I ORDERED A DRESS AND JACKET FOR A WEDDING AND PAID £99 PLUS £25 POSTAGE. WHEN THE OUTFIT ARRIVED IN A DAMAGED BAG THE JACKET WAS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE AND LOOKED AS IF IT WAS MADE BY SOMEONE LEARNING TO SEW. SEAMS NOT SEWN TOGETHER AND THE LINING TOO BIG FOR THE JACKET. I HAD SENT CUSTOM MEASUREMENTS BUT THIS WAS OBVIOUSLY MADE FAR TOO SMALL. AFTER SEVERAL COMPLAINTS VIA EMAIL AND THREATS OF TRADING STANDARDS ETC. I WAS FINALLY GIVEN A £9.31 REFUND. I OBVIOUSLY AM NOT ABLE TO WEAR THIS OUTFIT AND HAVE HAD TO BUY A DIFFERENT ONE. ON TOP OF ALL THAT HASSLE WITH THIS COMPANY I HAVE NOW BEEN LANDED WITH A £24.51 IMPORT TAX CHARGE FROM TNT. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE LOOKING TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE DON'T.
Dylanqueen is the most disgusting website, they made a dress completely different from the dress we fell in love to.the dress came different colour, different size, and very bad quality, dress was put in a small dirty bag all crunchy, they don't do refunds just keeps sending emails not even apology, even for shipping 25£ and then 3.50£ for delivery, please girls don buy from this disgusting web as you never will see your money and will be left heartbroken, my daughters prom ruined because of them.
My daughter saw a dress for her prom and fell in love with one off this website. I must admit that we were wondering why the dresses were so cheap and now we know why. When it came it didn't really resemble the one that we ordered. I was so upset, it looked like a mix of something victorian and a throw back from the 80's, It was far too long and the material very cheap. Luckily for us we found a fantastic dress maker who has made some drastic changes to the dress and one that my daughter will actually wear. All I can say is be very wary if you are going to order from this company as it might not be what you are expecting. Another issue was that I thought the website was an American site but the actual place it came from was China, after a few weeks of receiving the dress I received a bill for £25 which was taxes that I had to pay ontop of the price for the dress and the shipping fee.

Please do not waste your money. The dress was supposed to made to measure for me, and arrived in good time. Nice material - but was not at all good. Floppy at the back and front and did not fit at all well - the sleeves were too tight despite giving them an exact measurement of my arms too and it was far too long. I have read other reviews since buying and wish I had read them before. When I contacted them they offered me £8.00 refund out of £99! I so upset. What a waste of money as I cannot wear it. Luckily Visa are on the case. Thank goodness I paid through them.
Horrendous! Ordered a dress for my daughter's prom. It turned out nothing like the picture in quality or design! Very poor quality fabric. Sequence falling off, the hemming all coming out.it was falling apart when took out of appalling packaging. I didn't let my daughter try it on, and within five minutes we trying to contact to return she asked for proof in photo's, which we sent and were told we would not get a refund as it is an international company in China! I paid £135 and was asked furter £5 from dhl to deliver! The dress will be going in the bin! And i will be contacting watchdog and making a serious complaint to get this rip of website shut down immediately. Please stay away..
Ordered 2 dresses from this website for prom. Firstly, there is no contact number, just an email address which takes 24 hours to reply. Secondly, the dresses. The dresses look nothing like the photos, they're both faulty, one with sequins falling off everywhere, and the belt on of the them is hanging down. The colours are nothing like in the photos, one of them is way too big and the other is way to flat, both however unflattering. Absolutely appalling website - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I tried to return a dreadfully made, poor quality dress and it is IMPOSSIBLE. They now expect me to pay £78 to return the dress on top of the £25 importation tax (which they fail to notify you of when ordering) and when they receive the dress back in China they will only issue half a refund! So the dress will have cost me over £170 and I wont even have a dress! They also offered 10% of the cost of the dress and told me to take it to the tailors. I'm afraid a tailor cannot fix POOR QUALITY!
If you are thinking about this company THINK AGAIN! They are nothing short of cowboys and you will never get a return if you are unhappy.
BHS online have dresses for the same price and the quality is absolutely outstanding. I wouldn't touch Dylan Queen again and have no option but to report to Trading Standards, as they maintain they are a UK based company when in fact they are based in China and are all Chinese. They is nothing UK about this company!

