Called store about Birkenstock's Arizona Big Buckle in white, giving full description and price of shoe. Was told there we 2 in my size. I arrived at store only to find what was advertised as white online was actually a pearl/off white yet the shoe shown online was white white! I am stuck with a purchased gift card for $170 that I cannot return to Kroger! I assumed if DSW sold Birkenstock they would be authentic and true to color. The person who identified herself as a manager had no answer excepted advertising department was responsible for photos online!
Do not order from this company, never received my online order and they offered me a 10% refund. Why would anyone want to receive partial payment for a product they didn't receive. Never buy from this company.
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on Black Friday, I received 2 pairs of used Aerosoles shoes and was blown by the condition, very used. I went online and processed the return and I was sent 2 pairs of more worn shoes, this time the shoes had dirt and mud on them, no tissue in box, box visibly damaged. I have spent endless hours on the phone trying to get the exchanges returned, shouldn't be so hard. I feel they are giving me a hard time so I give up and let them keep my money for used shoes. Store said it was probably because they were so busy with holiday just packing order. Pay attention to detail. USED SHOES, This is disgusting.
I ordered a pair of Uggs.11-21-23 I received a fed x update 4 times no package. I stop my working day to call, fedx advise shipper has not used the label Snd call for returns.I will miss Xmas with my package I have to wait 4-7 days.horrible customer service I have paid for a package I don't have.you offer me 5.00.not unfair.horrible customer service. My boot look different than the website of what I ordered.And the boots is to small this is literally the 3rd pair is to small. And the boot I looked at had no heel this boot does.
I spent a total of over $300 and I never got nothing! I contacted DSW and they did not help me at all? I am on disability and the shoes I ordered was for Christmas gifts I can not have a Christmas for me and my son now! I am devastated I can not believe this is happening to me! I can't afford to pay out 300 but I made it happen! I'm just speechless!
I ordered a pair of Nine West Boots and they came in a crumbled box and they were used with white paint on them. How do you send out damaged products and damaged packaging? I will never order from them again. The customer service had me on the line for 50 minutes and still not resolved. NEVER AGAIN! Wish I could give negative stars.
I just received a gift I ordered for my daughter in law for Xmas and the top of the box is cut out. How am I supposed to give this to her in this box? I realize you must do this for some return purposes: however there has to be a better way! Never again will I order a gift from DSW. Just awful looking. The shoes were very expensive also, I'm so disappointed and embarrassed.
Do Not buy a gift card from them cause you will not get it. Three weeks and still nothing. Bunch of foreigners answering phones. But what else is new in this messed up world we live in. Shame foreigners are taking over America. Get trump back in office.
I gotta start by saying the positive: having emailed DSW regarding a defective product I purchased from them online, they got back to me extremely quick! Sometimes even just a few hours later! Bravo to them on their fantastic promptness! But be warned - each response was from a different representative (at least 6 or 7 in my case), which meant each response was completely different. Their initial response was most helpful, but after that, every response to follow had a different answer, and in the end, their answers went from "Yes, we'd be happy to help you" to "We can't help you at all." It was beyond ridiculous. Almost comical, in fact. I eventually gave up - too much unnecessary stress and a complete waste of my time. Should you need to contact DSW customer service, you might be better off doing so over the phone or in person.
Don't believe the size of is exact fit, bull boots didn't last 6 months. I'm back in my Red back boots, they cost more but are worth it
They never have any sales on anything Worth wearing whenever you take a gym shoe or shoe up front there never on sale they are the worst shoe store to go to when it comes to sales they give out these bogus $#*! coupons and none of them work on none of the shoes I'm done with them.
I returned a pair of shoes and received confirmation from DSW that it had issued the refund (about $236) but the issuer of my credit card says it has not received anything from DSW. It is now almost a month since the purchase and I cannot get this resolved.
Good shoes at reasonable prices, but they use Fed Ex who are the worse shippers and are guaranteed to be late.
I ordered shoes on Nov 24 when I was checking out it said 3-4 days for delivery to store. Well here we are 6 days later very rude customer service representatives from overseas
I have received obviously used shoes sold at full price multiple times in the past few months and they've been damaged and missing all things in the box except the actual shoes so I know for a fact they're not new.
In store I wanted to pay through my PayPal account. Cashier said me it take two or more hours. Heck, I really don't know why it take so long.
I used a Visa gift card to purchase a pair of boots online. (Once I exhausted the Visa gift card funds, I threw away the card, thinking I wouldn't need a card with no current monetary value.)
A few weeks later when the boots hadn't arrived, I emailed DSW requesting a STATUS UPDATE on the order. Without my knowledge or consent, DSW notified me via email that my order had been refunded to my payment method- the discarded Visa gift card. I immediately, contacted DSW via telephone. The customer service representative I spoke with convinced me if I repeated the refunded Visa order with another card, I would be refunded on the new card. So, that's what I did. Purchased the boots again but with a different card. I was NOT refunded my original order with this second card.
These boots arrive well and good. I'm still struggling with the refund. I've contacted Supervisors, Managers, etc. They all admit DSW acted without my consent, but won't refund me in cash or to my bank account. They did issue store credit. I don't want to buy more shoes! I only needed the one pair of boots! DSW made an error, acknowledged that error, yet refused to resolve the error in a suitable manner.
I ordered two pairs of tennis shoes on line for a great price. Should have known it was too good to be true. After over two months, still no shoes and DSW claimed they had been delivered but no proof. Could not provide details of signature and refused to refund.

Answer: It is an automative system that tries to calculate the hold time based on how many calls have finished vs how many calls are coming in. It is annoying to be on hold for awhile but shoephoria! Center is the only call center in the nation, with a lot more shoe lovers calling in at once than the call representatives that are available
Answer: No, once they are out of stock online and in stores it means the manufacturer completely ran out of supply. There is always a chance it will be restocked, though!
