I ordered a dress for my daughters prom. Cost me £125 and was beautiful in the picture. It arrived very quickly which is good but as soon as it arrived I know why it didn't take long to make and send. The dress was nothing like it looked in the picture, miles too big after giving exact measurements. After calming down a frantic daughter who then didn't want to go to prom, I had to ask somebody to alter it costing me more money! Please please save your money and heartache. Do NOT order from this dodgy Chinese site!
After paying over£130 pounds for a custom made dress and paying to arrive before a certain date. It not only arrive late for the event I needed it for but did not fit at all it was like it was made for someone else... I told them they made mistakes like my waist is 80 cm and they made it 90cm... and they wouldn't want me to refund my money if I send the dress back although I was promised I can return the dress if it does not fit... it has been a month and the best they can offer me is 50% refund is I return the dress but they want me to send it to CHINA and the postage is more than the 50% they want to refund... so I am stuck with a horrible product which I cannot return
I got a dress that does not look anything like what I ordered on their site. Don't trust what can you see in the photos. The dress is horrible.
Dylanqueen.co.uk are thieves, quality is simply pathetic. You should know that their clothes are made in China and are sent directly to you without Dylanqueen this worries product quality. They know only collect your money. I was asked to make the gown and to be repaid but did not want to know anything. After ten mails and several photos that prove their scam, they ended up offering me 15% of the purchased price knowing that the dress cost me € 264 + € 28 for delivery which is passing was not indicated on their website. It is a scandal, they are not professional and they have no consideration towards the customer. So do not order on their website, save your money. Again this site is bogus, a scam, be careful.
AVOID at all costs! The worst experience. We ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses for my sisters wedding and paid an extortionate amount for shipping. The dresses came late. They were not the right colour for a start... a garish shade of bright green under a pale green "chiffon". The most cheap awful material. They were not the right size. They were so badly made it was unbelievable. Stitches hanging out, bits hanging off, stains, marks from rusty pins, exposed stitches, holes, pull marks, one side of bodice top sits higher than the other, creased beyond relief. To be honest it looks second hand... and that would not even have looked good first hand. We reported this, sent photographs and were refused a refund. After several emails were offered a 15% discount of we sent the dresses back and told they won't offer any more as they have to pay people. Never mind the fact that we paid good money for dresses that are not even wearable! Customer service was a disgrace. Worst experience ever. We have lost out on nearly £300 for dresses we can't wear.

I ordered a dress from the site and the dress that was sent to me was completely different from the one I ordered on the web site. When requesting to return the dress Dylan Queen informed that it wasn't worth their while due to shipping fees etc. I sent them photos to prove the issue and STILL they were adamant that it was my mistake.
They are a con, and a rip off. They are of no help at all and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, they are a hoax (there was no option to leave a no-star rating, as they don't even deserve 1 star!)
Order a dress it cam creased and does not fit properly and all I got was they cant do anything about it avoid
I ordered my dress for prom and it came within a month which was fine, however it was 6 inches too big in certain areas and they did not make it clear enough that there was a further price to be paid for going through customs to be shipped.. That was an extra 25 quid on top of the 112 I'd paid for the dress plus p&p! I emailed them and I feel like Ive been the dog on a chain and Ive been running around in the same circle.. When I finally get a response after months of waiting and photos being sent and telling the problem I had many times.. All I get is a 5 percent refund of the dress price alone which was 86.62 quid.. That's ridiculous, Ive had to pay for alterations to fix their mess and that's all I get.. Told me I would have a satisfying solution.. Well one thing for sure is I'm not satisfied in the slightest.. Glad I'm not the only one with a bad experience.. I won't recommend it to anyone.. It's definitely only a place for looking and not a place for buying at!
Horrendous site. I payed an initial 30 euros for shipping only to recover a bill of 41 euros from DHL taking shipping above the cost I payed for the dress to a whopping 71 euros. On top of Thai even after I payed for my dress it never arrived. Disgusted
Still waiting on this mob offering me a solution that I deserve, been waiting since April afta I paid my cash and in return revieved nothing but a rag an excuse for a suit thats more like a nightdress n robe I got from British heart foundation, absolute disgraceful the eay iv been treated it was burst, wrong size wrong colour with bow hanging off n I cant get my money back anyone anymore ideas wot else I cld do to help resolve this as Dylan queen wont even answer me now n I'm gutted at losing this money

Torn items received and dylan Queen offer nothing to sort the problem. They reply back to say that they want to sort it out_ but it's not true they do NOT want to sort anything. Avoid this lying cheating company from China (even the Co. UK website is also china). You will not get anything wearable
Do not use this site it's not UK it's China dress was cheap and nasty not like picture no website to complain or refund cost me extra hundred pounds to make the dress look nice for my daughters prom cheap cheap

