The dress I purchased is a disaster. The sequined trim around the neckline and armholes looks like a blind person glued it on. The trim backing is a lace that is all uneven, and doesnt match the lace on the bodice. Pieces of the trim backing hang out over the neckline edge and the arm hole edges giving these openings a ragged edge. In addition, the trim backing is left hanging in areas over the bodice as well. That backing is a different color than the lace of the bodice so there are hunks of different color lace hanging out. I would be embarrassed to wear this piece of junk to any formal event... Except maybe a Halloween party! I requested a full refund and was told they would give me a 10% refund and a coupon for my next purchase! Like I'd REALLY be stupid enough to buy from them again! So out of the $120.00 I wasted on this hunk of junk I'll get a whopping $12.00 refund! Please don't waste your money on this companies lies and extremely poor quality products.

Initially I was a little hesitant to place orders. This is because, all the dresses that they offer have a low price. But after doing a live chat on the website and read reviews, I tried to order one. WOW,, dress comes with good quality and materials. In addition, the overall look is very amazing, and I cannot wait to wear it. I recommend it 100%, and I will make another order when I need special clothes.

I ordered a dress for my 21st birthday thinking everything would be fine, I paid for expidated shipping also, I then came across so many bad reviews about these dresses so I emailed them asking when my dress would be here. They replied straight away advising 23 March, my birthday was 13th March, I emailed them exactly 14 times in total, they 6 times, I asked them on every email I sent to cancel the order which they ignored until I told them I was taking this to my bank and trading standards, they then advised me they would refund me 60% of the dress price. I never even recieved the dress or the expidated shopping! They told me to check there cancellations policy. On there website all it states is to email the customer services if in need of a refund! This company is an absolute joke, and I advise no one to buy from here! They almost ruined my 21st birthday! The customer service advisors where so so rude, and couldn't even write an email properly! This is a scam website! Do not purchase anything from here!

The dress is beautiful and stunning, it's not a traditional dress, but it is absolutely beautiful and the details make the dress. The dress arrived exactly when stated. I found the dress to be an exact fit, following the sizing chart. Their customer service is also very accommodating. Thank you!

Im having NO reply from SANDRA at customer services, I sent her 4 photos of the dress has has come for my daughter, threads and pulls everywhere, rip in the train, underskirt is so bably sewn it pulls in some places and too much material everwhere else. Enough material on the tummy area of the dress for my daughter if she was 6 months pregnant!
They offered me 10 percent of the dress which would amount to £9.00 sterling. How can my daughter buy another dress with this?

The dress is of serious poor quality! Opened the BAG it came in and some of the sequins fell off! There was what looked like glue on the sequins! The size is wrong and because i had the length tailor made i cant do anything about it! Not at all like the photo on web site!

It's not often in this day and age to find fair priced, original, and beautiful dresses. My daughter and I searched for hours to find a prom dress that was just right for her. When we finally got to DylanQueen we couldn't get off of it. Anyway, we all know how important prom is to our daughters so it had to be perfect. Don't purchase from this crowd unless you want to be scammed. Quick scroll through the reviews show that many of us have lost our money to Dylan Queen. The chances of them returning my money are dim. Any positive reviews are from staff. Truly terrible.
