The gown I ordered did not even come close to the picture online. I paid over two hundred dollars and they wanted to give me 15% back which I think is a big insult since the shipping alone cost over fifty dollars. The material they used was so heavy, the bead work was horrible.
Please do not order from this site. Please don't make the mistake I made.
Absolutely shocking service. Ordered a stunning dress, paid £25 for shipping FROM CHINA and then it arrived looking $#*!. Absolutely awful customer service, pigeon english, still owe me a lot of money for what they have done. They promised i could return it but now ive bought it, they're not letting me return the dress anymore. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY they only want your money and they dont give a $#*! about anything else. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Do not be fooled by discounts, promises, the look of the dress in the pictures, it is all fake. You have been warned.

Ordered a dress for my daughter's prom. Received the notice that it would be shipped soon. We've been on with customer service for 2 weeks trying to get it resolved. I reordered and it is already screwed up. The service chat and email people obviously do not speak English well and continually offer a stupid 5% discount instead of answers. (I already had the 5% discount, so it isn't really something). After fighting and fighting, I am tired. We have cancelled the order and are giving up.

I ordered a dress for my mother in law for my wedding. When the dress came it was 3 sizes smaller than expected. The service I recieved after was shocking, the only way of contact was email which they never replied to. They offered a 12% refund and told us to get the dress fixed which in no way could be. I am so mad with the service I recieved and would never shop or recommend them again. £150 the dress cost and it looks like we will never see that again. Disgusted! Wish I had read the reviews before spending that much money
I ordered a dress costing £100 and the delivery was £30 it come back it's horrific and they will not let me get a refund or anything! I've also been sent another bill from the import of the dress for an extra £21 shipping payment! I would seriously not recommend this site to my worst enemy!
I ordered a black dress from this site... 3 weeks later I received a cream, cheap, DISCUSTING dress which did not fit me at all. I contacted customer services to ask for a return address, they were so unprofessional and asked if I could send pictures. The emails were all one words, SO unprofessional. I then had a response from a man called Roger saying ' go and pay to get it altered yourself' I am horrified that I have spent so much money on this dress to be treated like this. PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE LADIES
Don't go near as I bought a dress for daughters wedding when it arrived to say the least it was far to big and had to say 60 $ to get it altered so stay well away from this place

My order came in very quick time, it had everything that I ordered inside and the packaging was careful and neat. I would recommend that you use them if you are thinking about it because not only do they have a good service but they do not attempt to over-charge or rip you off. Another occurrence that is definitely worth mentioning is that when I emailed them to query my order, they replied within a few hours, which is customer service that you do not often come across; even in the bigger companies. Overall, outstanding experience with Dylanqueen and I will definitely return to use them again in the future!
I ordered a dress back in January. It arrived in dreadfull condition. Wrong colour, badly made and the service I have received since has been nothing but shambolic!
I returned the dress to the address provided on 4/2/15 after having some trouble even getting return details from them.
I have been offered 10% return and to keep the dress (which I have already returned!).
Excuse being, that they have spent a lot of money on material and labour and basically threatening me that I would need to spent more money on shipment!
I am still going through several avenues to try and get my refund.
All I can say is - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We ordered bridesmaid dresses to which came in very small, customer service was appalling can only contact through email and once we written emails would only get one worded or one sentence answers. I feel like we are not speaking to English people as some emails were so poorly written they didn't make sense. Have now ordered from a different company and feel we will loose our money. I would never recommend this site to anyone.
Dylanqueen was the best decision I could have made to dress for my special event! I was being recognized for an award, and though I was flattered, I had no idea what to wear. Dylanqueen made it simple, and I looked great. This took a lot of anxiety from my plate. Thank you so much! I will order again!
I ordered two dresses from Dylan Queen. Both arrived on the right date but both were totally different to what the pictures and description on the internet showed - different colours, styles and all sorts! I contacted customer services who told me to send some pictures. I did that straight away and this is the response I got:
''Sorry, since it is international transaction, we invested time, labor, fabric into your dress and paid for high international delivery fee, so, we can not fully refund you, besides, if you send it back, we have to pay for the inevitable custom fee, all in all, we hope you can keep the dress and accept our compensation fee 12% dress price'
12% discount for two dresses that were not what I ordered! I'm not after a free dress but I do want the dresses I actually ordered and paid for. I paid £40 for shipping and to be honest they pretty much arrived in a plastic bag, totally crunpled, threads hanging off everything. Not what I had imagined.
I went back to them to say this is not accpetable and they came back and offered me 15%! I almost laughed! I have gone back to them to say they need to resolve this fully or I will contact my lawyer.
All I want are dresses that I bought - I'm reasonable but really... come on guys...
I ordered from this site expecting to get a lovely very pretty and relatively cheap prom dress. Instead I got something that feels like a box, came in a completely different colour to what I ordered, and was already showing signs of disrepair, and these signs have gotten even worse as time goes by(hanging in my closet). When I wrote to try and send back I had to send about 3 emails before I got a reply. They told me I could send it back for half a refund but I would have to pay postage meaning I'd be spending more money than getting back.