Apaulling quality. So disappointed. Roughly cut edges seems caught up and not worth £10 let alone £95 plus £25 delivery. Please don't waste your money. These 5 star reviews can't be genuine.
I ordered a prom dress custom made, however the measurements were completely different to what I specified. I couldn't even zip the dress up. After sending many pictures and providing details over and over again which they couldn't seem to keep up with. They stopped replying to me. Not only was the dress £100, the shipping was £30 and on top of that expense they lied, claiming there would be no customs fees but there was, which was another £40. Those who work at this joke of a company have no respect for customers or understand basic business or personal skills. Worst service I have ever come across. It was so bad it's an absolute joke.
I ordered this dress in burgundy - a very characteristic colour which everyone will agree is a dark purple/red colour and is even shown as this colour on the colour chart. HOWEVER, the dress I have received is the brightest red I have ever seen. Not what I want at all. Despite me emailing and showing a photo of the massive contrast in colour, they say it is correct! This is false advertising!
I almost made a HUGE mistake! If any of you wonder if your reviews made a difference... THEY DID! I'm sorry for your experiences, especially the prom girls, but thank you for telling the story and helping others like me. DylanQueen has just lost a sale that would have been worth about $1220. 00USD.

Item came torn and dylan Queen will not refund and do not want to help at all. I sent pictures and they admitted the fault buy don't want to sort it. Rubbish quality. Stitching all crooked and looks like been made by a 5 year old. Avoid don't waste ur money

I wrote a review on my very bad experience with using Dylan queen yesterday. Today I find an promising response on this site, but soon realised it is an automatic response to complaints as when I checked my personal emails Roger who is just rude sent me yet another email saying there is nothing wrong and what's my problem! So they are clearly not interested in sorting out the issue this is just been printed to make other customers believe they would. Been 10 days since I complained and they have done nothing. ORDERED MY WEDDING DRESS FROM THEM, PAID THE HIGHEST DELIVERY AS MY WEDDING WASN'T FAR AWAY, WAS ASSURED IT WOULD COME ON TIME WHICH IT DID, THAT'S WHERE THE SERVICE ENDED! MY DRESS WAS LITERALLY COMING APART AT THE SEAMS! THE SEQUINS WERE GLUED ON, THERE WAS GLUE STRING ACROSS ALL THE DRESS, THE BEADS WERE FALLING OFF, THERE WAS RED BITS SEWN INTO THE DRESS, THE SEAMS WERE COMING APART! THE PATTERN WAS CUT ROUGHLY AND NOT EVEN SEWN ON JUST GLUED! VERY AMATEUR JOB AND THE DRESS COULDN'T BE WORN! ASKED TO RETURN IT AS PART OF THE RETURNS POLICY! TOOK A LOT OF YO YO-ING BACK AND FORTH WITH THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY! AT FIRST THEY OFFERED 5% OF THE DRESS REFUND ONLY! WHAT A JOKE! I SAID I WOULD RETURN FOR A FULL REFUND! SHOWED THEM PICTURES OF THE SLOPPY WORK BUT THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT IT WAS THEIR RUBBISH WORK, IN THE END THEY SAIDTHEY WOULD REIMBURSE HALF THE DRESS PRICE IF I RETURNED USING MY MONEY! THE STAFF THERE HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS! TOTALLY OUT TO GET YOUR MONEY! DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO MAKE A DRESS! THEY SHOULD BE ARRESTED FOR THE SHOCKINGLY BAD WORK THEY DO! IT IS DISGUSTING! NOW THEY AREN'T ACCEPTING A RETURN AND I AM WAITING ON £17 OUT OF OVER £130 THAT I PAID! WHAT AN ABSOLUTE FARCE IT IS!
I ordered my prom dress considering I did not have a lot of money to spend on it. I had ordered a beautiful gold and white dress. I was weary on whether to order online but I assured I would be ale to return it. However instead a fully white wedding dress came with no resemblance to the one I ordered. I looked at their refun policy and I was defiantly in my right to get one due to it being the wrong dress and wrong colour. However after emailing I was shocked by the rudeness of them basically telling me they had done nothing wrong and to stop emailing them. I am a teenager and for an adult to talk like that to me after ruining my prom dress and ensuring I had nothing to actually wear, I thought that was disgusting. They took no ownership even though I sent pictures and the picture on the website but they did not take me seriously and I suspected an automatic email service. So I gave up. Disgusting customer service, disgusting workmanship and disgusting dress!

Answer: Please save your money and shop elsewhere. These people are a complete rip off. My mother in law bought a dress for a wedding and the size was completely wrong ( even though she bought it based on the measurements and went up a size to be on the safe side) and they refused to return it. It was obvious that it was made poorly but they refused to return or exchange it. The dress was also very cheap looking, nothing like the website. They're a complete fraud. I reported them and my mother in law filed a complaint with her credit card company to get her money back. Definitely do yourself a favor and stay away from these people.

Here's what's really insulting, they offered a discount if I brought another dress. Really, after not refunding my money from the first order. Unfortunately this company are shit and probably not repair the dress, so my advise is go to your local dry cleaners they maybe able to put a new zip in for you.
