Unlike many reviewers, I enjoyed my purchases with Dresslily. I love how they have free shipping. The bag that I purchased was cute although the color was not as red as I thought it would be (probably because of my monitor) and the bracelet was really pretty. I would definitely buy from them again.
I ordered (2) dresses and followed their sizing guidelines. I ordered them both in a Medium. When i received the dresses over 8 weeks later neither were a Medium. Neither had a size tag or anything indicating the true size. My guesstimate was (1) of them is an Extra Small and the other one was probably an Extra Large. I e-mailed the company to inform them of the mistake and that i do not have time to wait for the correct sizes to come in the mail as i have a wedding next month to attend. They replied by informing me that i must take a picture of the dresses with a RULER next to the dress to prove the incorrect size. I can pick apart so many issues with that response but i'll save everyone the read. I replied to them that either they refund me and i return the dresses or i will dispute with my bank. They replied by informing me to ship the dresses to them by USPS and then they will "deal with me". I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. The dresses were NOTHING like the picture and the fabric is so cheap. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!
I purchased 2 dresses off of D. L. I followed the sizing chart and was excited about receiving my dresses. Upon waiting weeks for my purchase to arrive I was shocked to see just how BIG the dress was and how poorly made it was too. So I submitted a ticket to attempt to exchange the item for the correct size. The customer agent replied with 2 options regarding my purchase. Now mind you, I spent $36. They told me to keep the item and they would refund me $3.54 or I would have to pay $30 to send it back. Now why would I give you $30 to send it back for you to ultimately give me another wrong size? It makes NO SENSE! So I just got ripped off for $30 considering I refuse to pay another $30 to exchange it. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ITEM OFF LINE FROM DRESSLILY.COM! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A STORE WHERE YOU CAN ACTUALLY TRY ON THE ITEM AND HAVE THE FLEXIBILITY TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE IT WITHOUT PENALTY.

The clothes you see on the pictures on the website are VERY different from what you get! Do not order! Thin fabric, cheep lace and cheep copies of designer clothes, bad sowing job, bad fit! I am still waiting for a refund of clothes I had to send back because they were unusable!

My order took longer than expected to arrive but I am pleased with my purchase and the service provided.
I bought some jewerly and you can find good quality products for a very low price.
Will be buying from them again.
DO NOT order from this company. Every product I ordered is not sized properly and nothing fits. I followed their sizing guidelines. The items look nothing like the photos. Every item is of cheap material and poorly made. In order to return the items, I would have to ship them back to China and pay over $60 in shipping costs. The only way to return an item to first take pictures and detail why it needs to be returned. You can only return via USPS. VERY expensive mistake. And it took over 4 weeks to get the items in the first place. I am currently going through PayPal to try to get my $$ back.

I had a issue with receiving appropriate tracking information after having to pay $2 for it. I also don't think that have a true size chart because many items had no tags to even verify the size so how do they know they sent me the right one. I even ordered a larger size than I needed on certain items just to be sure it fit and that did not help. I had a stain on one of my white shirts, a ripped seam on a cloth belt to my dress. The only thing that was good was the jewelry. Everything had a bad smell as well. NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered a swimsuit (US shipping address) at the end of April and received it at the end of May. I ordered a size XXL, which on their sizing chart translates to a US size 18. When I tried the swimsuit on, I couldn't even fit my leg into it. My daughter, who is 4 years old tried the swimsuit on, and it fit her, but was just a bit baggy. The quality of the swimsuit seemed good, but beware their sizing chart... it is more than a little bit off! Also, beware that their return process requires you to take pictures of the item and a member of customer service must approve the return. Very inconvenient!

I ordered a dress off of dresslilly.com and the money was taken out thru PayPal. After a month of waiting I called PayPal to see what could be done. They were going to contact the seller (not they didn't even give a shipment date ect,), the seller never replies to PayPal so I called back and thankfully PayPal returns my money. Just yesterday this "dress" comes in and I honestly so glad I got my money back. This dress was not a XL which I ordered, different color blue, and looked like I was training my three year old to sew. This dress's was awful and honestly made me never wanna order online, EVER! I could honestly keep going about this.

I ordered from dresslily 3 weeks ago. Then I became unsure of the site so I reviewed it. Complaints up the wazoo... so I started becoming a little worried but not to worried because both my items combined we're under 20 dollars so If it didn't show up or not the right size it wasn't gonna break my bank. To my surprise both items we're on my front porch today and shipped in a nice package and neatly I might add. I opened them up worried they weren't going to fit and again to my surprise they fit just like a glove! Wonderfully! I was shocked, I'm deff going to order from them again, but in small amounts, just in case.
I ordered 7 items from this website and they all arrived separately and far apart why is that when they were all ordered at the same time, The two pairs of shoes i ordered are not closing properly the ties are really weird you cant loosen or tighten them i would like to return them, one of the dresses i ordered is not the same as picture (in picture it shows a scalloped edge on hem and around sleeves on the dress i got its just cut and fraying lace)how do i return these, i am waiting for final piece still to come to return most of what i got i ordered on 4/18/15 how long more

I ordered two pairs of shoes from this website and they were exactly like the picture and they are not cheap and tacky at all. I ordered some clothes from here to and a few tops that i got were lovely but one didn't arrive but it said it had been signed for it and it wasn't anyone i live with but i think that's the posts fault but who caan be to sure
When I used the site to order a few pieces of clothing they were mailed to me from china. I didn't think that the clothes were coming all the way from there. When they arrived they smelled horrible. The material was so cheep and tacky. The website is a scam and a waste of money.

This is my 3rd order. Sometime I didn't satisfied with materials, but it cheap so I didn't care.
Almost every things are nice, cute and beautiful.
I want to buy something again.
I ordered 3 pieces of clothing from dress lily in March just received 2 out of 3 shirts May 28th. I ordered a xtra large shirt and instead received a small shirt. It seriously looked like they just made it before they shipped it off. Material was torn and it had no inside tag to verify size. I would of returned but I probably wouldn't get shirt back until Christmas lol I just gave it to my 11 year old. It's truthfully a waste of your hardworking money and I truly understand that clothes are affordable, but they are cheap looking. It looks like nothing on their site.

Be certain you know EXACTLY what you want and be ASSURED it will fit the way you want. There is NO returning of items from this store.
I order online a lot and EVERY store I've ordered from makes it easy to return for whatever reason.
These people want photos. Videos. 2-3 days to review to confirm whether or not you'll be helped.
It's totally ridiculous.
The clothing has no labels.
There was no return slip in the packaging.
My concerns have gone ignored.
Just Remarkably weird.
All I want is a larger size!
