I placed an order in August. I had to wait until the end of October before they would consider a refund!
Terrible customer service. Absolute scammers. They sent the wrong item, I sent them photos and they never responded. They refused a refund. They refused to send what I ordered. They said it was up to me to return the wrong item at my expense. A real company would have rushed out the correct item with a paid return for the incorrect one, plus a credit for the inconvenience. After a paypal dispute they offered a $2 refund. Dishonest.

Scamming compagnie, they took my money and im still waiting for my item wich i ordrered 3months ago, dont be fooled like me and DO NOT ORDEE FROM THEM... wrote various email, post on facebook and no answer.

I got lured in by the great pics at an amazing price. I've been waiting a month to receive my order, they have a "live chat" that doesn't work, and when you fill in the request for a refund it conveniently says it doesn't recognize your order. The ONLY thing they were great at was immediately accepting my payment. This company is a total fraud.

Ordered a dress September 10th 2015, I received an email stating it was being shipped out, and I would receive my order 10-25 business days... I counted out 25 business days, and I should have had it delivered the week of October 19th... still nothing! Extremely upset. I want my money back ASAP!
Extremely poor quality. Sheips on thw slow bot from China. Took 3 months to arrive. Ordered an XL and it will fit my 12 year old granddaughter. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!
Don't be lured in by the nice looking clothes and amazing prices on their web page! Took over 60 days to receive order. Two of the blouses were the quality of cheap Halloween costumes. The third blouse smelled like a moldy old shirt. There is no way to return the items without submitting a request to their customer service department via their web page (no phone contact, no return label or instructions). I did that multiple times and have heard no word from the company. I guess I'll be eating the cost of this order. Lesson learned!
I bought a really cute shirt that looked great in the pictures. First of all, I ordered an ExLrg although I normally wear a Lrg as I wanted to make sure it was roomy. When the package arrived, I attempted to put on the shirt but couldn't really get it over my arms. It was the same size as my 10-year-old granddaughter wears! It fit her just fine. Thank goodness it only cost me about $15 to learn this lesson! Their clothes do NOT fit real women.
: I ordered a dress a month ago. My account was charged. Received no email and no dress. I would really like my money back or the dress. Tried to get in contact with the company and had no luck. I should have read the reviews first that is my mistake, but if this is a scam or fake website then how come no ones shut it down and put a stop to it?
I ordered a sweatshirt online on 10/3 and have yet to receive it. Nor have I received a response to my question on shipping tracking.
I ordered 3 items on 29 Aug and it is 06 Nov and still have yet to receive items. I have contacted customer support and was told that I hadn't received the items because I choose the basic shipping method. I was also told that I would have to wait another 2 weeks to see if the items come in before they would give a refund. Poor business. I do not recommend purchasing from this site/company.
I will never order from this place again I am still waiting to receive my hats that I ordered back in Aug. They took my money but didn't send my order and I been emailing them and no response. I wish I would have read the reviews first I would have never ordered from there.

I purchased a dress at the end of September because they were having a sale of some beautiful vintage dresses- which I bought thinking they were Lilybop as the patterns and designs look like Lilybop dresses I have had my eyes on for a while (but I'm unsure are really Lilybop dresses as there is no distinguishing company or manufacturer tags on it, more on this later).
It took about 3 days to process my order- much faster than some sites I have purchased through. My package took another 3 days to ship, and I was notified that it would take 10-28 days and that it was shipped via Netherland's postage services. Until this point I had no idea where the company was located, and I wish I had been informed of this before ordering. Since I am in the US the package did take almost a whole month to get to me, and I didn't recieve it until about late October.
When I got the dress it fit well enough but was too big. I decided to do alterations on it in order to fit better- which I have no qualms with the company concerning. It's not uncommon that, due to the particular structure of my body, I have to alter my clothes to fit me correctly. When I started on the alterations, though, I noticed that the tag on the dress said XL- a far cry from the medium I had ordered. No wonder the dress was too big and too long for me! I still altered the dress, though, and it fits wonderfully.
The fabric of the dress is very thick. The bodice and the skirt seem to be made out of different material, though. The bodice has a slightly velvety texture, whereas the skirt is much stiffer. But, as I said, I am unsure at this point whether or not these dresses are manufactured by the site, or whether or not they are from other companies. Based on the reviews of others concerning quality, though- and based off of my own dress, which appears to be a dress from a very specific brand but has no labels to indicate that it is indeed one of their dresses- I wonder whether or not Dresslily is actually a drop-ship reseler of factory rejects from various companies.
I am SOOOO glad that I read the reviews before ordering! After having the worst online ordering experience ever, I decided that I better check the reviews on this company before placing my order. Turns out that DressLily is the sister company to the place that I had the horrible experience with: Rose Wholesale. I ordered a dress at the end of May. It was a pretty summer dress. Living in Texas, I figured I'd get it by mid-June at the latest, which would give me several months to enjoy wearing it. DIDN'T HAPPEN! It was the beginning of October and I still hadn't received it. I tried to email them to resolve the problem (at this point, I just wanted my money back). I could never get a response, until I went through my credit card company to dispute the charge. When they finally did respond, they just kept asking me to please wait another week and then ultimately tried to offer me HALF of my money back. Why would I want to pay anything for an item I hadn't even received?! In the end, it took over 5 months to receive my item. The weather was no longer appropriate to wear the dress and even if it were, I wouldn't have worn it. The online picture showed a beautiful, flowing dress. What I received looked more like a cheap, awful curtain. The material was crap AND they sent me the wrong size! Like someone else posted, if I could rate this company a negative 10, I would. As my title states, if it looks too good to be true, it probably is. There's a reason why they sell an item that supposedly retails for $49.99 for $13.49 with free shipping from China. It's because you either aren't going to receive it, or you'll get something that you could have made yourself by simply altering that Snuggie you got as a gag gift. TERRIBLE COMPANY, HORRIBLE PRODUCTS! STAY AWAY!
I placed an order on August 31st, received and update that it had been "shipped out" by China Mail on September 4th and the system states that there is no additional shipping information at this time. I placed a ticket (which was to be responded to within 24 hours, its been almost 2 weeks now) and have heard nothing! The worst part is trying to get a hold of someone to sit at a computer and find where your order is- there is no contact number! If someone has had any luck getting help on tracking down packages, let me know. I will NEVER use the site again and let everyone know how incredibly irresponsible they are as a company! Don't respond to me with that generic message I'm seeing on the other negative posts, you have my order number, you have my ticket, you know I'm missing my product, let me know when you figure out where it is.
I have an order on hold and they want me to send a picture of my card and ID! I have requested them to either mail my order or give me my money back. They have no contact number as well. This is a HORRENDOUS website. I will NEVER shop here again.
I got an email saying only part of my. Order had been shipped and have been trying to get in touch with them and it's just useless! I've raised 2 tickets with them and sent them an email. Each time they've said it'll be 24 hours and they'll reply. It has definitely been more than 24 hours.
Which is a pity because I've ordered from them before and the dresses are really nice.
Dresslily really need to work on their communication skills. Hopefully they'll do something about it now.
Once i informed them i wanted yo cancel my order and plan to contact the better business bureau, i get a response stating they are so sorry and that it was on back order until the 17th but yesterday morning i get a email saying they shipped my order now im worried the product is going to be trash we'll see, but no more business from me...
I wish I could give it negative stars for reviews. And wish I could attach a photo to show how terrible this. Buyers beware. Company has sister sites as well from which include rosewholesale, shoelily and a few more.
