I got the beautiful dress yesterday. It looked very gorgeous and graceful. I chose the custom size and the dress fit me perfectly. As for the color, I chose the color watermelon. There was no color difference. Like the dress sooo much.

This is an update to my previous review regarding the awful quality (faulty goods) and the appalling and comtemptuous attitude of Dylan Queen. Today I got my refund in full from my credit card company. So if you are faced with this kind of problem remember that provided you paid over GBP 100 on a credit card you can get your money back and the card company are the ones who then extract it from Dylan Queen. If enough of us do this I reckon the card companies will stop dealing with Dylan Queen, and then they will suffer!

Further to my post yesterday regarding my unfinished wedding dress id like to share with you what happened next I received a email from dylanqueen stating "​if you keep this dress, we can offer 10% discount to make as compensation, ok?" I replied "You already know what my order number is, so why don't you post your comment on the site so everyone can see that your offering me to keep the horrible dress and refund me 10% of my money, what exactly am I to do with the dress. Instead of saying I am to write your manager why don't you get your manager to contact me. And what do you mean about its the factory and not the company, isn't your factory a part of your company? I paid my money to you so I expect my money back from you. And the answer to your question is "no" I dont want to keep the dress, what exactly shall I keep it and do with it? "they have also replied to my post saying"Thanks for your shopping on Dylanqueen.co.uk. We sincerely apologize for this problem happened on you. Please understand the address is for our factory! Not our company! Could you please give me your order number? So I can check the details for you. Also, I will inform this unpleasant problem to my higher manager. Anyway, we will try our best to resolve this question and gain your trust. You can also write to:*******@dylanqueen.co.uk. I am sure that you will get the related answers from our manager. This is how terrible these people are, you already know who I am and you already have my order number, why don't your manager do the decent thing and contact all his unhappy customers and fix the problems and heartache you have caused to so many people. You have sent me a unfinished dress, it is no good to me so why would I want to keep it and get 10% of my money back, does that actually make any sense to you, what exactly am I going to do with the dress. Get your manager to contact me as hes the one taking customers money and sending them rubbish