After ordering a dress from this website I was extremely worried to come across a number of negative reviews on the web, staying that either the dress was the wrong colour or bad quality, or that it never came in the first place. After a week or so I had heard nothing regarding shipping, and so e-mailed the company. Within hours I had a reply giving me a tracking number with which I was able to follow the dress - it arrived the next morning! It is absolutely STUNNING. The colour is exactly as shown on the colour chart on the website, and the dress is fantastic quality, with extra straps on the inside (as it is strapless) to ensure it stays up. I feel like a princess in it. Fabulous company with amazing prices - I wouldn't hesitate to buy from dylanqueen.co.uk again in the future.
First I was confused about this dress. But after getting this one I really happy on it's quality and fitted my body. I should also appreciate about their excellent collection and the quick delivery process. Thanks!

Finally arrived much later than promised and dreadful quality! We ordered a standard size 8, with the assurance that it could be returned! The sizing is totally out of proportion! When we emailed to say we wished to return it was told ' don't send it back, it probably won't arrive' and was offered a 5% refund! When I said this was unacceptable they have ignored my email.
Having paid £20 for postage I then received a bill for £23 from TNT for customs and import duties.
I have now passed the matter over to my credit card company and shall be reporting the company to the Trading Standards Agency.

I had nine weeks to plan a wedding for my daughter. Being as you can't find modest wedding gowns in stores, we turned to the internet. I contacted several of the modest wedding gown sites, and Dylanqueen is the only one who ever answered. In fact, every single time I e-mailed them, I had an answer from them within 24 hours. Whom-ever answered my e-mails was polite and professional. He assured me a rush delivery would be put on my order if needed. That helped a lot to calm my nerves down.
The dress came three weeks before the wedding, and it was truly beautiful. The sewing was professional, and the hand-stitched work was lovely. It fit my daughter perfectly, and the only alteration we needed was to have it hemmed a bit. I am extremely pleased with Dylanqueen and would definitely order from them again.

Answer: Please save your money and shop elsewhere. These people are a complete rip off. My mother in law bought a dress for a wedding and the size was completely wrong ( even though she bought it based on the measurements and went up a size to be on the safe side) and they refused to return it. It was obvious that it was made poorly but they refused to return or exchange it. The dress was also very cheap looking, nothing like the website. They're a complete fraud. I reported them and my mother in law filed a complaint with her credit card company to get her money back. Definitely do yourself a favor and stay away from these people.

Here's what's really insulting, they offered a discount if I brought another dress. Really, after not refunding my money from the first order. Unfortunately this company are shit and probably not repair the dress, so my advise is go to your local dry cleaners they maybe able to put a new zip in for you.
