I sent for a dress for my sons wedding and got it in February. It was of poor quality so much so I sent about 12 pics of the poor workmanship. Even though the web site states refunds I am still in communication with them EVERY DAY asking for my money back. They reply to me in pigeon english hoping I'll eventually give up - of which I have no intention of doing - I have returned the dress so I have paid carriage to get it and return it. They asked me to keep the dress and they would give me 5% of the price HA keep a dress nobody could wear or want - ABSOLUTE SCAM - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM... EVER

It took three weeks to arrived, money taken the day I ordered.the dress arrived screwed up in a small bag inside out, seams fraying at the front of the dress, stains on the dress and a small hole at the back of the dress.

I contacted them the day I received it, they asked for pictures, I emailed them over the same day, they offered me evenually 10% off which is only £10 and asked me to take it to a shop to get it fixed... I'm am absolutely fuming that they have taken my money and are only offering me £10 to fix it, it should be a size 12 it's more like a size 8. I have spoken to two different people first one when I asked for a full refund never bothered replying the second one said they are minor faults so 10% is the highest they can offer

I have emailed your service department and this morning received another reply to basically say they will only give me £10. It's unwearable apart from the fraying stitching it's not even cut correctly... not fit for purpose I'm disgusted you are stealing money from customers promising gorgeous dresses but in reality they are made by what looks like untrained people used to con people

This company is an absolute scam. I ordered a dress from them for a charity ball it took over a month to arrive and when it did arrive it was ripped, the sequins were falling off and the dress was not the specifications I ordered instead they were at least 4 times bigger than they were supposed to be. After arguing with them for 2 weeks to try and get my money back they are still refusing to give me more than £10. It's absolutely disgusting. To make matters worse they then send me a sob story about how they will lose money if they have to refund me the money for the dress and how they need to be able to pay their workers. Maybe they should use the money to teach their workers how to make a dress properly in the first place?! After reading others reviews it would seem this is a reoccurring theme for this company and when they do reply to the reviews on this website it is with the same standard answer that if you email their company at *******@dylanqueen.co.uk they will gladly resolve the matter or talk to their manager about it. Next joke, they don't sort anything instead they try and argue with you that 10% is the highest they will give back and make out they're being ever so generous letting you keep the dress so therefore you should go and see a tailor to sort out their mistakes because they are incapable.

I've now gone through my bank and the chargeback scheme and would urge others in a similar situation to do the same to get all the money back you are owed.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.

That is what my only daughter said upon receiving my birthday gift for her. She loves fashion so much. I'd say it's her passion. Hahaha. I am one proud mama, I say. She's smart, creative, elegant, sexy and stylish just like the dress I bought for her. I mean, it's perfect! Thank you DylanQueen for the fast delivery and wonderful experience. :) We'll be shopping for more soon. :D

Most amazing customer service. I got my dress custom to my size and delivered super fast in 3 days to my place in Virginia. The dress is prettier in person and it is made of good quality fabric. I husband stood in awe when he saw me in it. The dress all in all was beautiful and I got a ton of compliments. Very unique and very well constructed. I would order from them again.

Find this site from a fashion blog and got their discount codes, though I'm doubt about the low price, when I ordered two dresses for me and my sister, they looked good, or I can say I'm the lucky one. I'm glad I order from this site and saved lot of money, and the quality of the dress is not that bad :)

Received my "wedding dress" today, it came shoved in a plastic bag, inside out! Not only had I got no idea on when my dress was going to arrive and had to keep emailing to find out if there was any progress on it. It turned up weeks late! The dress was appalling, threads hanging of it beads falling off it. It wasn't even the dress I ordered! After I had tried it on I has to sweep up all the bits that had fallen off it on the floor! What a rubbish start to my wedding plans, thank god I still have time to get another. All I can say is I'm truly heartbroken and let down. All that waiting for nothing!

I ordered a dress from Dylan Queen but received no tracking information, I constantly sent emails for updates but only ever got a response saying someone would let me know. When it finally arrived it didn't fit properly, it was poorly made with cheap material. The dress was nothing like what it looked on the website, it was cheap and tacky and I cannot wear it. I have wasted £150 on a disgusting dress that I will never use. Do not buy from Dylan Queen!

The dress arrived lovely. However the delivery company (TNT) also provided me with an ADDITIONAL invoice for over £24!. Customs are looking at imports from China and charging you. Spoke to TNT who confirmed that they have to pay the Government so they can deliver it. So you have to pay them :(

I ordered my Daughters prom dress from Dylan queen, we measured her and ordered the dress accordingly, I paid by card which included shipping. Firstly the dress came with 2 out of 3 measurements incorrect ranging from 1 - 5" out! Secondly I was then graced with a bill from TNT for £34.50 shipping costs! I have tried to make sense of customer services but they have offered me 15% of the dress price and told me to keep it. This site is a total scam and customer service is non existent. I wont give up but advise anyone to stay away. The only reason they get one star is because you have to make a selection to submit your review.!

My experience with this company is terrible. I ordered 3 of the same dresses, not only are the sizes wrong they sent me 1 wrong colour dress and they are refusing to replace it. They gave me the option of 5% off the dress or if I pay the very expensive fee to ship the dress back they will refund 50% of the dress value, for their error! All I want is the dress I ordered and paid for but the company is refusing. Customer service is non existing. My advise is stay away from Dylansqueen

I'd always wanted a fairytale dress, and when I decided to go on a cruise I thought I'd treat myself. I decided to buy one and see what they were like and if I liked them I may buy 2 more, when the dress came I'd ordered a size 16 a size bigger then I am but it was so sml and was miles too long it would not zip half way up my back, I contacted them and they asked me to take pictures and send them to them which I did, I was then told they did not do refunds and I would have to take it to a tailors, I am stuck with a dress that goes no where near me, having read the reviews I am now going to contact my bank to try and get something done, BUT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE DISHONEST AND FRAUDSTERS.
