I really wish I read these reviews before I placed my order, I NEVER would have ordered from them. I ordered 3 shirts, I received 2. The email I received even states one was not shipped. But the order page says my order has shipped (nothing about one waiting to ship). There is no phone number to call. I sent a request (via live chat which isn't live at all). Nothing. I've obviously been scammed. Do they resolve the issues or just take your money and ignore you?
I was pretty pleased with my experience. The prices were awesome and I got my packages in the amount of time I figured it would take for international shipping. My order came in 3 packages but they all made it to me within 3 weeks and I was pretty pleased with the quality of the items.
I ordered a sweater 7 days ago and the product still hasn't shipped. I also sent a message in and haven't heard back. I'm very dissapointed with this company and will never order again.

I ordered a shirt for my gf and I'm still waiting for it they got their money but I still have no shirt. Been over 2 weeks now. I wish I would have read the reviews first lesson learned but I still want the shirt found it cheaper on another site anyway so looks like I'll go there and this place can shove it

My daughter ordered a shirt, they received their payment back in August 2015. Supposedly it shipped on October 9th, but we HAVE NEVER RECEIVED IT. I CALL AND NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING!

I ordered a dress on October 7th, have yet to receive it a month later. When I email them they say it's been shipped and I should check with the post office. Post office says they have nothing for me. They offered half of my money back, because it "wasn't their fault I didn't get it". This company is a scam. Don't order from them.

Ordered several shirts but sizing incorrect. Went through channels to perhaps exchange never heard back always the same auto response 'try again later'. Quality also very poor.

If You never received your order in 2017, You are lucky. I am waiting since 2014. Go to your bank and dispute the transaction as soon as possible.

Ordered a product with these individuals almost 3 weeks ago now and the order is still in the "processing" phase (yet my money has already been taken out and I was charged an international fee). I submitted a ticket to check the status of my order and I have not heard back from them (and their website says they will answer you within 24 hours unless it is a weekend or Holiday). I have also tried to contact them on their LiveChat and it is never online. After reading other posts on this website today, I sent my bank this information so that they can dispute the charge. I would not even think of ordering from this website (if it's even a real company) again.

I purchased a dress from this stupid company and they sent me the wrong
Size. I've been trying to reach them now for more than a month and they

I just started reading these reviews after waiting a week for the product I ordered to come out of "processing". Typically when you order online, the order processes until the payment is secured. Then, with companies who COMPETENT, will ship out the product quickly and with AS MUCH CUSTOMER SERVICE as possible. Dresslily has ABSOLUTELY no customer service. I emailed them about my order a week ago, still haven't heard back. Guaranteed, if I don't receive my product within the 10-20 business days that their site claims, I won't sit and whine about not getting what I ordered, and I won't haggle with this scamming business either. Nope. What will happen, though, is I will dispute the charges with my bank, receive my MONEY BACK to me within 24 hours (legit been there before with my bank, they are REALLY good with customer service and FRAUD!), and go spend those bills at a REPUTABLE company!
To all of you posting on here that you're still waiting after three and six months... DISPUTE THE CHARGE AS ~FRAUD~ with your banking institution. Most banks, even if you get a product you ordered but want to return it, will refund your money and reverse payment to the company. :D Remember that! You all could probably get your money back from this company, depending on the FRAUD rules of your bank.

Shirts too small, dress meant to be a surprise for wife, hideous - nothing like picture, I had to give away one of the shirts I bought (I gave away what was supposed to be a L sized shirt to someone of S size, and still struggled to wear it, the other M sizes are still here, no one to give).
Asked to send pictures, but for some reasons, they can't see the measurements, and also, i have to pay for sending it to them, and pay for redelivery.
I regret shopping here, I wished I saw other reviews online before I placed the orders

If you order from this company as I did you will certainly become a disappointed customer. I ordered a dress and received it in the mail about two weeks later and it looked nothing like the dress in the website ad. The dress was very poorly made; the stitching on the V- neck line was all knotted and bunched up; the neckline was mis-cut so that my right breast was hanging out of the dress when I put it on; the dress was see-through and could not be worn in public without another dress underneath it or a full length slip to hide my undergarments. I would be highly embarrassed to wear such a dress in public. The dress was clearly a knock off of what was shown in the website ad, but barely resembled the dress in the ad at all. I was so disappointed that I immediately got on their website to try to make contact with this company about returning the item. The numbers that I called were nonexistent. I could get no answer at all but just an error message. BOGUS NUMBER for a BOGUS company! I've then tried another tactic. I followed the instructions for a return and submitted a ticket to customer support. My ticket would not go through as I tried about 20 times over the course of a three day period. Imagine that. I grew absolutely frustrated. I even tried submitting a ticket from a friends computer thinking something may be wrong with mine but still could not get a ticket to go through. I knew this was no fault of my own. Read this companies ridiculous return policy. They never say that they will offer you a refund if you're dissatisfied in anyway instead they put you through the ringer by having you to submit photos of the things you are dissatisfied with on your item. Then they say "we will always offer the best solution to our valued customers". The truth is... what they should be saying is, too bad, so sad, we got your money, you got our junk, and now we will just wear you out with your attempts to contact us until you go away dissatisfied and we win as the ultimate scammers. My best advice to you as a consumer, is that if something appears too good to be true, it is! Don't fall for the pretty false advertisement. It is a scam! Many customers complain About not receiving their ordered product, but if you do receive your item as I did you will wish you hadn't received it. I promise you will not be happy when you open your package to find a ball of junkie threads. You will be less happy when you try to return it and get absolutely nowhere, so save yourself the trouble and run away from the pretty ads. That's all they are.

What buyers don't know is that these clothes come from China... the quality is poor and if you wear a large and order an extra large, the item will still be as a small size. I placed an order of over two hundred dollars of items and had to give items away as they were all too small and the clothes did not look exactly like pictures (very poor quality). I would have sent them all back and requested a refund but it took so long (3-4 weeks) for me to receive items, I did not bother paying for postage and returning items. I will never order from a foreign country again. The website is deceptive as it doesn't display any Asian models or informs you that items are located in China. Please beware!

Placed an order with them. After two weeks of them packaging my order I received an email stating that an item I had bought was no longer in stock. They still had it up on the site as available. Its been almost 3months and still no package from them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I purchased a few things through their site and typed in my credit card info and it took me to paypal. They processed BOTH and charged me double. COMPLETELY refused to issue me a refund. I sent in my bank statement SHOWING both charges. Sent them BOTH receipts they sent me and I ended up with no product and no refund.
