My mother - in law ordered a dress and jacket to wear at my wedding and paid for exspress delivery (3-4 days) the item didn't even get dispatched until day 7! When it got here we was appalled. We ordered UK size 14 it wasn't even a UK 10! It was skin tight still had pins and the chest and had to much material around the zip! It was meant to be made of tefeta however said 100% polyester! When she emailed them as they have no phone number they replied as it's cost us money for wages, material and freight you can have only 8% refund on £110! And you would need to pay return postage Sh**e customer service crap company never will we use them again! Should be ashamed of themselves!

After receiving my dress and looking so cheap, and the colour being white but tinged with lilac plus nowhere near a size 10, I asked about sending it back for a refund.
I was asked by them to send in photographs which I did, but now being completely ignored.
Has anyone ever had a refund? Or complained legally?
This company must be making a fortune from trusting people.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERS ITS A JOKE. Think I will get on to BBC watchdog as there seems to be an awful lot of people like me getting conned. The dress is the most horrendous thing I have ever bought I would have got a better one in Primark.

The shipping was very fast! The dress is beautiful, tailored nicely, the shipping was very fast and customer support was excellent. I'm just a little disapointed with the colour i chose (watermelon) but overall it's a beautiful dress.

I'm appalled at the service Dylan queen offered this site is obviously a scam. Firstly the image on the website was nothing like the dress i received. Secondly as soon as i opened the package (which took 25+ days to come) and unzipped the dress it broke. I couldn't believe how poor quality this dress was. Then when i went to email the company, they offered to pay to fix the dress. Basically admitting they knew it was faulty. After i explained how i didn't want it fixing, but just a return they ignored all my further emails. Don't buy from this website its a scam. And I expect all posit reviews are from the company its self.

This company is an absolute disgrace. Their website is made out to look like they are UK based, it is only when you read the About Us section you find out they are in Hong Kong. Who ever reads the About Us section? This was not mentioned at the time of my order or in their Delivery Guide. Not only did I pay £20 for delivery in the first place, weeks later I have received a customs charge from TNT for a further £23.02!

Trying to get anywhere with their 'customer service' is a JOKE.

Do NOT buy from this company unless you are fully aware that they are NOT in the UK and aware that you will be charged over £40 for delivery depending on what you buy.

Ordered a made to measure sleeveless taffeta mother of the bride dress with jacket which is a slightly different colour than that in the photo but fits reasonably well although it doesn't hug my wife's waist as she hoped it might. Also ordered a made to measure long sleeves applique floor length tulle dress. This dress was saggy around the front on her pelvis and again would have been great if only it hugged her body. She was so disappointed as both were intended for a wedding and we spent over £205 on them. I complained that the long dress wasn't made to specification and all customer service could say was that the dress looks good. That was three days ago, I've asked them for a decision but nothing yet, I doubt I will. Beware of this company, as others say, they ship from China and that's where you contact them and only through e-mail, so they can choose to ignore you. You cannot speak to anyone in the UK over the phone if you're unhappy with what you receive. Stick to walking the high st to find what you want. Daniel, Welling, Kent.

After sending me a dress at least two sizes too small, (they were sent my exact measurements), AND with sleeves and bodice/skirt in two totally different shades of green this charlatan company had the nerve to offer me 10% compensation! I will NOT settle for less than a 100% refund for something that was 100% THEIR fault.

I was not happy with my order as i want a certain color for a wedding of which the color had to be right. This is the color which is in the photo on the website. When i explained this to customer services they basicly said sorry but its to much money for us to give back. I work hard for MY MONEY and now cannot afford to buy another dress. I have just bought my prom dress from Dylan Queen. It is beautiful, it is the right colour and was customized to fit me! Dylan Queen have fab dresses i love mine and cannot wait to wear it at my prom.

Watch out! This is not a European company! It ships from China and so you get to pay also on duty tax and not just shipping!
