We probably fell in the same "exercise" as many people here. We purchased almost 4 month before the Atletico Madrid- Barcelona game 4 tickets for the event. Today, only a few days before the game we received following message: "We regret to say, but due to the fact that our supplier let us down we cannot provide you the tickets that you requested and ordered."
All our travel, flights, hotels were in order to see that game and now it's ruined.
They still have a chance to make it right, so please, do it now. We waiting for the company representative a quick response.

I bought some tickets for Champion's semi-final match with Chelsea.
I'm a real die hard fan of Chelsea...
When buying the tickets I was a little afraid I wouldn't receive them because it's was a really big match. But I went on anyway and purchased them.
Coming up to the day of the match, I was getting nervous that I still hadn't received the tickets, so I called the Delivery Dpt. And they assured me that the tickets are being shipped and that they are aware regarding the delay in delivery.
Finally I received the tickets, 2 days before the match. A bit close, but i got really good seats!
It was a real experience...

I bought a pair of tickets for me and my friend for the Champion's League semi-final.
We were really excited about it, because we just spent quit a bit of money of these tickets.
We had some issues in confirming the order, but after an hour, everything was sorted and we were good to go.
We traveled for the match, booked a hotel and everything.
We were quit nervous when we didn't hear anything about a week before the match.
4 days before the match, we received a call notifying us that the tickets are on the way to the hotel reception. I was relieved.
When we arrived to the hotel, indeed they were there. The tickets were in a great location...
It was such a great experience. I will definitely buy again.

My son just celebrated his birthday, and he is a BIG fan of Manchester City.
So I wanted to surprise him and get him 2 tickets. I planned to take him with me and to not tell him where we are going and then he will see that we are at the stadium.

Being a real FC Barcelona fan, I really wanted to find a decent tickets for the Spanish Cup match. I already planned to go Spain anyway, so if I could find a ticket, that will be a bonus. I searched online for tickets, and decided to go to this company... I bought the tickets online, at first I had some trouble, because I wasn't receiving any emails, turns out, they were in my spam folder. But I did call the customer service and reassured me that my order is secured.
I was afraid I will not get the tickets in time, but was told they will be waiting for me at my hotel, and they did...
What a match! Excellent...! And the seat was great...!

I wanted to see the FA match with Arsenal, and it was really hard for me to get a ticket anywhere. I searched the web for all kinds of sites, until I saw this one. The prices were reasonably OK and the selection of the categories was nice. I spoke to one of the reps on the live chat and they made it clear that I need to specify in the order I make where would I prefer to seat, but I need to take into consideration that they cannot guarantee it. I was a bit nervous about that, and was afraid i will get the seat I wanted.
Surprisingly, I got the ticket by special delivery to my house about a week before the match, and in the section I requested. I was so relieved and excited to go.

My friends and I planned a trip to Europe, because we were celebrating my friends engagement.
Of course because we were all guys, we decided to see also a football match, because we were in Italy. I searched a lot of sites for matches and decent prices, but this was the company we decided to go for.
I wanted to order online but I had a lot of questions so I decided to call.
Spoke to the sales rep, he gave me all the details I needed, even though we were a large group of people, I was told that they cannot guarantee all tickets together, so we were prepared to be separated from each other.
So we checked-in to the hotel and it was a big surprise that the tickets were in the same block, not all together, but very close to one another... It made our trip that much better...

I bought tickets for the Chelsea-Galatasaray Champion's League match for me and my mate.

Although I got the tickets 1 day before the match, I was a bit anxious I must say...

I bought tickets for the champion's league. I bought the tickets online, but there was some technical problems when making the order.
Before i had the chance to call the customer service to solve it, I received a phone call from the company. They solved everything for me, and to tell the truth I was afraid that I will not get the tickets. But the tickets arrived in time to the hotel.
It was a great experience and me and my friends really enjoyed it.

I bought tickets for my my husband as a honeymoon surprise, as we were having out honeymoon in Italy.
I was quit scare buying tickets at first, but coming from UK, I already knew how fans behave in football matches.
My husband really loves Inter Milan, so I bought a pair of tickets online.
At first I was nervous, because in the Italian League you need to give the names and birth dates, so when I did not receive any info by mail, I decided to call the customer service dpt.
Turns out, all the mails were in my junk mail and I was worried for nothing. I entered all the info. When we got to the hotel, the tickets did not arrive yet, so I was a bit nervous. 2 hours after we checked-in the hotel, reception called to update us that the tickets arrive to the reception and waiting for us. I was so happy and my husband - even more!

We ordered tickets to the game in Munich 12/04. (easysportstickets.com.)In last letter from traffic department was said that we would get our tickets before 2 pm that day. The game started on 6.30 pm, but we did not get any tickets even at 6 pm! We were really nervous and spent lots of time to figure out what was going on! Phones did not answer! In 20 minutes before the game we have got an sms that we could get tickets from a man. We called him, he said that he was not from your company and knew nothing, but if we come he would give us another tickets. We were very angry, on f**ng wonderful service! We drove 1000 kilometers to reach Munich, to see that game, we payed more than 1150 euros to get the wrong tickets very high from the ground! We payed for VIP zone, but we seated not in VIP! They dont answer on our letters. We cant to get our money back! We got tickets which coasted 70 euros for 1 ticket! But we payed 1150! DONT BUY TICKETS FROM THAT SITE! NEVER!

From 4-9th of may i will go with my wife and children to Barcelona for a holiday. As a surprise i booked also 5 tickets on the 9th of april to see the match FC Barcelona against Athletic Bilbao to be played 6th of may. However due to some changes the Spanish league has changed the matchday into 20th of April. This period we won't be there. Easysportsticket took there full responsibilitry and offer me to visit another match or refund the money. Unfortanly no other match could be visited and therefor i asked them to refund the money. A nice woman from Easysportsticketing called me, the day after, to inform me that the money is refunded to my account and is also confirmed to me by email. Well this is what i call service and responsibility to provide quality. From now on i will only use www.easysportsticket.com to book my tickets. 1000% great and reliable company, excellent!
