I've already wrote a review about the poor resemblance to the dress ordered and that we have found an excellent dress maker to complete the alterations, after going for a fitting today she informed me that the sewing was coming undone on the dress so god knows what would have happened if it had been ok and not been taken to a professional dress maker. Don't even bother with these people they are a complete waist of time, poor workmanship, poor service.

I have previously left a review about the dress I purchased for my daughter. I have tried to contact them to be told that there are no managers to deal with my complaint. I then asked for a name from the complaints dept, once again I was told there isn't one. I have sent an email regarding the additional import tax that I'm required to pay basically the reply was customer pays it. No reply about using a British web domain or about me having to take the dress to have it altered (the dress is only fastened using little poppers). I have since tried to reply numerous times however my email bounces back. Keep away from this site.

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM 'DYLANQUEEN' THE DRESSES I RECIEVED WERE HORRENDOUS, ONE STILL HAD PINS AND NEEDLES IN THE BACK, NO HOOK AND EYE, PULLS IN THE LACE, ZIP THAT WOULD NOT STAY UP, THE OTHER DRESS ARRIVED WITH BIG STAIN IN THE TAFFETA.
I HAVE BEEN SENDING THEM EMAILS AND PHOTOS OF THE HORRENDOUS DRESSES BUT THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME RETURN ADDRESS AND HAVE OFFERED ME 15% OFF THE COST OF DRESSES! (INSULTING) I CAN NOT WEAR EITHER DRESS. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I asked about sizing, as I am normally an 'off the peg' 14, but on looking at their sizing, decided to go for a 16. I did not get a reply to my request, just an email saying your dress in under construction. When it arrived, it looked gorgeous, but on trying it on, it doesn't fit. It is much too small around the bust, the sleeves are too small and it is about 7 inches too long, with heels. On emailing, I just had a reply of we put a lot of work into this and had all the customs to deal with, in order words, tough luck. I have been to a dressmaker who said that it is badly sewn and is generally badly put together. There really isn't enough to let out, but she is going to see what she can do. It cost me a lot of money for the dress and postage and now I have had a bill from TNT for customs! So this is a HUGELY expensive mistake and I would not touch this company again. A few months ago I had a dress made to measure by another Hong Kong company and it is fabulous, fits perfectly and is much commented on. Not the best made dress, but I wish I had gone back to them. Only didn't as most of their styles are cheongsam and I wanted something classical.

We have recently bought a wedding dress and bridesmaid dress the dress was a copy of a Mori Lee dress and it was dreadful the lace is cheap and not finished properly there was a hole where the lace is stuck on and not sewn. The bridesmaid dress the breast pads were up to their neck and not parted. We have sent them both back and now are fighting for our money back as all the literature that they put in the parcel they say is not where you send it back to. BE WARNED

Order my daughter prom dress a mermaid dress they advertise a beautiful dress on line now the dress I am here with a blind person can clearly see its not the same dress it can't fit my daughter not even skip up and they telling me to send measurements and that the dress looks fine and nothing is wrong so I can't get a refund my daughter is devastated her prom is in 2 weeks and these rip off people has my £115.36 they are a set of thieves and UK trading standard needs to know about these people ASAP I am one customer not to mess with I have never have a problem with items on line easy return money back in my account so I am fighting them to the end the sequins falling off the dress in the package they send it in out of order BE WARN

They promised 5% of the money back. Bull$#*!! I didn't get anything back (its been more than a month now). PLUS they told me to pay the parcel company for delivering the goods. I told them I will NOT pay, they can pay themselves! I have spent over 100 with them, weeks after I got a letter on the post of the payment. I am moving to another country anyway so I don't care and they better settle the bill themselves! Want nothing else to do with this $#*!TY company.

ORDERED AN A LINE DRESS FROM DYLAN QUEEN GOT A MERMAID DRESS SENT IN REQUEST FOR AN AUTHORISED REFUND THEY ASK FOR PHOTOS SEND THEM QUOTE UN QUOTE THEY SAY DRESS LOOKS BEAUFIFUL ON YOU. OK IM 47 MOTHER OF THE BRIDE NOT GOING TO PROM FROM PICS CLEARLY A MERMAID CUT. BUT WILL NOT AUTHORIZED A REFUND BECAUSE THEY THINK IT LOOKS GOOD. NOT WHAT I BOUGHT WILL NOT GIVE ME A REFUND BECAUSE NOTHING IS WRONG WITH THE DRESS OMG A LINE TO MERMAID SENT PICS CAN CLEARLY SEE MERMAID VS A LINE REFUSED TO GIVE ME REFUND CAUSE THE THINK DRESS LOOK AWESOME OMGI I WILL CONTINUE TO POST UNTIL THEY MAKE GOOD ON WHAT THEY ADVERTISED SHAME ON THEM DONT BUY\

I wish my daughter had read some of the reviews here first. She ordered her prom dress from these and it arrived in an awful falling apart condition. I have contacted them several times and included photos of the state of the dress. The first offer was 6% (the dress and postage was over £100!) Second offer was to return it and they give me half back. I have asked to speak to a manager to be told that the managers do not deal with this!
Has anyone ever got a refund from them? We are taking this matter further.

I recently posted a reveiw of the dress I ordered from Dylan Queen and the awful monstrosity that I received. They offered no return or money back and when I complained I was offered approximately £6 compensation on a dress that cost £95 plus £25 postage. To add insult to injury I have just received a bill from the carriers, stating that as THEY! Paid the duty on the dress, I have to pay them a further £24.67, making the cost of the postage £49.67 on a dress that I can't wear. I have contacted Dylan Queen numerous times and sent several photo's of the dress and have been fobbed off with excuses. This company is a con DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered my prom dress from this website and once the dress came it was nothing like the picture, I expected it to be slightly different however the dress was poorly made and not the right colour, after emailing the customer service team they said I was not suitable for a refund after 4 days of emailing, I wasted £100 on a dress, £20 for shipping and the customer service team were so rude and not at all helpful, I regret buying the dress so much, it may look cheap but you will regret it, also my friends ordered from here and had the same experience as me

What first started out as a reasonably good purchase rapidly turned into and expensive nightmare. The dress arrived promptly. Far quicker than expected given the fact that it was manufactured in the far east. The dress seems to be of resonably good quality and does look like what was advertised however it falls apart from here. It just doesnt fit. I dont know what they use for a taylors dummy but it certainly isn't a UK size 10. And of course they don't accept returns... Suggesting we get it altered which given the amount of work needed would probably exceed the original purchase price. Then to add further upset i recieved and invoice for import which i believed to have been covered in the original purchase price...
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read the other reviews and not the replies from DYLANQUEEN all seem to be a standard letter so clearly they are very used to this.
