The shape of the dress I've got is flattering, particularly with the slit up the left side. It is tailored for my exact fit as I wanted.
It is both elegant and sophisticated and good to cover self conscious tummies too.The material is relatively comfortable and it has the perfect length and color for me.

I ordered a bridesmaid dress from these rip off merchants. When it arrived it was badly made out of cheap material, didn't fit and was the wrong colour.
I complained but like most other people, I only got offered between 5%-10% refund. Eventually I contacted my credit card company and asked them to investigate. Once I'd provided the evidence the credit card company asked for, the raised a dispute with Dylan Queen and immediately refunded all my money pending the outcome of the investigation. Dylan Queen didn't respond to the dispute, so I was able to keep the refund. If you've paid by credit card, I highly recommend this as a means of getting your money back as you won't get anything from Dylan Queen.
Please I request all do not buy from dylan queen Its cheap tacky stuff from china. Then they send you faulty ripped goods and done give no refund.
Thanks for your pictures, but from the pictures I can not tell out big problems, so we suggest you keep the dress and forget about the subtle error of the dress, since all dresses are hand-made, it is inevitable that some tiny mistakes will be made during the process of tailoring, hope your understanding

I have been requesting a refund for 6 days now. This is there response f you return them, you need to pay the high postage and tax, also they are easy to be missing on the return way.and you will take the full responsible for the return. And it is not cheap.so how about we refund you 5% and you keep all the items?

The dress I recieved is clearly different to the one advertised on the website, Is way too big and when trying to return even after providing them picture I keep getting the same emails and the most I have been offered is 10% of the dress price, they refuse to provide me with a contact number so can't even speak to anyone I have meet dealt with a company so unprofessional in my entire life! DO NOT BUY IR YOU WILL BE DISSAPOONTED and will lose a lot of money

After reading all the Dylanqueen reviews after buying my dress I thought '$#*!I'm going to look like a glittery wallet.'
They told me it would come before 14th, it arrived on the 10th. On that day I came home to a package. Heavier than I thought. I bought it must be heavy all those cheap sequins. I told my flat mate, get ready to laugh I am going to put it on. I disappear and appeared again it was gorgeous. Heavy and good quality. The sequins look glittery not tacky. I can't wait to wear it at my christmas party. Its so glamorous. I am not the type to write reviews but i thought given how bad the reviews are about Dylan Queens, I must say this is the best quality i have seen!
Don't waste your hard earned money on these cheap products or you'll definitely be disappointed! I purchased two pairs of shoes, one pair had literally been marked around the entire rim of the sole with a black sharpie pen for whatever reason?, which cheapened them even more! Dylanqueen apparently advertises a bogus "Retail" Price, then a deceitful "Discounted" Price which is a BIG SCAM, and extremely misleading! I paid approximately $150.00 including shipping for both pairs of shoes, & believe me these shoes aren't worth any more than $15 to $ 20 each at best. Please believe that all of the reviews you are reading about poor and cheap quality is TRUE! Everyone couldn't be lying! Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere! This was my first purchase online, and too bad for me it was a horrible experience! "All I have left to say is please be warned!"...

The dress I received was nothing like the one shown on the site. Was cheap and nasty. Poor quality fabric, badly made and the wrong size. Complete waste of money.
The site should be shut down, the ads and pictures are misleading and no offer of refund. I wish I had read all the negative reviews before I ordered my dress and just threw my money away

The pictures looks nothing like the actual dress. Very cheap material and awful fit.
The company is also extremely rude when it comes to compensation and exchanging. I spent £300 which went down the drain.
I wish someone would get this company shut down. A disgrace to the industry.
Do not buy from this company. I have been fighting for 2 weeks over 40 emails back and forward. The dress I bought has left my arm scarred off the faulty dress material and the side of the dress was ripped. They offered me 5% to get dress fixed. Trading standards are now involved, please stay away from this company I have got my money back through visa after 2 months of fighting this company. Pay by visa if buying but I would advise to stay clear.
Their photos are misleading. You get some cheap material dress which isn't even a bad copy of the genuine dress but more like a caricature. People, this company is a joke. They are laughing at all of us who are complaining here. We should stop them as they are using illegal ways to take money from decent people. I am attaching photos so you can see what you get and what they advertise.

I am attaching the photos of myself wearing the dress and the photos from your site (screenshots). Obviously it's a totally different dress (please don't ask me to go to details as any child could see it). You shouldn't sell it if you cannot provide the dress as you advertise in the photos (it's misleading and it's wasting of people's money, time and nerves). On ebay - chinese sellers at least include the photo of actual fake dress and that's why I wanted to purchase it from your site as I believed it's the genuine dress.
(not to mention it's not even posted from UK)

We just ordered and received a wedding dress, 4 bridesmaids dresses and a flower girls dress. We are totally pleased with the dresses – they are just beautiful and the quality is Good.The custom size dress fit perfectly it was stunning and although it needed very minor alteration, every single person I met wearing it complimented me.
The time from ordering to delivery was exactly what we expected. And the service to the client is lovely and kept me informed every step of the way. I loved my experience and would DEFINITELY recommend this site to anyone.
I ordered a dress from Dylan Queen online. When I received the dress the armholes were extremely small and the dress did not fit. I immediately contacted customer service and was asked to send photos, which I did. Dylan Queen is refusing to let me return the dress for a refund, told me to have it altered that it is a standard size 10. There is not enough material to fix the armholes... and I shouldn't have to spend MORE money on this dress due to their seamstress mistake. Any suggestions? I

I ordered a dress yesterday and i put my email address obviously and i havent gotten a confirmation email and i dont have an order number since i dont have a confirmation email sent yet and they have charged me from my card. I emailed twice and still have no response like what the hell?
Nobody buy from these scammers! My dress came (very late) and it was awful quality, sizing was incorrect, ripped and it was so bad I couldn't wear it. Paid about £200 for it (they added on additional shipping charges) and when I asked for a refund they were rude and VERY unprofessional! I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else, please take my advice and DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

The dress arrived and was badly made, threading not completed properly and overall the size was completely off. I sent pictures and spoke to customer services about getting a refund and they initially offered me 5% towards the cost of me getting the dress tailored. Yes, £5 towards what is likely to cost me £50! I refused and they then offered me 10%. Absolute joke. I also had a very abrupt Sandra telling me I must have bought the dress from abroad because it was cheap so I should not be expecting such high quality. Avoid this company. I will keep fighting but I dont think I will get anywhere. Wish I had read these reviews first of all!
As you can see the thieving Dylan queen has replied to my previous review. After emailing each other they asked again to send a picture of the dress, once sent Sandra has the cheek to say that the draw is beautiful and that we should forget about the subtle difference and just keep the dress and that it is of good quality and cheap. What a rip off this company should be closed down. They had the cheek to say they will offer is 10% back and a further discount for future purchases as if I will ever buy from them again. Are they living in another planet or something? I am fuming at this horrendous company. I will not stop until this company closes down.

Answer: Please save your money and shop elsewhere. These people are a complete rip off. My mother in law bought a dress for a wedding and the size was completely wrong ( even though she bought it based on the measurements and went up a size to be on the safe side) and they refused to return it. It was obvious that it was made poorly but they refused to return or exchange it. The dress was also very cheap looking, nothing like the website. They're a complete fraud. I reported them and my mother in law filed a complaint with her credit card company to get her money back. Definitely do yourself a favor and stay away from these people.
