Your reviews by many others look bad. Interesting products but according to different reviews. You do not deliver the goods once you charge the credit card. Pity; you don't seem serious about business, customer service or honesty. I almost ordered. Lucky I remembered to read the reviews like my friends tell me.
26/1/16 I kept getting DressLily ads on the RH side of my facebook page. And they always look so enticing with cool fashion at a crazy price. And crazy if you think it's what they will send you. So I worked out how to facebook ad block them. So no more enticement. If facebook won't totally block this scam site then you can individually block it from showing up on your profile. I suggest everyone does the same. Maybe facebook will start to look into it then and take their ads down to protect more unsuspecting people.
I placed this order, L************** on Oct. 23,2015, expecting it to be shipped by now. I have written them, according to their instructions and it says that they will write back within 24 hrs... I've written TWICE and have heard back ZERO times. THIS COMPANY SUCKS! I would advise that nobody purchase from them, not just from MY review, but from others reviews. It appears that NOBODY seems happy with this company. As for the quality of the merchandise... I can't tell you, as I haven't received it yet. Paid for it, just haven't seen it yet. The worst part is it was purchased as a gift and I need soon or need to go buy something else.

Warning! I ordered October 22nd expecting my daughter to have this dress for a wedding this Saturday, November 7th. Well they say they just shipped it gave a tracking number but guess what, it doesn't work. Now I gotta check to see if they took my credit card number. So very upset over this. I always check reviews and of course the one time I don't! Stay away from Dress Lily DO NOT ORDER From them.

Ordered oct 20th... nothing. They charge your card right away... but nothing in return... its now nov 5th. It still says processing... wish I had read these first!

Low quality clothing that looks better online than in actuality.
The jacket I ordered does not have button holes. Buttons, but no holes.
Shirt with lace on the sleeve seems to have been been in the dark as the endangered flap over on the sleeve. Very poor craftsmsnship.
Thin, cheap material.
I will never purchase from them again, nor do I recommend them. Not worth it.

I ordered something 2 months ago and havent seen it yet!
There are no shipping updates and I have sent several ticket requests just asking where my shipment is... no reply at all and its been weeks!
There Live chat is ALWAYS offline!
I will NEVER order from them again!

Do not order anything from this company, they are a drop ship company out of California, that sends orders directly to china which in turn mails you your items directly.
Their company has no control over the merchandise, quality, sizing, shipping, nothing, Some of your have not received your items, and probably will never.
Next, I have notice they refer to their own return policy often, and will not return an Item if you are simply unhappy with the quality, the item has to be damaged and then you will have to prove that you desire a refund. This will entail pictures, and measurements. I am guessing that Sizing is one of the largest issues. I did not have an issue with the size, but I can tell by reading other reviews that the Items are incredibly small.
If, and when the company, responds to your ticket. They will show you the return policy and tell you that you will have to pay $ for the return shipping to China, after they verify that the Item is received in china they can issue a refund.
Remember all of this will have to happen within the first 30 day period.
I am warning everyone that I come in contact with to avoid this SCAM.
I work on two university campuses, totaling over 40,000 students, I am going to issue this warning on the campus webpage.

I too wish I had read the reviews. I ordered at the end of August and still have received nothing but a shipping notification which does not allow "tracking"... I think it sunk in the ocean btwn SF and China...
I see that "someone" is responding so please tell me how to get my money back...

One things that I was finding funny was that the pictures of the close are all random from different sites. There is no consistency. One sweater picture is of a girl taking a selfie in a mirror, you can tell they tried to cut out the phone in the photo.

I placed and order on October 23,2015. My credit card has been charged and I cannot get a response when my order will ship. My order number is LP**************. Had I read all these reviews I would not have ordered from this company. I will be contacting my credit card company and the better business bureau with a complaint.
I was finally notified that the items are not available and they will credit my card and to look for credit in 7-10 days. I will let you know if I get this credit.
I did get a credit for the items that were not available. So there customer service was not that bad

I have been waiting weeks for my order - one of the items hasn't even shipped yet. This is ridiculous to have to wait this long. They sent me a picture of my package - the return address is an hour away from me - it is going on 2 weeks and nothing - no response from emails either. My orders shipped Sept. 2 and another Sept. 14 and now it is Nov. 5 and I still do not have either order. I understand that I opted for the free shipping which they do say that it can take up to 45 business days but that is ridiculous. I have shopped online before and have never had to wait this long with any other company. At this point I want my money back.
