I am waiting for a refund from EaseMyTrip for the past 2 months:

• Every time informing me that it's in process!
• No one is responsible to pick up the phone and no one calls the client to solve queries.
• It's a very disappointing and shocking situation, such a big company doing this!
• They had promised to pay within 7 days; however, the airlines have already paid the money to Easemytrip and I have a proof for the same, still, they are holding the payment.
• Can any authorized person can solve the query?
• Before buying a ticket from EaseMyTrip TAKE PRECAUTION for the same.

I got error message two times and out of that one time 36,126/- amount got transferred but not received ticket. Now I am trying to get refund but they are stating that "This is to inform you that as checked we have not received the payment.

We request you to kindly get in touch with the concerned bank."

I forwarded confirmation rec'd from bank but still they was denying receipt of excess money.

Now I have raised complaint on National Consumer Helpline.

Fraud website. Indigo has refunded my booking amount on 4 July and I cancelled the ticket as per ease my trip customer care email reply in end Sept. But still they have not transferred my amount to my bank account and only giving excuses. Complete fraud... will never book from this website again.

My wallet balance is showing Rs. ******* as I had cancelled the ticket due to Corona lockdown as the flight had got cancelled. However, when I am doing a transfer to my bank account, it is giving the message as already processed but I have not got any amount in my bank account.
Email replies from customer care are absure and they are giving same reply that it is being processed... this is since 1 month am getting same reply.
I would never book nor recommend Ease My Trip to any person and I am a teacher for economics and business management and I teach IB, IGCSE and A Level students... so obviously I will be quoting this as a bad service example in all my classes to all my students... most of these students often use airlines for travel out of India and within India... and this will ensure they do not book from Ease My Trip and so avoid such pathetic experience similar to mine.
