I order couple items Aug 27th received some still waiting on 1 order, its been over 2 months almost 3. I have constantly emailed and received one answer indicating the item has left the warehouse. Its been 2 months how long should shiping take. I don't live on Venus! I really would not recommend anyone to order from this site. I should have read the reviews before I ordered.
They charge me the money for the item i wanted and there telling me to make a payment when they alredy took it out of my accout,, i have call and email them and still dont receve any answear

Been two months still have not received items. Contact made, was given two choices:
#1- resend items
#2- credit to my Dresslily wallet
#1- Didn't receive items first time doubt I will the second time.
#2- Why would I want my refund put in Dresslily wallet? Obviously I will not be ordering from them again!
I had the same trouble with their sister site, "Rosegal" although I did finally get both items I ordered 2.5 months later!

I placed an order on October 15th. Today is November 3rd and I still have not received it. When I go to the site it shows that it has not even been shipped yet. I am beginning to worry that I am being ripped off. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. And, of coarse, there is no way to get in direct contact with the company. My shipment arrives. One item missing, the other was supposed to be a monogramed tshirt. Wrong initials. What a joke! So I don't even wear it. Tried emailing them, no response. My bank IS going after them. A very reputable bank and no messing around. By the way I cold not locate a number to get a hold of them.
So they responded so the public will think they are a great company but they never responded to my ticket that I put in. Funny. They are not going to resolve anything. My bank is the one that is making sure I receive the money back. If they do correct this I will be sure that I post it. I would make that right. So bring it on Dress Lily!

Do not order from this site. They charge you right away and send your crap 2 months later and one item is missing! There's no way of reaching them either. Emailed them twice still no response! I'm going to call my bank to see if they can do something about this. Freaken ridiculous!

Until now i didnt get my order. Its been almost 8 weeks since i order my items but nothing is coming until now. I should have read the reviews before i did my order and now it feels like im only throwing away my money for nothing! Soooo disapointing! I will never ever ever again! Its totally a scam site. Ill never gonna expect that they gonna refund me to my orders. I really wish i have seen this site before i did my orders. And im hoping that this company stop fooling buyers. Never ever again. Ordered back in September the order was being processed September 23rd supposedly shipped out September 25th and I've tried to email them multiple times their site will not let me submit the email I have yet to receive anything and the money came off my card immediatelyat this point I just want my money back

I ordered on October 19. Even allowing for their longest "processing" time, my order is still marked "processing" and it's now November 3. No one has responded to my support ticket that I submitted 3 days ago, even though they claim to respond within 24 hours. My credit card has been charged and I have no product or assurance that I will be receiving a product. Judging from the rest of the reviews, I should probably be grateful that I haven't received anything as it's bound to be disappointing.

I purchased two wigs from DressLily. I chose the slow shipping but was amazed when one wig arrived very quickly. The second wig was charged to me but never mentioned again. It evidently has not been shipped (that's a good thing. I just want my money back) The wig that did arrive has no styIe, is too large and is not the color I thought I was getting. I have filed a request several times for a return address to send it back, as their guarantee states one can do if done within 30 days.It has been a week and nothing has happened. No reply of any kind. There is no telephone/email listed. One must use their online form which they have evidently ignored. I hardily recommend that everyone stay away from this company.

This company sells thin, cheap clothing that falls apart. My jacket looks like it's made of plastic! They have terrible customer service and will not take anything back. Save your money and shop anywhere else. There's no bargain here!

The "jacket" I bought ended up being a sweatshirt that didn't even fit my 8 year old daughter nonetheless fit me! TheThese people are rip off artists! Don't bother trying to get a refund or even getting a hold of these people, just say goodbye to your money.

DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT order anything from this company. I placed my order over two months ago, and have not received anything, except for a bill on my credit card statement. I've contacted them a number of times, and they place the blame on me for only purchasing the least expensive shipping method. Are they using the Pony Express? If I had known the company was based and ships its supplies from China, I would never have placed an order. They offered to refund half of my payment because I hadn't purchased insurance on my order. What a joke. I believe this may be a fraudulent scam. I will be contacting my credit card company, and hopefully they will reverse the charges. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM DRESSLILY!

Dresslily.com Horrible customer service. Items do not match with the online pictures. Awful quality. I wanted to return the items, and get the refund. But could not contact anyone. I submitted two requests and no one got back to me. I checked the live chat and none was available for an entire 24 hours span. I would strongly discourage anyone to buy anything from here, and beware of this service!. All my money is wasted.

I bought from this company thinking it was in the Netherlands and while my order was shipped NL Post, when it arrived, I could easily tell this is directly from Mainland China. I have lived in China for several years and can tell you this quality is bad even by their standards. There are so many loose strings on these shirts it's ridiculous. The material is so thin it is literally see through! This is not supposed to be a see through shirt.
Then the sizing! I read the sizing guide and knew I had to order the largest possible to even have a hope of getting my size correct. I ordered two shirts of the same size - one I cannot even put on because it is too thin (and I'm a stick of a guy too). The other shirt I can get on but the buttons stop at my belly button and the shirt barely reaches my trousers. It is supposed to be a US XL but that is FAR from the case. Their sizing guide is clearly completely wrong.
Do not make the same mistake I made and buy from this company unless you enjoy throwing your money away.

DressLily is obviously an Asian based company. Large sizes might fit a 10 year old. Took several weeks to get the item and it is not wearable. Communication is poor. No customer service.
Don't waste your time or money on this site.

My account was charged immediately for my purchase, and of course, funds have cleared the bank; however no order. I placed my order on 10/13... why is it still pending. I really should have read the reviews first. Lesson learned. I will never refer anyone to DressLily. Horrible experience.
