Recently I bought a wedding dress from Dylanqueen.co.uk online web site. I am glad to tell, that dress fits me very well and it was well made and finishing was so admirable. Also it has a great quality and price was so reasonable and matched to the dress description. The most important thing was I needed the dress in time and Dylan Queen sent the package to the time and they didn't disappointed me. They have a nice live help service, we can ask our questions and get over with it. Also they are very kind and response quickly we won't get late.
I've been online shopping in many web sites before but this is the First time i bought a dress. I gave them my measurements. After receiving my dress I fitted on that and I was very impressed as they have made it to the exact measurement. I looked very beautiful on that dress. So I recommend this site to everyone who are willing to buy prom or wedding dresses online. They guarantee your satisfaction.

I came to Dylan Queen for my step daughters prom dress as the prices were in my price range and I had a budget. The dress came and couple of weeks later so did a invoice for taxes and duties that I had to pay. I don't think the information is clear enough on the web site. I have ended up paying a lot more. Will not be buying from there again.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS SITE... I wish I had read some of these reviews... if you look at the site response they are all the same. Poor Quality cheap and doesn't fit... I've been ripped off by these guys twice now (they changed their name and I was stupid enough to fall for it again) All you get is a crappy parcel from China with a crappy dress inside that doesn't look anything like what you ordered and worse still just doesn't fit! It's so badly made it's laughable

My daughter is getting married in June and thought one of Dylan Queen's dresses would be perfect for the 4 bridesmaids. We ordered one (luckily!) to make sure it was OK then we were going to get the other three. The dress was ordered in Gold but when it arrived it was a dirty green colour and poor quality. When I tried to return it they offered me 10% and asked me to keep it. When I explained that it was no good to me as it was disgusting they told me that because it was an international order they had invested labour and shipping costs and refused to take it back, NEVER AGAIN!

Product looks great! I am completely satisfied with the dress I ordered, absolutely love it! Not only was it on sale, but the dress was tailored to my measurements with accuracy. I am used to buying clothes on line following size charts, so I was pleasantly surprised. The delivery time was exact and with no delays. 5 STARS!

I purchased A-line/Princess Scoop Short Sleeves Applique Knee-length Chiffon Bridesmaid Dress for my girlfriend as she was low on funds for her best friend's marriage. I recently submitted a review on this sham of a company and the disgusting treatment I have received at their hands. In short, they sent me atrocious goods, which I did not order and took almost £300 from my bank account. Needless to say, I have been livid.
So, after reporting them to Trading Standards, I took legal advice and also contacted my bank. I discoverd that many UK banks are part of what is called a 'chargeback scheme'. If, like many of us on here, we have been the victim of a fraudulent company such as this disgraceful one, our debit/credit card provider will refund the funds to our account and take up the fight with the company's bank on our behalf. This company name 'DYLANQUEEN.CO.UK' was recognised by my bank and the money was refunded to me in 1 day.
DylanQueen continue to insist I take the dresses to a tailor, (bearing in mind, one is the complete wrong colour - black instead of pink, so how a talior rectifies this is beyond me) and they are continuing to refuse to accept returns.
So please check if your bank is part of this Chargeback Scheme and let them take up the battle and get our hard earned cash back in it's rightful place.

I choose a strapless sweetheart dress for my beautiful girlfriend two weeks ago, and i just can't believe that i can get my dress so fast. Yeah, my girlfriend love the dress so much. I had a flawless experience with this website. I was looking for a nice wedding party dress for my best friend - something simple, elegant and beautiful, but also not prudish or too stuck-up. She's all about balance in things, so dress shopping can be difficult for her. I found a really nice dress on this site and ordered it without really thinking. It was such a good deal I kinda couldn't help it. I got the dress after about a week, pretty fast shipping. Gave it to my friend and she absolutely broke down, she loves it. The fit was perfect, which is the danger with online stores for me. The quality of the dress is very high. The colours are also great, it looks just as it did in the posting. Online dress shopping is one of the biggest risks you can take, so I'm quite happy with my purchase from this store. I'll be coming back.

The dress was badly made. The design was poor quality and it literally made my daughter cry. Now she may not be able to attend her prom. Save yourself the money, hastle and psychological trauma.
