My dress meant to be made to order, however it arrived 2 sizes too big!

They do not accept returns, nor have telephone number and after so many emails asking for a refund - I had no success. Everytime I email, a different person responds to my email and I have to go through the whole thing over and over again.

Dress was extremely poor quality it was shocking! Even if it fit, I wouldnt wear it as it looks awful. They ripped me off!

I lost more than £100 and I will continue spreading the word about this company on all review websites. Do not risk!

I will attend my friend's party, and i want to have a dance with the boy i always crush. So i need to buy a beautiful and charming dress to attract more attention from this boy. I spend more than two weeks looking for my dress, and i compared to the fabric, the style and the price, and i made sure that i buy dress in this company. I choose a 2015 fashion dress with backless style, and the customer service gave me some good suggestions of the size, and i am thanks her so much. The dress arrived yesterday, and i wore it, and my moms said the dress fits me so perfect, and i must become the party queen in the party. I also very happy about the dress. Hope the boy can have a dance with me, and he can pay more attention on me. Bless. I have an unforgettable shopping experience, and i am so happy to write my reviews to help others.

I ordered a dress from Dylan Queen for a wedding. The dress arrived on time and it was the right dress but they sewed the dress and left two pins in it that could only be removed by creating a larger hole in the fabric. Getting them to refund me even 10% was extremely difficult. They were very unprofessional in their responses and didn't care that they had sent me a dress with pins in it. I would only buy a dress from this site again if I had exhausted all other options.

Actually, i still are afraid of shopping online, and i worry about the quality and the delivery. Recently, i am busy with my project, so i have no money for dress in the market. Then, i search in Google, and i find this company. I order a pink long dress for my best friend's wedding ceremony. The dress delivery on time, and i an so happy about this. The quality is also very good, and i get some discounts by having a chat with customer service. I get a coupon, and i save 5$. I also find a lot of beautiful wedding dresses. Hope i can order a wedding dress in my big day. Anyway, thanks so much, and i have a very happy shopping experience.

You have been warned... Ordered my custom made dress, it's actually ridiculously funny how bad it is, it's like something out of a pantomime, I wouldn't even give it to the charity shop, it was not elegant and beautiful it was horrendous in the words of my 12yr old daughter! Don't take the risk and loose your money, dress cost £120 & then £35 customs, I have previously brought from LIght in the Box my wedding dress, which was perfect but DylanQueen is a joke, I think they must have chimpanzees doing the tailoring, I can't say how bad this was, I wish I could put up a photo! PLEASE don't waste your money!

I bought a dress they sent the wrong one. I had to pay as much as the dress again in duty to receive it because it comes from china not the uk. And it was completely the wrong colour, when I spoke to customer service they were the worst service id ever experienced. Would not help in any way, they would not replace it and would only refund 5% of the dress price but I would have to send the dress back first and pay the higher postage to china. Then told me even at that they might not receive the dress if I sent it. So after spending £45 on the dress £20 on postage and €45 on duty they wanted me to spent a possible £20 to £30 to post it back to them and then they would refund me 5% of the dress which is less than £3. I would not recommend any one shop here.

Plain and simple. Stay away. Don't order from them, save your time and money. The dress I ordered for prom was horrendous and they offered me a $5 refund for a dress I paid $170 for. Not to mention I'd have to pay all shipping costs. Their customer service is awful. It's clear the emails you will receive from them are automated. T questions were never answered it was clear that the person I was speaking to was a machine or could not speak English. Dylan queen turned my high school prom into a night mare. Save your time and money please. You won't get anything close to what you ordered.

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID! Yes the dresses are so ridiculously cheap because they are simply BAD copies of genuine designer dresses. My dress came and wasn't too bad but I ordered a fishtale dress and they sent a-line and the mesh paneling was way off centre and 'baggy'
They would not refund me because they claimed it was a 'custom made' dress! I ordered a size 10 dress; I never got personally measured, nothing! Then a few weeks later I got an invoice from the delivery company demanding I pay for my delivery and the tax on it! Outrageous and so angry and upset I stupidly spent my well earned money in this rubbish and allowed these people to take advantage of me :o(

I actually do pageants and I couldn't really find an appropriate dress for me at the stores near me. I looked all over and didn't find what I was looking for. One of my pageant friends told me about DylanQueen.co.uk. She told me that she got her dress from this site and that it was affordable and super cute. I decided to try out the site and see if I liked anything. I ended up finding the perfect dress. It shipped quickly and was exactly what I was looking for! I'll be buying all of my future dresses from this site!

A good friend of mine bought her wedding dress through Dylanqueen and loved it! So I bought the dress (I figured for 300$ can + shipping and duties) even if it sucked I could give it away or make a veil. I got the dress today and am soooooo HAPPY! It looks even better in person! It is EXACTLY like the picture! I got it 1 size too big (on purpose) because I figured it is easier to take it in then take it out, so I need to get it altered. Just be wary of duty costs (standard) and the item kinda smells funny lol but nothing dry cleaning cant fix!
