The dress i received was not the same as the photo, cheap material, made in a way that was not beautiful and youthful like the photo. Was something a much, much older women would wear. I Emailed and spoke to live chat saying the dress is not the one on the photo, I was told keep the dress.

This is not helpful and not unto trading standards.
I am seeking legal action as this is unacceptable. It's a scam.

I ordered a dress for my birthday and it was £70 I then had to pay an extra £30 for delivery which was Ridulous!... It then came too late for my birthday and when I got it, it was a completely different dress it was a ugly crap version of the one on the picture, then I tried to return it and they said they would give me a 10% return, so they'd give me £7 back it was a joke!... Then two weeks later I had a invoice come through the post for another £30 import few for this crappy dress which they didn't tell me I would have to pay for I'm so angry about this crappy site so nobody buy from it you will be ripped off!

I ordered a black v neck floral dress from Dylanqueen and I must say that I was impressed with the quality of the garment. Some sites that I have ordered from have sent me clothes that resemble nothing like that of the picture. This dress was exactly as described. It was very easy to order and the process took less than a minute to fill out. I'm also a big fan of their points system towards a product purchase. I received 18 just for the dress alone. Shipping was no problem. I needed the dress for a party so I payed for express. I ordered on a Monday and got it on Friday. Dylanqueen is a reliable source for high quality fashion. I definitely recommend them to anyone who likes to shop online.

Dress is of very good quality.The site is easy to navigate, easy to find what you are looking for.The shipping was super fast got here before the expected delivery date. Didn't have to contact customer service so I can't comment on that. Very prompt communications. Five stars, will shop at dress-market again. The dress is absolutely beautiful! The measurements are exactly as stated in the size chart! The quality is far beyond my expectations. This dress is lovely and flattering!

Love the dress. It is very beautiful. I should have ordered a small but I was able to alter the dress to fit me correctly. I had LOADS of compliments and I don't regret buying it for a second :)

My friend told me about dylanqueen when I told her I wanted to buy a dress. After I went home and search it on my laptop and to my surprise I saw many nice dresses that I wanted but one thing that I never believed it is their pricing is relatively so cheap compare to all place here in London. I purchased an "A-Line/Princess Sleeveless Floor-Length Ruffles Chiffon Evening Dresses" off the site dylanqueen.co.uk. My order number was D**************
The dress was nothing like the image given.
It had stains down the front, and the design was nothing like the photo given. In addition the dress was completely shapeless.
The netting around the neck is very yellowed. The small button at the back is even different.
I payed 147 euros for it. I have sent dylanqueen images as requested by them, but they have not replied.
I have been left quite upset after receiving this awful product and then getting awful customer service.
I have lost 147 euros as a result and I would recommend anyone to purchase off of a local trustworthy site, not dylanqueen.

I bought two of these dresses for my bridesmaids and am absolutely thrilled with them. Both girls had very different body shapes so I was a bit concerned but they fit beautifully. Both girls are quite big chested and the dress provides excellent support while being very flattering throught the back and stomach. The colour was a bit lighter than expected but the dress was beautifully made and the price was amazing compared to what you would pay in the stores. We've recommended this site to everyone we know.

I couldn't get my eyes off this dress when I came across it on the website and I just went ahead and bought it. When it came, it felt a little small for me but then that is how the dress is supposed to be so I was fine with it. It has a good girly feel to it. The girly feel is given by the color and the fabric and the attachments on it. Good quality material. Low price but high quality tailoring. I wanted to get it altered slightly to make it a little longer but my friends said it looked amazing for the high school dance last month and they know best!

I'm so glad that I ordered this dress! I have spent weeks trying to find the dress and when I clicked on this one. This was a great buy! My bridesmaids actually wore this dress to my wedding and they looked fabulous. I was a little concerned about the split being so high but the split was not an issue at all. My bridesmaids received many compliments on how wonderful they looked.

I would truly just like to extend my appreciation for making my wedding day extremely beautiful at an affordable price. I received the dress in a very timely manner. I placed the order and received it within 2 week! The dress fit me perfectly with no alterations.

PRODUCT IS AWFUL LOOKS LIKE ITS MADE FROM A CHILD AND ARE MADE FROM CHINA NOT LONDON AS THEY ADVERTISE... THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONE EXISTENT AND YOU GET CHARGED FOR POSTAGE TWICE AS CUSTOMS THEN CHARGED $38 FOR TAXES AFTER PAYING £20 POSTAGE TO THIS COMPANY.
PLEASE SHARE THIS AS THEY ARE SCAMMING HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE OUT OF A LOT OF MONEY THEY ARE ALSO ON FACEBOOK BUT YOU CAN NOT POST ON THEIR WALL.

My excited daughter received this dress and within minutes was in tears. The dress was not anything like on the website. We complaining that we had no idea the dress was coming from China and it was not fit for purpose; it supposed to be a cross over back strap and looked nothing like the dress ordered. We asked for a returns and sent numerous photos of the dress as evidence each time we had a different reply. My credit card company is making me a refund but I had to go to a reputable Prom Dress shop for them to write it was not as advertised was poorly made and was not value for money. On top of that I got today a £22.88p customs bill from TNT; and we thought this site was in England. My advice is get to a Prom shop and buy british.

Ordered a prom dress, arrived looked nothing like the detail on the photo. The dress looked cheap and tacky. The sizing was all wrong and the beading was not perfect. It was obviously offline. I also ordered a bag with crystals and one stone was missing plus two were discoloured.
I Emailed service dept and after numerous emails and sending photos to them, overall took about two weeks they offered me 5% refund. This would not cover the cost of the alteration, in the end they offered me 13% but only on the understanding I would NOT write a bad review about them! I took the refund just so I got something back. But want to warn everyone else, DO NOT shop with this company. The clothes Are made in China not UK. There is no telephone number to contact them only email which they do not reply to.
