I wish I'd read all of this prior to ordering. The dress I received was ok quality, however, completely the wrong colour. Their customer service department replies frequently to my emails but are refusing to replace the dress with the correct order or refund it fully. I've been offered 8%, which says to me they know its wrong but wont give me the full refund. They actually said I need to understand they have to pay their seamstresses and designers and me wanting a refund cuts into this!

Please don't give yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere. I now have an orange wedding dress that I have no idea what to do with, other than put in the bin.

Do not spend your money with this company they are scammers! Buy in the UK the law is then on your side. If you have been scammed and bought with a credit card contact the credit card company to help you retrieve your money. BEWARE IF YOU BUY YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE WHAT YOU ORDERED, YOU WONT GET A REFUND, YOU WONT BE ABLE TO RETURN IT AND YOU WILL GET AN EXTRA TAX BILL YOU DIDNT EXPECT. THE GOOD REVIEWS ON HERE HAVE BEEN WRITTEN BY DYLAN QUEEN. DONT BE FOOLED YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I bought a wedding dress from this company because i can't afford to pay the rediculous prices in this country. I made sure that i read the terms and conditions and return policy before buying. I recieved my dress which looks beautiful, BUT and its a BIG BUT, at the bottom of my dress there is a BIG STAIN. So once i noticed it i sent them an e-mail via customer services. They then ask me to send a picture, so i attached to pictures. Their answer was "keep the dress and have it clean, and they would give me £5. I was like are you serious! I paid £127.00 and then £25.00 on delivery. Then Tax on top. To me that was insulting, because it does not state how much refund you are allowed in their refund policy. So i gave them an option, either a full refund OR a new dress for no extra cost. After a few more e-mails they then said that they had staff and materials to pay. Again I said that wasn't my problem it was their mistake and if the mark doesn't come out then its money down the drain. After a few more e-mails, i then get 2 photos of my dress before delivery. I then said to them that it could of happened after the pictures had been taken because it wasn't damaged in delivery and i hadn't even tried it on. Again i sent more e-mails, to which they kept saying they could only offer me 10% dress price to then say they can only offer me 12%. I told them that its insulting because its their mistake not mine. So after a week or so, i decided to get a quote on cleaning the dress and it was £80. So i asked if they paid for the cleaning of the dress then i would keep it. Their answer was NO. In which i am still arguing with them and they still keep saying "keep the dress and so on."
Customer Service is horrendous
The site is a shamble
And their refund policy needs to be better and clearer.
I will say one thing and the dress was lovely BUT and its a BIG BUT, IT'S THE WORST COMPANY EVER.

I HAVE GOT MY MONEY BACK - If you read my previous reviews you will get the gist of the struggle I have had from Dylan Queen, denial of problems avoidance, some mild admittance of mistakes with minor offers of money back and what could be called a curse " May you loose all your money if you pursue this type emails. So what did I do to get a full refund. I KEPT ALL EMAILS AND PICTURES OF MY ITEM, I CONTACTED MY BANK (THANKS SANTANDER) I EMAILED IT ALL OFF WITH THE COMPLAINTS FORM THEY SENT ME
AND... I GOT EVERY PENNY BACK
So all out there who have been ripped off and abused by this company TAKE ACTION if enough people do there is a chance that they will be unable to trade or at least trading will be reduced. Don't hesitate guys, shoddy traders like this who have no conscience need to be challenged. Good Luck!

I ordered several dresses for an event I was attending from various websites. I ordered one from here also, not with specific measurements, just a size 10. My dress from elsewhere arrived first, I tried it on, it sadly didn't fit. I checked the measurements and they were the same size as the dress I have ordered from Dylan Queen the robbers. I tried to cancel my order (before they had posted it) for them to tell me that they will take 70% of my money! What a joke! Disgraceful. I told them that there will be hundreds of standard size 10 ladies who will want that dress in that design and they will be able to post it out even faster as it's already made. I have agreed to take an 80% refund plus postage for the trouble but all in all these people are money grabbing letches. DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE!

I brought a dress and jacket for my sons wedding to take to Mexico.
After ordering early for this products and liking the dress colour and measurements sent which i though was to a UK base web site, i received a dress the day before i was due to fly to Mexico and the dress and jacket was nothing like the dress i ordered the colour was bright purple and the dress arrive d from china and a completely different design of the dress and jacket i ordered. Absolute scam, when i asked for my funds back they said they would only give me 50% back! I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE IT TO A CHARITY SHOP BECAUSE IT IS SO DISGUSTING! DO not PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE. SHAMEFULLY THEY ARE IN BUSINESS AND USING A UK ADDRESS... TRUST ME ON THIS. REGARDS L. Vassallo

I am writing this about my experience purchasing Sleeveless Mini Satin Dress.
First of all i will talk about size. I thought they will send me custom stitched dress based on my size specifications I provided with order. The size of dress was good if not great. I had no trouble with size of the dress. The color was same and the material quality was ok.The delivery was however late but after emailing their customer support I got the dress very next day They informed me it was already shipped,. Overall my experience was good make sure you send them most accurate size details in order to avoid any problem after receiving the dress.

