would either take the review off OR amend it/submit a new review.
They have since refunded me the amount agreed and I have amended my review.
It is a shame that their customer service department had not answered my call/emails in the first place but that they only became concerned once a bad review was posted online.
I won't deal with them again but am grateful that their customer service did eventually deal with the matter although it came with caveats.
I have lifted my score from one to two stars..

I put 5 stars, as these bastards are 5 star thief's, they are lower than maggots, I paid a fortune for 3 X 6 Nations Rugby tickets in Oct 2013, only to be told a week (28th Feb 2014) before they could not get any. I have forwarded all correspondence to a lawyer, and I intend to find where they are. If indeed they have an office in the UK. As I think it's time for an up close and personal chat. Don't be foolish with your money, they are liars and scum, and if they feel that Im committing liable towards them, they are very welcome to take me to court. We all know low life bottom feeders like these scum bags would dare...
