There's a DylanQueen manager? Are you kidding me? How about the owner?!? I get offered no assistance even with photos of this dress I sent in showing how it does not fit. I was even given a fake phone number to call! I want a direct email to the manager or owener! All my inquires have been to that email you posted! I have communicated with Kris, Sandra, and Cherry. They write all sweet ( except for Cherry) and act helpful and yet after a week I get offered a 5% discount off tailoring? Or is it the dress? Either way they cost almost the same each! NOT PLEASED WITH YOUR COMPANY! I stand by my rating and will not delete until this has been resolved! May you have a good day.

Wedding dresses are an enormous expense that me and my wife wanted to avoid. We purchased one white dress and when it arrived, found that the dresses run a little smaller than average. We returned the dress and the company was attentive, customer service was meticulous, and they shipped a new dress with expedited shipping. The material is great and you can hardly tell the difference between this dress and the more expensive ones. Overall my experience with the company has been positive, and I would recommend this if you're looking for a wedding dress that gets right to the point and can do without the bells and whistles.

I was so sceptical to order my wedding dress online, I did some independent research of Dylanqueen prior to committing to buying from them. The communication was fantastic, I never waited more than 24 hours for a response and the majority of the time I actually just did Live Chat. I actually gave them a picture of the dress I wanted as I could not find one that I liked on their website. I could not be more happier with this purchase, I ordered well and truly months in advanced in case it came and it was terrible. But I am so so pleased with it. I live in New Zealand and it took approximately 2 months from payment to arrival. The dress cost approximately one sixth of what it would have cost me if I purchased it here. I will have to minor alterations but I think any bride who orders a dress should expect this. Still happy with my choice :)

I am crazy about red evening dress from i am childhood. I always that red is the passionate color. I find a lot of red evening dresses from Dylanqueen, and i intend to order two evening dresses from this company. In order to save money, i contact with customer service, and i hope she can give me discounts. Luckily, the customer service is very kind, and i save 20$ of my total paid. I am so happy. The dress delivery is on time, and i can't help wearing them at once, These dresses fit me well. My parents also think that i choose a good company this time. I have several bad shopping online experience, so i have some worry about my dresses. Surprise, so thanks so much for this company. Recommend

I needed a dress for my Daughters Wedding, having only a small budget I ordered what looked to be my perfect dress. I ordered a size bigger than I needed incase the sizing was on the small side then I could always have it altered. I was devastated when it arrived, it looked nothing like the picture and measures 4 sizes smaller than the size I ordered. There is no returns policy so I e-mailed Dylanqueen, I still have NO REPLY. I paid £120 for the dress inc delivery which I really dont have. I realised what a fool I have been so placed the dress for sale on the internet, I couldnt sell it despite reducing the cost by half. Then TODAY I have had an importation bill for the delivery of the dress... I am furious to say the least. DO NOT ORDER FROM DYLAN QUEEN! It will only cause you stress and devastation. I will be taking legal action against this company with the help and support from my family.

I ordered a dress in plenty of time for my daughters wedding. On the website it looked really stylish, but having just received it and after paying over a £100 I have to say it is poorly made and finished and the material is a horrible pink with bits of lace attached, very badly the dress I have received is nowhere as nice as in the photo. There doesn't appear to be a return address for me to send it back and get my money back. Will not be recommending this company to anyone.

Do not order there frauds charge u £29 post package then get a shipping bill of £25 a week later. Nothing like picture material cheap colour different too. Iv pictures to prove the crap dress and jkt if u want to see. The good reviews must be put on by themselves. All the bad reviews are true they shud be deleted from website. I am taking matter to small claims court. Mt dress didn't zip up too small on bk and massive on front I ordered 14 but take a 12 there trying to say it's a UK 14. The armholes on jkt look like they fit a ten year old. They told me they wanted pictures I sent them then said go to dressmakers to get altered. It's only worth putting in the bin embarrassing wish I had read reviews beforehand DO Not order con artists

They messed up a dress making it in the wrong colour and the wrong length. The colour was hideous and not wearable.
When I requested a refund they offered me 85% of cost provided I returned the dress. To them. This did not include the £20 postage I had paid nor the £23 import tax.
As the cost of return exceeded the refund value I had to decline their offer. Total cost to me was £120 - for a dress that I have taken to the charity shop!

My prom is coming up and I don't have enough money to buy designer dresses so when I came across Dylan Queen I was a bit scared to order because of all the reviews I read but my dress came today and it's soooo beautiful and well made! In love (sorry my photo is a bit blurry the camera didn't focus properly)

I needed a fancy gown for an upcoming party and had to resort to shopping online because most of the dresses I tried on here at Manila either looked exactly the same or I felt I could find something better. Found DylanQueen on google and guess what, when my order arrived after about a week (I was worried it got lost) I was pleasantly surprised that it looked exactly like what they had on their website. Dress hunters in Manila, subukan niyo Dylan Queen! Two thumbs up for me! :)

I ordered a dress and when it arrived, it was something completely different than the one shown on their website. After contacting the customer service, I was asked to send pictures of the 'dress'. I was told by the company they can compensate me max 10% for the dress which I wanted to return. I cannot even begin describe what I was sent. It is hideous looking, made of poor quality fabric and completely different from what I ordered. Customer service is extremely poor. I am now £100 out of pocket. Luckily I have enough time to buy another dress for an occasion which I initially ordered the dress for. So if you are thinking of using this site, please stay away and save your money being wasted.
