My daughter purchased a dress from this bunch of *************. The dress never arrived.
Despite many e-mails they have NOT issued the refund due to her. They deliberately give you the "run around". All they offer is another dress. THEY ARE NOT BASED IN THE UK. THEY LIE!

I purchased a dress from this website and I wished I did not bother. The measurements were wrong, the dress was damaged and the design was incorrect from the picture, this dress costed me £92.23. I also purchased 3 other items which I cancelled but they have not refunded the money (£363.89). So in total they have taken £456.12 from me! I tried to return the dress but I going round in circles with their customer service. They are not even following their own terms and conditions.
Does anyone know how I can get my money back and if they know any companies that are willing to help me with this situation.

DylanQueen is the best website for clothing online shopping.The products are authentic and well described. Delivery mostly takes place much earlier than the estimated delivery-date.The exchange and returns policy is very user-friendly.The best thing is, frequent product status mails at every stage of order, order placed, dispatch, delivery (even if the product is delivered in 24 hours). Highly recommended :)

Thank you for such a wonderful product! My special lady has been eyeing the fabulous fit system for quite some time. I made a mistake and bought her a dress form that was just a bit too small for her body, and this system saved me! The second she put it on her form, it was the perfect size! She has now been quite the busy bee with her projects! Thanks again!

We ordered my daughter's Prom dress from this particular site.
The much awaited dress arrived. The quality of the dress was very poor, the zip was faulty and there was a rip in the material.
Since then I ahve been attempting to return the dress and get a refund and am having no joy. The Online help service is appalling.

I have ordered from this website. Unfortunately the dress that I received was really bad, the appliqué that was on the dress was falling off. It was uneven all over, the measurements were totally wrong. What I got was exceptionally poor quality, faulty and defective. Their customer service is a total joke. If their is anybody out there who can offer me some help or somebody that has had a similar experience. Please write a review.

This company needs to be shut down immediately. It has scammed me, like many others, out of my money. I am appalled at the customer 'service'. The dress I received was totally unfit to wear. I ordered a dress for my wedding reception. Not only did the dress arrive 3 weeks late but when arrived it was not the same design as on the website. It was made of cheap substandard material and was ill-fitting. They offered me an 8% refund but when I declined that ridiculous offer they said they can not give me a full refund. DO NOT BUY from this company they are con artists and scammers. There customer service is appalling!

I don't know where to begin. The list of difficulties I have experienced with this company is ridiculous. The dress was not what was shown in the pictures, was misshaped, poorly stitched, had several stitches hanging off and there was a hole in it. This company is refusing to give me my money back. Customer service is a joke. Dylan Queen have made it clear they don't care about their customers, only money.

I bought a dress for my 11yr old neice, when it arrived it was way too big, so I emailed and asked for the returns address so I could get a refund. I was fobbed off by customer services and told to take the dress to a dress makers to be altered. I asked a dress maker who told me it would cost more than the dress was worth to be altered. That was early February and I'm still waiting for a reply and refund. Disgusting service. The company is not interested in you if you want your money back.

My daughter has bought a dress 2 times of Dylan and queen site first time she was happy,,, second time she didn't like the dress wat came with diamonds and studs falln off dress and she was unable to attend her formal,,, It cost me to return the dress back to them witch they said I would gt a refund,,, I have emailed every day and got no reply ive also went on to live chat and got no answers either,,,, I would advise any1 not to buy here as ul never get ur money back,, im very angry that there sitn with dress and money and we have nothn,,,,, they don't even have the decentcy to answer us never mind pay us back, I will never ever let my daughter buy from these people again,,,,,, they false advertise and don't treat people with respect all they want is ur money,,,,,,,,,,

Save yourself a lot of hassle and money and don't buy from this company. Ordered two dresses and was utterly shocked at the quality, or lack of. Both dresses were uneven, mis-shaped, had a hole in it etc. Customer service, if you can even call it that, is also dreadful.

Well after reading the reviews of this site I was hesitant about ordering the dress I had fallen in love with. I ordered and paid and to be honest I did not expect the dress high quality. But how pleasantly surprised was I when it was delivered! I had to leave a review because I had no problems at all. Everything went very smoothly, from ordering, paying and using my tracking ID to see where the item was. It did turn up and it is beautiful. The quality is great and it fits like a glove. I love my maxi dress it is to me.

I purchased a dress for my Sons Wedding - when it arrived it was a cheap crappy version of the one in the picture. The quality of the material and stitching is appalling it is totally unwearable. I have been e-mailing and sending pictures since the beginning of the year and the only offer I have had is a 10% refund which amount to about £14 - whats the point of that. And despite me asking repeatedly they have not sent me a returns address.

I ordered a lovely dress from Dylan queen for my daughters confomation. She is twelve and this is a huge event in Ireland... Before I ordered I contacted them direct to ask does custom mean actual custom and would it be possible to make it for a child to which I was informed it would be... We waited three weeks and we got a knock at the door and ordered to pay 42 euro vat for which we had no idea as there was no visible mention of this... Then when my daughter went to try it on it wouldn't fit her head and I had to rip it to get it on... They had b size cups still fitted in the dress and the sequins were falling off and in no pattern at all... It was the worst dress I have ever seen... They wasn't helpful when I contacted them they told me to send photos... I asked how I cud do that to which I got no reply... I would strongly recommend no one buys a dress from this company the dresses aren't custom made I brought it into a Taylor and they told me they used a size eight bodice and chopped the side off... I have told everyone not to use this site and I intend on going to the consumer rights about it and letting everyone know on Facebook too... Descracful isn't the word for it! Shocking is more to the point don't buy it!