My wife and I purchased a wedding dress from this website. The site was very easy to navigate and the prices were very fair for the quality of the dress. The dress was very well packaged for shipping and the picture of the dress on the site exactly matched what we got.
Pls note this company is a fake one. I order a dress which came totally different colour and style, really bad material, and the worst customer service. I did try contacting them about my dress but they were not replying my emails. I did ask for a refund because the dress didn't look like the one i wondered.in the end they said to send the dress back and they will refund me half of the price and sell it again for full price. I paid delivery £26 and now a recived an invoice that i have to pay another 25 for custom wich i dind know about. I paid £175 for nothing. They are scumbags wich i selling horrible dress and worse quality
Ordered junior bridesmaid dresses, they arrived wrong colour, stiching all unravelling terribly done. Rushed sewing hems cut badly foam havent been sewn properly all popping out litterally a joke contacted customer service, they asked for photos and then wrote back dresses are fine just cut the threads if my girls wore these dresses down the aisle, by the time they got to the end they would have unravelled stitching and fallen off them. PATHETIC COMPANY STEER CLEAR.
DO NOT buy from this website! We ordered a dress and now two months later we are still having debates over refunding the money for this so called "high quality" dress! A bin bag would be better. I visited Dylan queen dress website and I fell in love with a dress, I give them all my right measurements and details I also paid £116 - $184 and paid £25 on top for it to so it can arrive quicker. But all that was a lie. However, once the dress arrived I was shocked at how horrible it looked, first of all the colour was completely different than the picture on the website, secondly the material was shiny and silky again completely different thirdly the design was $#*!ed up and finally the size wasn't right the waist was really thin it didn't fit at all the size was really small and the back side was too open. I wasted so much money on buying this $#*! dress, I'm even going to miss my prom because of this, so they all scam people and lie to them. Therefore, I don't see why not evolved police in this situation because I know I'm not the only person who got the same results. I sent them emails 10 times now and they reply 24hours meaning I need to wait a day for them to see what they wrote. Do you think this is right? I tried to send them pictures of the dress and all they said was we don't see anything wrong with the pictures. Seriously I mentioned that the dress was to small it didn't fit me, so how am I meant to send a picture of myself naked because the picture doesn't even fit me half the way. Truly this is a mess! The return policy it self it says if the dress does not fit you may return, but they don't even care. What am I meant to do?

Very disappointed with this company, I ordered 2 dress which including shipping and taxes came to €400. The dresses came within 2/3 weeks but are unwearable, the first one is not per measurents ordered and the second one is the same but flawed in 5-6 different areas of the dress, one is for a bridesmaid and the other is mother of the bride. They will only offer me 8% refund and I feel I have been scammed. A €30 refund is not going to get me 2 dresses within 4 week for the wedding. I would tell everyone to stay away from this website. They take 24 hours to reply to your email and they keep asking the same questions. I have emailed them photos of the flaws twice. I cannot express how upset I am with this company they are just taking your money for nothing. €400 is a lot of money to be wasting just before the wedding.

Got my dress to then 2 weeks after it was delivered to receive a customs bill of a Ezra £25 pounds yet I already paid you 43 pounds in postage

Answer: Please save your money and shop elsewhere. These people are a complete rip off. My mother in law bought a dress for a wedding and the size was completely wrong ( even though she bought it based on the measurements and went up a size to be on the safe side) and they refused to return it. It was obvious that it was made poorly but they refused to return or exchange it. The dress was also very cheap looking, nothing like the website. They're a complete fraud. I reported them and my mother in law filed a complaint with her credit card company to get her money back. Definitely do yourself a favor and stay away from these people.
