I received an email that my order was shipped October 25th and as of today have not received. I have tried to track my order and have been unsuccessful... Im getting this "Sorry, your shipping information has not updated yet" My Order Number: L**************
I am scared I have made a few purchases a few weeks ago, have not req'd anything yet. I also sent an email asking for 10% discount since I was a first time user (maybe last time) depending on how the clothes look.
So far I have no record any responses to my email I also told them I have ordered the same top twice, and to cancel the order i gave my order number and told them to contact me right away when it is done, nobody in customer service has gotten back to me. All these negative reviews are making me nervous I think I wasted my money! :(

I only received one of the two items I ordered. The $35 "fashionable" turn down zippered long sleeved PU leather jacket that came was a shiny plastic thing that smelled of deadly poisonous chemicals. I put it outside immediately in fear that we would die in our sleep if it was kept in the house! I am shipping it back because I don't feel right about throwing in the trash as I have no idea what deadly chemicals it will release into the environment! I am outraged and horrified by my experience so much so I will not be buying anything online for a very long time!

I have shopped from them twice now. And I can't wait to do it again! The prices are awesome and I've loved the items I've gotten. I had to contact them once, but it was quickly replied to and I was very satisfied!
Some people LIKE ME never ordered anything and still got the same response from this fake company as the poor people that got ripped off... so that is a sign this IS ALL FAKE... PEOPLE BEWARE OF OTHERS MISFORTUNES... too bad too, some of their items do look too good to be true//. MY heartfelt thanks for those that lost for letting others know so they too, would be loose precious money... I hope and wish all of the ones that lost money would email the US attorney general so they can investigate this illegal company.

I placed an order a month ago. At the 3 week point I started trying to contact them as my $$ was taken and on the site it shows funded but not shipped. I got a reply that said my items were out of stock & they would email me when they were in.
Ive sent several other messages and now theres no response from them.
Im filing a complain to wherever will listen... BBB IS NEXT... If I dont get my $$ back a lawyer will be contacted. Buyer beware!

I made a purchase from their add on Facebook on September 12,2015 and was notified that my merchandise was shipped out that same day. As of this day, November 4,2015 I still have not received my merchandise. I attempted to contact them on numerous occasions to inquire about my order and have not had any luck. Since their service is inferior, and all this difficulty I have incurred, even if I should receive the merchandise, it is likely to be inferior as well. I WILL NEVER order from this site again. They must have put my order on the back of a swimmer, not a "slow boat from China".

From the sites pictures, everything looks great and so cheap! But there's the catch. Their clothing is cheap! Their return policy clearly states you can return items within 30 days and to contact their support center if there are any problems... well I did contact them. I purchased several items and all were horrible quality and literally look like someone just tried to make a mock up of what was in the pictures. I also still have not received one item. This order was place in August and it is now November.
I contacted the customer service support center, which by the way you can only do online because their telephone number has conveniently been out of order for months. For weeks I've spoke back and forth with someone about how to go about returning items - I was sent a link for a form, which didn't work, then told to ship the items back to this address that was written in Chinese... I was told I had to pay return shipping and when the items were received I would get a store credit. I argued that I wanted a full refund back to my paypal account. I also asked why I hadn't received my other item and was told they were sent in different packages because they came from different warehouses. The person then gave me a tracking number, which didn't work then told me in the next message that it was sent by an unregistered post so there was no tracking number and I should receive my item by the 20th of November... again I ordered in August. At this point I read other reviews and found out that others had the same issues, missing items, poor quality, customer service line out of order... at this point I had a pretty deep seeded feeling that if I sent the item to be returned I would not get my money refunded as they only give you your money back when they receive the items. After asking for the customer service number several more times, they closed my case with no resolution. I'm very upset with this site. I've tried to open another complaint asking why my complaint was closed unresolved. We'll see how that goes... has anyone else had this experience and actually received money back after returning a product?

I saw their ad on facebook and decided to purchase a sweatshirt! My order was placed in August, I never received my order and we are now in November. I sent them a ticket to complain but they never got back to me! Worst service ever, it's a scam, fraud! Do you research before you purchase on random websites.

I ordered some clothes from dresslily last night, today they wanted me to send them a:
Color photo of your identity card or passport or driving license
The photo must show clearly, the full name, expiry date, signature and address!
I immediately called my bank and they closed my credit card. The bank said that the company is fake and that they are trying to scam people from their hard earned money. So keep away from this sight!

It took over a month to get my items. I see they shipped from SHENZHEN GUANGDONG. The quality is the worst I have ever seen. The seams were sown inside out, the quality of the fabric is terrible. There are unfinished seams, terrible crooked cuts and the stitching is loose and barely holding on. Completely sad with no reply on return.
