I did train booking from easemytrip.com the amount deducted from my account but I didn't get ticket I tried calling them several times initially they used to receive my call and give some silly excuses after that they didn't receive my call after so many trails. I tried to reach them through WhatsApp but not a single response for my messages Guys please don't opt for easemytrip.com they make your trip pathetic instant of making it easy. They really have the worst customer service avoid this fraudulent.

Ticketed on April 2 April and I did not cancel and canceled myself and deducted 3000 charges. Asymmetrip is very messy company when the flight did not fly.
They have a pathetic phone support, wait time is above 15 minutes and they are not able to answer a single query about International Travel. Government and Airlines are offering free cancellation and re-schedule but this Easemytrip sucks as they are not able to support humanity.
It is very nice app for discounts. I love this and advice everyone to use this...

Promised a refund and I never got it. They keep saying they are looking into it but not sure what needs to be looked at... all receipts and documentation were given. It is just a delay tactic. Youre better off booking elsewhere.

EasemyTrip through Travnova approached me on 26-12-19 to attend a 30 min meet at yellow chillies, Ludhiana. They assured me not to compulsion to spend any money for the membership. They told me just to attend meet followed by dinner and gift vouchers of movie tickets for two and a 2N/3D holiday package. As meeting proceed it took more than 2 hrs with forceful and disgusting behaviour of employees. They even insult us to take membership and when we denied to entertain their demand they did not even offer us dinner and the promised gift vouchers. Such company are black spot on tour companies.

Ome of my case is pending from 4th november and no body is giving me a proper response... and they are not even replying from 1 week, I am giving them reminder but no reply.
I think everyone is sleeping there
One of their employee nikhil kumar is replying only templates from last month and not giving a proper solution...
Worst management of the company and i am requesting everyone not to book any ticket with them.

As told to you that in future booking kindly contact us for the same. We will assist you on priority. But still you were abusing us for the same. We had already told that there is no issue from our end.
The first booking I made from Lucknow was canceled due to an "server communication error". They sent me an email stating just that and no additional steps or information... no big deal I rebooked it. Then I go to the airport and am told it is not confirmed nor in their system so I cannot proceed. I called emt from the airport and the first number was incorrectly listed. I ended up having to repay through the counter to continue. And everyone knows paying on site last minute costs a lot more. A very unpleasant experience. Emt refuses to acknowledge a refund. Do not use this company. Their PayPal promo also is a fraud you never get it.