I ordered a dress from Dylan Queen which claims they are in the UK. My dress was delivered from the Republic of China and it was awful!. I gave them my exact measurements and they still got it wrong and forget about getting your money back or sending the dress back to be corrected. Their answer was keep the Dress my Dear. Are you kidding me I was willing to pay for the shipping back and have them fix the flaw but that was not an option. Keep the dress my Dear, thats all I got. None negotiable.

If I have read all the reviews before placing an order, I would avoid these totally unprofessional designers creating the most unwanted dress for me! They should reconsider their return and refund policy and offer alteration services and THE MOST IMPORTANT to improve their customer service as there is NONE. When I asked to get a refund for the dress that was too big and too long for me they just told me to go to a local tailor for resizing. The dress wasn't just big, it was shapeless and incorrectly tailor made. They advertised it as V-shape neck but it came out as round shape neck. Moreover, it had a long tail ( which wasn't shown on the photo and mentioned in the description on their misleading website) that I would not normally go for. They didn't bother to apologise for their failure to design the right dress for me. I am still waiting for their reply to my suggestion to reimburse the costs of alterations.

I ordered a dress off favdress.com. The tag stitched on the inside stated made by DylanQueen. I ordered a white satin dress but the dress I received is 100% polyester. No satin on any part of the dress and to make matters worse it's the most cheapest polyester you can imagine. In addition, the dress is poorly made as the outer lace keeps snagging itself as it touches other pieces of lace. If you wear the dress and hug or touch anyone, the lace will snag their garment. There are also several threads hanging on the dress. There is even a piece of green thread attached to the bottom of the dress. The sleeves are very short even though I also provided the measurements of my full arm. Please see pictures of the dress they sent compared to the picture of the dress I ordered. It's deceptive advertising and merchandising.

I requested a product return form and they refused to send me one to request a refund. The only way I could communicate is via email and chat as no one answers the phone number they provided.

-They advised no product return form will be provided. The advised me to cut off threads and green yarn. They advised that I had to know the dress ordered would not look like the one pictured since I was in the USA and ordering from China. They provided phone #*******528 but no one ever answers. The chat line advised they were sorry but also would not send me a product return form.

Dress came in a DHL shipping bag. No inspection notices with the dress. The proforma invoice on the outside of the bag had a certification statement but it was not signed by anyone in the company.

The ship from address was: Suzhou min Huan. Mdt InfoTech Ltd. 11_8 cheku no. 688. Yangchenghu west road. In Suzhou ******* china peoples republic.

The billing address I found on their website was in Europe.

If you ignore the negative reviews and purchase just know that you were warned!

I purchased one maxi dress and a formal one and both at a reasonable price.
There is a big variety of colours and many available sizes, so I was able to find exactly what I like and what it fits me. I ordered from similar sites in the past, but I remained unsatisfied because I didn't receive what I paid for. The dresses at DylanQueen has vivid colours, good quality and they are real handmades! Most important the delivery was totally fast and live support helped me very much with all my questions! Therefore, I definitely recommend you to order from DylanQueen! :)

I should have read these reviews before making my purchase. Unfortunately, I didn't take the time because I found exactly what I was looking for on their website. For the record, I have NEVER written a negative review, but felt the need to try to help prevent any other consumers from making the same mistake. I received a dress in a totally different color than what was ordered and all that I asked was to return and exchange it for the correct color. I did not ask for a refund or discount, just to exchange it. This is the reply that I received from them:
"we suggest you keep the dress and forget about the subtle error of the dress, since all dresses are hand-made, it is inevitable that some tiny mistakes will be made during the process of tailoring, hope your understanding"
Tell me, how many consumers would consider receiving the wrong color dress to be a subtle
Error? I have been in the retail business for 20 years and have never experienced anything like this from any manufacturer in our world, nor would any respectable operation consider this to be an acceptable business practice. This company deserves to be put out of business. I'm a true believer in what goes around, comes around, so hope they get what's coming to them!

Wow these guys are insane rip off Merchants. The Dress arrived completely defective not at all the dress I ordered with Multiple design faults. Like everyone else I'm getting a ridiculous negotiation of 5% or 8% discounts for a dress I didn't order basically. I will be asking my credit card company to investigate as their service is Insulting/time consuming and not at all reaching any form of reasonable conclusion. These guys need to be shut down immediately
