BE WARNED! I placed an order with Dress Lilly on October 16th and have not received the product, nor have I had any response to my repeated inquiries to Dress Lilly. Payment on CC shows IVAN as payee and several email addresses, including: *******@gmail.com and *******@gmail.com. CC says company is Non-US. BE WARNED!

****Notice that "they" email a friendly response to the review on this site, but still have not responded to any of my inquiries through Dress Lilly or Paypal, nor have they refunded my money or sent the product****. Paypal claim has gone without response from Dress Lilly either. BE WARNED!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
November 2, 2015

I ordered my items after seeing their advertisment on facebook. I thought, wow really nice stuff for cheap prices! After receiving only 4 items of the order that I placed over a month ago, I now underdstand why it was so cheap. First off, they are made of cheap materials and everything is paper-thin. Second, the stuff I ordered doesn't even resemble the picture that is displayed on the site! On top of the disappointment, I can't even contact them to return my items. I have submitted over 5 tickets as instructed on their return policy. Still…. NO RESPONSE! How can this be legal? I wish I did my homework and researched for some reviews so I could have been somewhat aware of how dissatisfied EVERY SINGLE customer is. This place doesn't even deserve the one star that I had to give them in order to post this. I have still yet to come across a positive review on them. Has anyone successfully been able to return his or her order?

Dresslily was the very first time that I have ever ordered anything on-line. I ordered a jean one piece jumpsuit and a sweater. The total came to 35 dollars. By the time I recieved it, it came to 130 dollars. The jumpsuit is way to small and it has bad stitching and it is dis colored like bleach stains... So sad and upsetting because I cannot get any money back...

Where's the support?!

Just like many of the reviews here, I am not fully impressed. Being in sales, I understand that it can take some time for items to be shipped out. I have waited the maximum stated of 25 business days and then some for my order.

What I don't like from this internet company is the fact you can not contact them direct as error messages appear. It only seems that they contact you about the order once you have left a negative response. Whether these issues get resolved for myself and other parties leaving reviews is yet to be seen but lets hope they do.

Had to wait 4 1/2 weeks for my order. Constantly called and asked about my order only getting the run around. Oh next week, oh next week and so on. Finally received it this past week and I ordered everything to the size chart they provide also adding a size and nothing fits and its all women's cloths. Some of the cloths I couldn't even put on because they were too small. Went back to my account and double checked my order and everything was ordered right they just sent the wrong items. Will never order from this company again.

If I could give this website 0 stars I would - it is a complete SCAM! Unfortunately, hindsight is a beautiful thing and I only wish I had read reviews on the seemingly legit and Western World site before purchasing. I have never had to write a review before, but feel in this case it is completely necessary to help others avoid theft and fraud.

BEWARE: you will NOT receive a refund. The 'article' they continuously try and get you to read stands for NOTHING, and as soon as you quote their refund policy and your rights you will hear NOTHING.

Also, there is no other way of contacting than via the website.

If you receive your product (as I actually did), it will be made shoddily and hardly resemble the product you ordered - mine even came with a missing button, to which they responded I could BUY additional buttons from them... It arrived shoved into a tiny plastic envelope which ruined the already awful RAYON material which, being highly flammable, isn't really the kind of thing I would ever want to be putting under an Iron. No instructions or labels sewn into the garment. The fur trimming on the coat looked more like a £1 party wig. I wouldn't pay £3 let alone £38 let alone the "original" £70-odd.

If they offer you a 'refund', it will most likely be for some kind of 'store credit' or worth hardly anything of what you paid - I paid £38 for a coat (apparently worth over £70) and was offered just over £7! Not that you'll want to buy anything else from the site...

Any positive review on this website or it's products can be nothing but false - you only have to read a few of the terribly fake, supposedly 'English' reviews on SiteJabber to realise.

I have just visited their Facebook page which shows even more signs of fakery and scam - again, why didn't I do this previously?! 5 million 'likes' and NO visitor posts or comments... Pretty suspect to me.

DO NOT FALL VICTIM. Keep your money.

Company is a sham

Order was placed on 10/9. Suppossedly shipped on 10/13. Still not received. Tracking has not updated since 10/13. And they do not respond to enquiries.

Don't buy from them.

I should have paid better attention to what I was ordering from. I ordered 4 Halloween wigs for the family weeks ago, and today- Halloween!- we received ONE. Now I have an upset kid, and 3 of us shall be wigless. I paid for faster shipping, for all the good it did. Now we'll eventually be receiving 3 products we no longer need or want. Never again. CrapLily is history!

I ordered weeks ago, and my order is still in "processing" status. I wish I had looked at reviews 1st. All the items were "in stock", so there is no reason for it not to even have shipped. I complained about this to one of my daughters, and it turns out she had ordered from them weeks before me, and despite contacting customer support, is still waiting for the items. I will never order from Dresslily again. How are they even allowed to be in business?!

It was not clear to me on their site that they are located in China so I was surprised that shipping took so long. Then, to make things even worse, I ordered UP a size and the tops were way, WAY too small. When I tried to return them, I got a big run around and am out the money I spent on these items. BAD, BAD business practices. Be wary!

I wish I would have read these review BEFORE I ordered! They are all correct...
I have been waiting over a month for my order. They took my money out of my
Account the day I placed the order. And the sight wont let any contact go through
For me to find out where my order is. I am now contacting my bank to reverse
